Had fish n chips and curry sauce on the side.lt was so tasty I even rang the chippy up after I ate it all and complimented them for such a great tea.yes I will be back.No brainer.

What a shame.........lovely food..........miniscule portions. We were still hungry! Unfortunately we won't be returning.😞

Superb chippy. Really great food. Want to try the cafe option in the future. My only criticism is the lack of card machine. Fish and chips aren't cheap and I don't carry that amount of cash normally. There is a cash machine locally but it's just becomes a faff and then have a load of change I don't use anywhere else. It seems to be a common issue as the poor staff have to explain all the time. Other than that keep up the good work.

i bought a burger....wouldnt feed it my dog, pretty sure it was deep fried too

5 orders and 2 wrong, I ordered sausage chips and curry and got sausage chips and gravy, only 20 minutes left of lunch at work so no time to go back and I couldn’t even find a phone number online for them to complain. It will be Chatties chippy from now on it’s far better and far bigger portions.

Had a regular fish chips last night and it was terrible the fish was really over done it was so dry dont think I will be going back

thank you to all the staff at pisces, had a lovely tea in their dining room tonight, perfectly cooked food and a lovely bunch of staff, nothing was to much bother, very polite and friendly, makes a refreshing change.

I live in Bolton , and this is my favourite fish and chip shop by far . I happily travel here with my family atleast twice a month for the fish and chips here , the scampi is delicious too. Good for takeaway to eat on the beach on a hot day or to eat in on a cold one . Nice little seating area inside . Affordable prices . Haven't had a better fish yet 👍🏻

First visit to Pisces and really enjoyed my takeaway fish n chips. Had both medium Cod and Chips which was plenty for me.

Do not take card payments which is a bit strange in this day and age. Haddock and chips were okay 7/10 seemed a lot of batter and very little fish for a large haddock. No warm welcome and girl behind the counter was miserable and a little sharp when I tried to pay by card. Won’t go back.

Went after a recommendation sadly not very good don't think we will be going back.

Went here for a bit of pre match scran before playing fleetwood away, lovely wee chippy I must say! Quality was good and service was good too. Only 1 slight issue is they could do with a card machine- but there is a cash machine just round the corner so no big issue really. Would recommend 100%.

Very poor chips the gravy was disgusting and the curry might aswell of been out of a packet it was shocking wasn't cheap either

This was an undiscovered most delicious,,,,, traditional fish n chips, we are visiting our stay on the central carpark by the sea it was said to be the nearest on foot , would eat your fingers!!! Food still hot when we got back. Light batter fresh cod , and we, me and husband , are loving the chips too and would have gladly eaten more . Beautiful! Cooking, we shall come again definitely, care and love in the food made us want seconds, A talent , !!

Usually a brilliant chip shop, but really disappointed today. Chips were greasy and curry sauce was completely different. Where has the old curry sauce gone please?

Bought a small and regular fish and chip supper for hubby and I as we were staying over in the motorhome nearby. Was cooked fresh and the fish was delicious with crispy batter. Highly recommended and would definitely be back for a repeat visit if in these parts again.

The food has dropped in quality, and to add insult to this you now get a 50p surcharge for chips because of the price of potatoes going up! Funny that, nowhere else does that!

Called on Sunday evening as I regularly eat from here must say the food was awful chips burnt and the fish was skinny and grey not usual standard at all

Purchased 2 x fish and chips on Just Eat. On taking the meals home found the chips were burnt and on eating found them hard on the inside. The portions were not worth the £3.49 & £3.79 for regular and large respectively. More like a small and regular portion. Same with the fish. Dispite the £3 price difference there was little difference. Personally I won't be buying from here again as its the second bad experience here.

Ordered 2 x fish & chips. One large one regular. There was little difference between the large and regular fish, despite the £3 difference in price. The chips were burned on the outside and hard on the inside and portions did not match the typical regular and large, more like small and regular. Won't be eating from here again. Poor quality food and not value for money.

If this is the new portion size of a regular chips, then unfortunately I won't be wasting my time to drive to you from Thornton to pay another visit. I'd rather you put prices up then be served that meager an amount of chips. You get more in a small portion of fries from McD's

Used to be my favourite chippy, but after todays experience will not be visiting again. Ordered chicken bites and chips for my adult son and fish and chips for me. Didn’t specify what size but was given the small, well….I would say miniature portion rather than small as my fish was more like a large fish finger and I had 10 chips in the tray (yes I counted as there appeared so few, and some of those were only half chips). Never felt so cheated in my life and one certainly does not have to worry about breaking the diet when purchasing a cheat chippy from there! Never again. It’s a p*ss take and not cheap either. If you want value for money then don’t go there.

Although the fish and chips seemed nicely cooked the overall meal was spoiled as it arrived just warm. Had it been hotter I would have given 5 stars. Not sure if I will order a delivery again.

Saw that apices was voted in top 50 in UK but only one in Lancs so had to try it. Certainly deserves its plaice (see what I did there) as one of best in Lancs

We always loved Pisces.But today was the Worst the Curry was like water,Peas where hard Fish batter was not crispy .And its not cheap.Will give it a miss next time

We were driving around looking for somewhere to eat, found this little gem. The food was absolutely amazing, just the right amount of batter on the fish, which was cooked beautifully. The staff were lovely and friendly. Highly recommended

£9.99 For a Large fish is very pricey in a working class town that also happens to be a fishing port , but once in a while I treat myself I don't mind paying more , I've ordered many times and never been disappointed until today, The 2x Large fish I received were about 60% smaller , the length was large , but they were extremely thin , I'm so disappointed I'll try somewhere else next time

We have always loved the food from Pisces, however the quality control of the food they send out for delivery needs some attention. Missing or incorrect orders isn't good and really annoying. Yes you get a refund, which is all well and good, but when the family is waiting for food they can't eat a refund.

Great fish and chips in Fleetwood. We pay them a visit each time we visit Family. Good fish and chips at reasonable prices. The staff are very curtious and helpful.

We’ve used this restaurant for years but recently becoming very disappointed. Tonight I ordered a large cod £9.99p lightly cooked what received was a dried up piece of fish which I could have resoled my boots whilst I served in the army, I couldn’t tell what fish it was from the lack of taste. Also there doesn’t appear to be any consistency on the size (approximately tonight half of what been given on other occasions still at the £9.99p price)being reasonable. Suffice to say they have now lost my future custom.

Nice fish n chips bit the blond lad serving is stupid..I ordered haddock while waiting he was serving everybody else who came in...I could see he was running out of chips 🍟 guess what ? When my haddock was ready he said I'm sorry I've run out of chips it'll be 5mins. Wow

Fast friendly service with decent prices

Been this chippy a few times usually bang on. Went yesterday and the fish was like eating rubber took a great effort to chew and had a sore stomach today. It is a shame as I normally have had really nice meals from there.

I know things are going up but I never thought fish and chips to be a treat, also £1.75 for a sausage well I'll be getting mine from tesco

Service was ok but over cooked dry fish with very strange batter that tasted of rancid oil . The establishment seemed to be run by teenagers.Sad to see the decline of what was a decent chippy.

Very bad service, They close at eight been there before seven minute rushing to get fish and chips and they said it takes 10 minutes to get cooked fish so sorry I can’t take your order.

Ordered meat pie chips curry sauce waited half hour. I wont be coming again they were teying to do online deliveries and shop serving. Ive used pisces for years when charlie was there sadly no more. He didnt even apologise for the wait.

Usually go to this chippy - but no more . Went today for large fish and chips armed with a 9.99 voucher valid tille the end of the month. Thats gone up now that will be £11.95 says the lad behind the counter. I didnt hang around to argue over 2 quid. So I tuned on my heels and went to trhe Fish House ( were large fish and chips was 9.99 without a voucher. Im just annoyed

Food was good I don't have any complaints there fish was fresh and there chips were nice too.. my issue was that when we asked for there haddock specials (It comes with a peice off fish chips peas a slice of bread and a tea for 8.99) We asked if we could swap our teas for a cold drink and was told there would be a little extra charge.. wasn't bothered about paying extra as its a hot day. What got me was we never got our pot of teas but had to pay full price for our cold drinks on top. 1.50 per can not really an a little extra charge. We were going to buy more drinks but when we realised we just left and went to the shop across the road. Need to let staff know to be a little more truthful instead off saying it will be a little extra charge. Felt like we were ripped off slightly.

Best fish and chips I have had in while. Shame they were not taking C/D Cards, but an ATM 2 mins away.

We ate here in the restaurant on a very quiet afternoon. Service was friendly and the haddock, chips and mushy peas with curry sauce on the side was absolutely fine. Can't ask for much more.

I have long been an ardent supporter of Pisces, which I proclaimed was the best fish and chip restaurant on the Fylde Coast. However, I am afraid that after today's take-away meal I am having to revise my opinion. The fish and chips were dreadful; the fish had no taste whatsoever and what little if did have was off-putting and the chips were a mish-mash of reasonably sized chipped potato and scraggy bits that turned out like crisps. It was a shocking experience and I am afraid that my support for Pisces has waned immensely. What a pity because where do we go now on our regular visits to Fleetwood? I should add that I have eaten in the restaurant often when visiting Fleetwood in the past.

Food decent. Nice, clean diner. Ordered the £9.99 special which was Haddock , Chips & Mushy Peas, 1 slice of buttered bread, Tea, Apple pie & cream. No desserts to be had so they knocked £1 off my bill for the invisible £2.49 apple pie...

Excellent fish and chips, perfectly cooked. Only downside was the cheese burger, over cooked and had to be thrown away.

Turn the fryers of 15 minutes before closing, so you can't have fish!! That's the case just close earlier, or if you don't want to work, just shut up all together, Fleetwood is full of chippies, you want to stand out? Try going to extra mile

Anyone who has seen any of my post knows that I love my fish and chips and review establishments on my travels. We parked up at Central Car Park in our motor home and walked straight down Carr Road to Pisces. About a 3-4 minute walk. Ordered 2 x regular haddock and chips. Cost £15.18. Fish cooked to order. Lovely light crispy batter. Very good chips. Certainly not greasy. They tasted great. The restaurant/takeaway looked spotlessly clean. No hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Food was average for myself having gone on a recommendation wasn't really blown away by the food service was a little slow but that's my opinion to locals probably is a really good chip shop

ordered via Uber eats, was missing many items including 2 large sausages, a bottle of pepsi max and a large pot of curry sauce, was told to go in at my own expense to collect them while our food goes cold, wont ever order from again

Drove up from the car park where we stayed in our campervan, best, biggest fish had in a long time, decent lads working too, friendly, fast and fresh 👍sit in avaliable and place was spotlessly clean! More certificates than a record of achievement on the wall. Shows proper staff investment! 10/10

How is it possible this place has 4 stars??? Just been here and yeah chips were nice but the peas were rock hard, gravy missing and the fish, well firstly, if that's a large, the small must be a gold fish and it was swimming in grease, absolutely dripping from it. My lad left his, I left mine and the father in law said it was the worst food he'd eaten in decades. One star mainly for the chips, the rest is no star! Will avoid in future

Visited with Husband and 2 Kids. I enjoyed pie and chips, husband had fish and chips, kids chips, followed with apple pie and custard. Food was delicious, great service and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely visit again we certainly where stuffed on our drive back home.

Still have restrictions in place so you order in the shop and have to then stand outside or in a little shed to the side of the building. Long wait for 2 meals which were tasteless the gravy was like dishwater the fish asked for...

Excellent quality fish and chips..cooked to perfection. Good portion sizes and cooked to order. Try their onion rings too and you won’t be disappointed. My only issue is that staff have forgotten on a couple of occasions to include requested plastic forks in our takeaway...
