Ordered from here a few times, always been nice up until i took a bite of the “supreme” burger last night. Been throwing my guts up ever since. Not fun!

Being unfamiliar with the area we were not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. There were 5 of us ordering and one very fussy nephew. We ordered Donner and chicken wraps and chips a burger cheese nachos extra chips and plain Donner. Good value for money and large portions. Food delivered relatively fast and came home even though we were staying in golcar and pinos in marsh.

The burger menu said fried onions came with raw onions.... I don't like raw onions... Food not in keep warm bag... Delivered to hotel so owner probably thought I was not local... I've lived in Huddersfield for 30 yrs... #youvelostanothercustomer. Owner got shirty and started arguing when I rang back.... . £14 for a cold soggy burger with raw onions...homemade coleslaw is dread aswell . Will Not eat from here again.... Always seems to be something wrong with deliveries. Cold meal with missing sauces and cheese on burger when had asked for no cheese. When called to let them know it was not a particularly customer focused response but more about debating whether sauces had or had not been ordered by me despite me clearly insisting I had. Need to give more attention to orders and really hear what customer has asked for. Delivering in paper bags in winter isn’t the best. Thermal delivery bags should be used.

Ordered a chicken supreme and expressly asked for it to be lightly cooked and juicy. Mentioned this several times. It arrived via delivery and it wasLukewarm and the chicken was over cooked and dry and the portion of fries was smaller than before. Had stopped going to Pinos as my orders were incorrect a few too many times. Decided to go back when they reopened in Lockwood hoping for an improved service. Today I was disappointed. Really wish they would pay attention to what a customer asks for and not just say yeah, yeah and still get it wrong :( The price of their burgers does not always reflect the quality. Hope they improve things!

I was staying nearby for a few days and had something from here each day and it was 100% each time, quick friendly service, incredible flavours, generous portions not greasy, The place looks very clean and staff very smart.

Terrible service, waited an hour and a half, and they had been before , phoned them for them to tell me that they had difficulties and it was on the way

I ordered the American beef burger, its was a big burger, great value for money. The burger was cooked whilst I waited, I was able to see my food being cooked which was nice.

Initially got our order wrong but were quick to bring a replacement free of charge. I had the Dare You Burger, it was the tastiest burger I have ever had, will definitely be having another.

Great! Food was exactly as ordered and the delivery driver even came back afterwards to ensure all food was delivered.

I had never been to Pinos lockwood before but heard good things about it so thought I’d give it a try and I’m glad I did I wasn’t disappointed. I was spoilt for choice with the amount of different burgers on offer. I settled for the Dare you burger it was beautiful, it was cooked to perfection and quickly served, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning, wish I’d have gone sooner!

Pinos Lockwood is the best burger I’ve had and also the service is really good and delicious food,I’m so grateful and recommend it to everyone

Heard a lot of people rave about this place so thought I would check it out. The beef burgers are amazing, great value for money. The service was great, very friendly staff. I would recommend all burger lovers to try it.

Such a good price for what you get on the burgers and the size of them, came quickly and asked for cheese on the chips which they put on at no extra cost!💖

Second time I’ve ordered a collection order only to get home and find they gave me the wrong food. Ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce and ended up with a chicken burger drowning in ketchup.

Filling of my Dare you burger was fine and spicey hot. But ruined by the Red bun. Tasteless and totally unable to hold the contents. Broke up into a mess. A much more solid bun is needed. Ciabatta style maybe.

For those of you who like burgers this is by far the best burger place I have ever been to. Really tasty with a great range. Something for everyone have faith in this review you won't be disappointed the staff are great too. Really friendly A true hidden gem!!!

Pinos burgers are the best you can get from any takeaway in my opinion.They can be a little slow so i would order ahead.

Great fast food and probably one of the only places I'll go for a burger. The choice of toppings are great and creative.

Never been disappointed in the food I've ordered from here. I haven't been in the shop but the food delivered has always been spot on. Usually get the combo burger and it's spot on. Chilli sauce very good. Delivery usually an hour. A little pricy but the food tastes great.

I visited this place with a friend with the intention of purchasing a flame burger, I soon changed my mind. The hygiene and safety in this place is horrendous, people in street clothes mauling salad with their bare hands and the use of a 240 v fan held by hand above the charcoal to excite the dying flames. Until now this place seems to have been operating under TripAdvisor radar, not anymore I've included the business. Because no hygiene rating was visible on the window on checking with Kirklees scores on the doors for hygiene it's rated at 2 out of 5. A 25 mins wait for my friends burger resulted in a sooty overpriced tasteless cold burger and chips, the chips having been waiting for the burger 5 mins.
