Nice to have a table pre booked for us, Hot food was ok and Ice cream deserts were nice but expensive, what spoilt it for us was the staff, no interaction and not a single word or smile from anyone. when we left we thanks them and got zero response. We all walked away feeling very disappointed.

We ordered some sundaes to be delivered. They were yummy, would definitely order again. Nice as a treat, and as we were both feeling unwell with sore throats a welcome soothing treat.

Just the best ice creams and even the coffees come with a mini cone. Friendly staff and you can see the ice cream being made on site of you're there at the right time.

Absolutely loved the gelato ! Not to mention the service & the passion behind the family business. Would highly recommend a visit. I know we will certainly be back! Also, didn’t know they made homemade soup & served paninis, we’ll definitely gives these a try next time, especially the homemade soup. 💜

Simply the best gelato I've enjoyed since visiting Florence in 2018. Three wonderful flavours: raspberry sorbet, cherry delight, and an outstanding Rum & Raisin (raisins very well soaked in the rum!). I dropped in between two appointments, soaked up some sunshine at an outside table, and celebrated the day in style. Delicious- with excellent friendly service. Thank you!

Smallest portion I have ever seen. £4.60 for two sccops the size of sprouts! Shrinkflation in full effect here, avoid!

Having read the mixed reviews, we were not too sure. Great gelato I have to say, indeed a hidden gem. I'd imagine people will be queuing up in a better location, though I appreciate they have a long history in the current premise.

During a day out in Bognor Regis, my family and I had heard about this little Ice Cream Shop, called Pinks Parlour. The Staff are friendly and on hand to help with questions. As an autistic person, it’s nice and quiet, which I liked. The ice cream that I went for was the chocolate brownie boat and it came beautifully made and presented. Would definitely recommend. 5⭐️

Not a good experience with their customer service for us. Waited ages for our order to be taken. Customer 2 people behind us got served before us after claiming to be in a hurry. Our order hadn't been put through correctly (despite me double checking this at the time) so I was abruptly told that I had to go back and pay for the item left off. Did not receive a single apology. Won't be returning

Delicious ice cream, amazing aesthetic and very enjoyable! I have come back numerous times since my first visit! Only thing to say is that on occasion it can be a little noisy due to the making of the ice cream but the noise is short lasting and there is an opportunity to eat outside if you wish!

My grandchildren think the ice-creams are wonderful. So do I! There is always a good selection to choose from and the flavours are imaginative and they never disappoint. Staff are cheerful and welcoming. In addition to the amazing ice-creams there is coffee and an inexpensive, small food menu. Pinks is also a community champion, involved in charitable work. Pinks is, indeed, a very special place.

Popped into Pinks to try the new banana chocolate flavour. Wow, really smooth chocolate, banana flavour running through with a delicious hint of saltiness. Homemade gelato at its best. Get there quick, I just brought a tub to take home for the family.

The most delightful place with delicious ice cream! My kids loved the unicorn Sundays & we enjoyed tasting the mini cones with our hot drinks before getting a tub for the road. The staff & ice cream both wonderful!
