Absolute top chippy! Well worth a visit.

We booked haddock with chips and peas as per the photo on the Deliveroo app They took 25mins longer than the delivery slot and arrived Minus chips When I phoned to complain about the high coat over £18 I was told I didn't order chips.Also the mushy peas were in fact marrowfat peas and hard Overall a very poor experience and one we won't be repeating

it took 25 minutes from notification that it was on its way to actually arrive, watching the map they did a lot of deliveries before mine meaning that the fish had gone soggy. appalling service just eat 😭😭😭😭😭

was nice however my can of one was warm as it had been put in with the hot food

1 the driver was late. didn't bother using the right address. 2 claimed to call me which is complete rubbish. 3 when questioned was extremely rude and arrogant. i expect compensation and an apology

I tipped the driver he responded by tipping my gravy all inside the bag, the food wasn't the best and I paid for a drink. I never got.

Excellent had family up lovely fresh n hot credit to them

Pudding was very dry (bottom what’s not in tinfoil))but the rest was fine

Visited here tonight to get dinner for myself and my family. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! When did the portions get smaller? Also the gravy and mushy peas come in the smallest pots I have ever seen, even the trays have become shallower to make you look like you have more, the peas were cold AND ......not to mention the dry and aminic chips!!! Yet the prices have increased!! Pisces used to be the place to go and the coupon deals they had where amazing! As I'm Fleetwood born and bred, I was always told to support the local business but sadly not anymore for this one. Ferry Café is sooo much better.

Not all it was cracked up to be. Firstly it's cash only. Secondly, very small portion sizes. The food that was there was fine.

Traffic issues made us made us divert to Fleetwood (Lancashire). We had no idea where to go for lunch and picked Pisces Fish and Chips at random. We cannot believe how lucky we were. Eating in, we both chose haddock and chips with curry sauce (instead of mushy peas) and a drink. My meal was large and my better half had a small meal. Both were meals were fantastic value. The fish was fresh, white and tasty. The batter could not not have been better - light, crispy and not greasy at all. Chips were proper home made chippy chips and the curry sauce was thick and delicious. Staff were really nice, friendly and efficient. The premises were spotlessly clean. If you are in Fleetwood I would recommend Pisces Fish and Chips. Go on, give it a go! You will not be disappointed.

Very clean, I asked if fish / chips were cooked in oil - yes Asked if meat /fish/ chips fried separate - usually yes but unfortunately not today (very honest, most appreciated) Then offered to fry small fish with the chips ! Excellent That’s going the extra yard

Ordered large cod and chips to eat in. Cod was large and beautifully white. Batter was crispy and tasty. Chips were freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. Young girl serving at tables was very polite helpful and pleasant. One of the best "eat in" experiences of my 60 years. Well done Pisces. All the way from Berkshire to find some of the best F&C ever.

The oil in which the fish and potatoes are fried should be changed sometimes! nor is it a disadvantage if the potatoes are fried (they were inedible)

Ordered large cod, chips and peas. The food was delicious. I couldn't fault the service either. The price was reasonable. I would definitely pay another visit in the future.

Visited today, was feeling peckish. Chips and Curry to take out. I dont know weather my experience is just a one off, but it was terrible. The chips were full of black eyes and the curry sauce tasted powdery.

Food was faultless but the delivery was awful. It left the shop and the time was confirmed for 19:55. It then gradually got later and later.

Traditional English Fish and Chip shop with a small seating area. Very tidy and clean, well looked after and the food was excellent. Fish in batter cooked perfectly, the onion rings weren't brilliant but the cook did tell me they were bought in. Fish lunch for two with tea and coffee and apple pie with ice cream to follow for under £25 in a seaside resort is a bargain. I would fully recommend the Pisces.

3 months ago I gave this local chippy 5 stars and a positive review. I'm sad to say it seems to have dropped. £3 for a portion of chips as per the photo is really poor. This is regular chips. The fish was ok but at nearly £10 for this. Won't be going back. Time to try some others locally.

Sorry Pisces our food was quite terrible this time ! We asked for lightly battered fish and it was ll heavily battered and greasy. Muishy peas tasted like dishwater. We asked for a larger and regular lot of chips and a lot of them were either scraps or just inedible as they were overcooked and horrible ! It will be a while before we order again from PISCES !

Fantastic fish and chips again and superb value. Normally do a take-away, but last night was a sit down again in the restaurant area! Fabulous.

Food was great although they had ran out of haddock which delivery driver advised me of when dropping off delivery. I was told that £5 would be refunded but this has not happened as yet, hopefully will update soon as unable to contact Pisces direct once it goes back in my bank

Had fish n chips and curry sauce on the side.lt was so tasty I even rang the chippy up after I ate it all and complimented them for such a great tea.yes I will be back.No brainer.

This was some of the best fish & chips i have had in a long time. The fish was large, flaky and crispy and the chips was also very nice. a refreshing change from some of these other fish & chip shop that serve you some greasy fish & chips and charge you an arm and a leg. i will be ordering from here again for sure. that you pisces for a great meal.

i bought a burger....wouldnt feed it my dog, pretty sure it was deep fried too

5 orders and 2 wrong, I ordered sausage chips and curry and got sausage chips and gravy, only 20 minutes left of lunch at work so no time to go back and I couldn’t even find a phone number online for them to complain. It will be Chatties chippy from now on it’s far better and far bigger portions.

Simply the best fish and chips around. I have had to order a child's size fish as the regular fish are huge. I could only just eat the child size tonight! I have recommended to a few people now and I know they are also very impressed with the quality. Delivery service is very efficient also with friendly staff. We will be back!

I live in Bolton , and this is my favourite fish and chip shop by far . I happily travel here with my family atleast twice a month for the fish and chips here , the scampi is delicious too. Good for takeaway to eat on the beach on a hot day or to eat in on a cold one . Nice little seating area inside . Affordable prices . Haven't had a better fish yet 👍🏻

Food was cold on arrival Gravy left a very unpleasant after taste in my mouth Thought I would give it a go after seeing the reviews wish I hadn't bothered won't be ordering from here again

Although food was delicious as usual, had to be put in the microwave as it was Luke warm. First time that has happened. Normally piping hot. Never tastes quite as good when you have to reheat.

First visit to Pisces and really enjoyed my takeaway fish n chips. Had both medium Cod and Chips which was plenty for me.

Do not take card payments which is a bit strange in this day and age. Haddock and chips were okay 7/10 seemed a lot of batter and very little fish for a large haddock. No warm welcome and girl behind the counter was miserable and a little sharp when I tried to pay by card. Won’t go back.

Went after a recommendation sadly not very good don't think we will be going back.

Went here for a bit of pre match scran before playing fleetwood away, lovely wee chippy I must say! Quality was good and service was good too. Only 1 slight issue is they could do with a card machine- but there is a cash machine just round the corner so no big issue really. Would recommend 100%.

This was an undiscovered most delicious,,,,, traditional fish n chips, we are visiting our stay on the central carpark by the sea it was said to be the nearest on foot , would eat your fingers!!! Food still hot when we got back. Light batter fresh cod , and we, me and husband , are loving the chips too and would have gladly eaten more . Beautiful! Cooking, we shall come again definitely, care and love in the food made us want seconds, A talent , !!

Usually a brilliant chip shop, but really disappointed today. Chips were greasy and curry sauce was completely different. Where has the old curry sauce gone please?

Bought a small and regular fish and chip supper for hubby and I as we were staying over in the motorhome nearby. Was cooked fresh and the fish was delicious with crispy batter. Highly recommended and would definitely be back for a repeat visit if in these parts again.

The food has dropped in quality, and to add insult to this you now get a 50p surcharge for chips because of the price of potatoes going up! Funny that, nowhere else does that!

Cod wasn’t even close to large, chips were pretty much stale but the curry was alright I suppose

every time i order the meal the large curry container is smashed ,last night i threw the curry away all smashed up ,every week something is wrong ,my advice would be to put the curry in a plastic container with lid ,peas are in same container but are ok just curry thats useless

Ordered 2 x fish & chips. One large one regular. There was little difference between the large and regular fish, despite the £3 difference in price. The chips were burned on the outside and hard on the inside and portions did not match the typical regular and large, more like small and regular. Won't be eating from here again. Poor quality food and not value for money.

Purchased 2 x fish and chips on Just Eat. On taking the meals home found the chips were burnt and on eating found them hard on the inside. The portions were not worth the £3.49 & £3.79 for regular and large respectively. More like a small and regular portion. Same with the fish. Dispite the £3 price difference there was little difference. Personally I won't be buying from here again as its the second bad experience here.

Worse fish and chips I've ever had. Fish was a regular size not a typical large as I ordered large. Chips were burned on the outside, hard on the inside, not to mention the regular and large portions not worth the price of them. Peas and gravy were OK, 2nd time here with a bad experience. There won't be a third. Certainly not worth £30 of food.

If this is the new portion size of a regular chips, then unfortunately I won't be wasting my time to drive to you from Thornton to pay another visit. I'd rather you put prices up then be served that meager an amount of chips. You get more in a small portion of fries from McD's

Never had reason to complain about Pieces until now. Food late, cold when arrived, med haddock same size as large haddock. Tried to warm everything up in the microwave but ended up In the bin, extremely disappointing. Shame, as normally good. Won’t be using again!

Used to be my favourite chippy, but after todays experience will not be visiting again. Ordered chicken bites and chips for my adult son and fish and chips for me. Didn’t specify what size but was given the small, well….I would say miniature portion rather than small as my fish was more like a large fish finger and I had 10 chips in the tray (yes I counted as there appeared so few, and some of those were only half chips). Never felt so cheated in my life and one certainly does not have to worry about breaking the diet when purchasing a cheat chippy from there! Never again. It’s a p*ss take and not cheap either. If you want value for money then don’t go there.

Unfortunately we received gravy instead of the curry sauce we ordered, which spoiled the experience since it is more of a treat in these tougher times. apart from that the meal was good.

I was truly surprised about the cleanliness of this place. Even the menu stands were in perfect, clean condition. Nice one 👍
