This is a lovely small restaurant. Came here for first time with friends. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Perfect place to eat!

Our favourite place for a meal! The food is spot on every time we go and the service is even better. Always recommending to family and friends and all are impressed when they try. The staff are so lovely and always accommodate to your needs! If you love good Indian food then this is definitely the place! You will not be disappointed!

Was staying near Haydock races for weekend and looked for nearby restaurants this one stood out due to reviews, the restaurant was spotless clean , staff very friendly and welcoming, food was first class , wish we went back second night as meal was better than hotel meal following night

When ever me and my boyfriend want a Indian this is the place we come! Food is spot on, waiters are friendly and always have smiles on their faces. You can actually have a laugh with them. We come here quite a lot and never had a bad experience!

As somebody with coeliac disease I was a little apprehensive about visiting the Pink Pearl despite good recommendations from friends. I contacted Kammy beforehand and assured me any dietary requirements for anybody visiting the premises. would be taken care of. On arrival, Kammy greeted both myself and Wife and led us to our table. He remembered my conversation and sat down with us to explain my options. He spent time to explain what foods contained gluten and which were safe. The food itself was fantastic, very tasty and good sized portions. From the starter to the main meal, I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I have had and well worth the 20 mile round trip. Would recommend the Pink Pearl and can't wait to revisit.

Being on my own I never thought I could feel comfortable eating alone until I can here and they made me feel so welcome along with amazing food and they have even given me the chance to sing again as I am now singing in there restaurant tonight they really are lovely people best restaurant by far!!

Food just amazing and great value for money. They are so welcoming and made our birthday girl feel very special. It’s also nice and warm in there as we’ve recently been to another restaurant which was so cold. Would recommend this Indian restaurant for its food, brilliant atmosphere, welcoming staff and great value. Don’t go anywhere else .

Eating is believing .I was told that this restaurant was really good but I've never been impressed by this type of cuisine locally in the past .That has changed , I was impressed by everything .It is a modest establishment but its the food that matters .It is very clean and we were made welcome .throughout with attentive and friendly service .There is lots of choice on the menu .I was recommended the Lamb Thawa, which is lamb chops cooked in a spicy mixture of peppers , onions and spices .The lamb was tender and it tasted amazing .Everything is freshly prepared ,not a ready made sauce in sight .You can tell they have cooked and spiced the ingredients with care themselves You get plenty of meat or fish , they don't scrimp on quantity or quality or cut corners with mass produced sauces . .Each curry dish our party ordered was totally differently and subtely spiced , not generic. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff kindly provided boxes for us to take home the surplus . A revelation .Quite the best restaurant locally and deserves to be busier mid week .Already making plans to return to this restaurant which I think deserves greater recognition and success for its ethos .They also cater for vegans , slimmers and vegetarians and I'd say you can be confident that you also will be blown away !

Our first time visiting was in-restaurant, the gentleman on reception/bar area was extremely pleasant, we went with two friends who also enjoyed their meals. Fresh, delicious and hot. Since then we have ordered a few take aways and every single time they have been spot on. Very authentic and lovely dishes. Can’t wait to explore more of their menu.

The chicken tikka massala was more like chicken in a creamy coconut sauce, kids wouldn't eat it and ended up at McDonald's! The madras was tasty but not at all spicy as expected. The starters were good but overall not worth the £40 spent on a takeaway.

Ordered tonite at 5.50pm. Order arrived at 8.25. Phoned up at 7.30 to see where my order was. Was told the driver had left the building and he didnt know how long he would be. Phoned again at 8.10 to be told the driver had just left. Told him you told me he was his way at 7.30. It doesnt take 2hr 30. Mins to go 3 miles. Food is nice but cold when it didn arrive. Wouldnt mind but our order was over £40. Will not be going back. U have lost a very valuable customer!!!

On previous occasions the food has been great from here however sadly it’s now one off the list - I would have put it down to a one off being a Friday and busy (although several people have said it’s changed management?) anyhow it was pretty dire - the 6 king prawns were black cold and shrivelled with a few scraps of onions (pretty poor for a king prawn tandoori) the rice resembled cold sludge and the curry was bland and extremely watery - alongside some dry carpet like naan bread. Such a shame - what’s happened Pink Pearl?

With our PM closing pub and clubs and restaurants due to the virus do not be too upset. This restaurant is still open for takeaway meals AND THEY DELIVER so you don’t have to leave your home

Tandori chicken starter was cheaper and smaller than what I'm used to elsewhere. The main meal arrived, but the plates were cold and there was no heated tray to keep the food hot. As a consequence, my meal went cold quickly. At the end we were offered a complimentary drink which was a nice touch, until we asked for a pint of Kingfisher. This was not included in their offer, we could only have a Baileys or a short. Overall, the service was good, the beer was good, but Pink Pearl could learn from other restaurants who do it mcuh better, such as Amans in Astley

first time had a meal here ,had leftovers to takeaway and half the meal missing,phoned up to let them know and they said yes we will give you another meal tonight ,this was 2 days after our first original meal,we refused as weather terrible so they said let us know when your next in ,so we did tonight ,no discount ,no free meal ,i said give me a irish coffee ,but got told ,i could have a whiskey or brandy but no irish coffee,very very poor customer service ,and lies on top

We had only 6 of us on New Years Eve but no probs to the staff. They put us on a smaller table leaving a big table free. We all had fantastic meals and good service considering the place was full. WELL DONE IMRAN

Had a family Christmas meal yesterday at Pink Pearl what an amazing place. Food was gorgeous, service second to none and staff friendly and obliging. Definitely recommend for any family occasion. Thanks for making our Christmas perfect x

Last visited as a group with my sons football team as a function and looked forward to enjoying something from the regular menu. Definitely not disappointed. Food was delicious staff attentive, friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. We often don’t realise what we have on our own doorstep and we will definitely make this our go to place. Highly recommend you give Pink Pearl a try. You really won’t be disappointed.

Shocking service. Staff argue with customers and amongst themselves. Placed our drinks order after 30 minutes. Then placed our food order after an additional 30 minutes. Food wasn’t bad, but had to wait over an hour to receive it from our original order time. Wouldn’t ever go again! There’s better Indian restaurants and takeaways in Earlestown.

Visited solo ( treated myself in between family chauffeur duties ). Usual excellent food, great ambience and super friendly staff who endeavour to ensure your dining experience is a pleasant one. Look forward to visiting again.

We visit this restaurant whenever we spend time in Newton Le Willows visiting our family. It's way better than anything we have in our area of Scotland and beats other restaurants of this ilk we've tried in the whole of Newton and surrounding areas.

First time here following recommendations from friends, the food was superb(take away) , very healthy portions and so so tasty, will be going again.

Our first visit to the Pink Pearl tonight and it was excellent! The restaurant was quiet due to the rugby , however the food was excellent and the portions where very good . The restaurant has a great ambience and Iam glad to see carpets on the floor . So many restaurants today are very noisy due to chair dragging and this increases noise ! The service was excellent and we received a discount for being Armed Forces Veterans. At the end of our meal we were offered a complimentary drink Baileys / Whisky ! We will be back Well Done !!

Wanted to visit as prior to the present owners the food was very good, however, sadly after the pompodoms & pickle tray the starters were low quality for their cost in that the onion bhajis where very dry & not appetizing at all, the chicken pakora where inedible in that there was far too much better & was returned hardly eaten, the main of chicken tikka masala was sadly not too the many I've tasted at many other Indian restaurants, the chicken bhuna was ok but with drinks a bill of over £56 was quite expensive for standard of food served & therefore sadly I would not return to this restaurant.

Large portions of fabulous food, all served hot. Nice, surroundings, very clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

My friend and I went for a birthday meal. Staff were very attentive and as soon as they found out it was our birthdays they brought us a hand written card each and a free mini bottle of prosecco. The vegan choices on the menu are excellent. Plenty to choose from and lovely food. It's rare to get so much choice when you're vegan so this was perfect and clearly labelled on the starters and main menu. They asked us when we were ready for our mains. Lovely atmosphere, felt very comfortable and welcome, will definitely go again.

Spent the evening with friends at this Indian Restaurant in Earle Street Newton-le-Willows.

We came to eat on a busy Saturday evening,several parties were enjoying themselves too.

Ordered take out on a Sunday, I was given a free beer which I thought was great. Food was good when we ate it, chicken tasty, biriyani king prawn was good. Nan bread hot and tasty, overall a good restaurant. They have a offer on Sunday which seems good if you sit in.

A return visit to this lovely little restaurant where we received a warm welcome & made to feel important.

Brought friends to The Pink Pearl as they love a good curry and had never visited before, ( not being local )they were suitably impressed by the excellent tasty and piping hot food,the portions, the cleanliness throughout the establishment and of course the fabulous friendly staff.

It is nearly two years since I last reviewed the Pink Pearl and am pleased not to have had to change my opinion on any of our intervening visits. Last night the food was again really good, with a distinct difference between the two main courses (which is often not the case in other Indian food restaurants). Always the food is freshly done and looks appetising and the service by all the staff highly commendable. Its good reputation is well deserved!

We visited the Pink Pearl last night and I have to say that the whole experience was brilliant.The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and spotless clean , the staff are so attentive and friendly and make you feel special.The food was absolutely fantastic, the best Indian that we have ever had and we have been to many restaurants.I have to say that you must give it a try.

We went to pink pearl as part of my friends birthday celebrations. We started the day at haydock races and finished at the Pink Pearl. The staff had been informed it was our friends birthday and could not do enough to make the day memorable, the food was also delicious!! Would 100% return! Thanks everyone x

We visit this restaurant on average once a month, the high standard has never dipped. The environment is pleasant, the decor is light and not overbearing.

Went for early dinner with my partner.First time we visit and were pleasantly surprised by how well presented the restaurant was. Staff was polite and friendly.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff are something to be very very proud of, great service throughout our meal which was delivered in a welcoming manner, attentive without being intrusive, we felt we were treated like friends rather than patrons and we really enjoyed the evening.

My Fience and I ate here to celebrate her Birthday. It was a last minute desicion and as it turned out a very good one. The surroundings are very nice. The food is lovely but the service is second to none. The staff certainly went the extra mile to make sure that my Fience enjoyed her Birthday meal. At one point they had the whole resturaunt singing Happy Birthday to her. Thank you so much from both of us.

Best Indian I have had in a long time. 13 of us really enjoyed a marvellous night. Went the extra mile once they knew it was a 80th birthday dinner. Cake, complimentary drinks.

Eleven of us went to celebrate a 65th birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful getting us all sorted with drinks and food. Had poppadoms and pickles some had starters and we had lamb with Bhindi and prawn jalfrezi both were good. English food not great for one of our party who cannot eat spicy food. Garlic nan good chapati bit dry. They gave a card and a special chocolate desert with a candle to the birthday boy . Very nice ambiance and food. Cost about £11 per head very good value !

we should of know it was going to be a disaster - when we arrived for a 2.30 sitting - which had been booked back in October and paid 20 per person for our party booking !! we finally got to seat down 8 of our party and then they had to push another table together for the reminder of our party ……..The place had obviously been overbooked and management being so greedy - cashing in on Christmas day bookings - to the extent that they had too many customers and could not give the service and attention one had paid for!!! The indian food was very good but what was advertised as a traditional Christmas lunch - was a complete farce....Baby boiled in the skin potatoes, green long beans, baby corn on the cob. pre packed Turkey (like one would buy from a deli counter!!! No Tradtional Roast potatoes, sprouts carrots, etc etc which is a traditional Christmas lunch ….We did complaint but was just fob off by saying there was more if we wanted it - the four people who had booked and paid for a traditional Christmas lunch ...were so disappointed,,,,,,,,,the management basically did not want to know us ……….All this then 5 of our party got one drink during the meal and the others of us got 2 drinks - by the time we had been served it …….All in All a very disappointing and very poorly manage restaurant booking !!!!

I have visited this restaurant a few times. There is a lovely atmosphere, lovely decor,lighting. Always beautiful and clean. I have never had a bad meal yet, food always well presented, big portions (sometimes too much).The staff are always attentive and friendly. Although we always go ad hoc, we have always been made very welcome, never needed to wait, though we do understand that during busy periods this could happen.

We regularly eat here as a couple or with my friends as a group of 4. The food is always superb, me and my partner drive from Chorley to eat here which I think speaks volumes about the food and service. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, very attentive and always go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Having booked for 12 family members due to me having radio and chemotherapy for the last 6 week intense

Went here for the Veterans Christmas Curry meal. Food was excellent, plenty of choice and even though it was a large group all the food was freshly prepared and hot when served. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us without being intrusive. Will certainly visit again.

Stay away from here near Christmas.we waited hours for food and drinks, service was dreadful . We booked here due to my husband being unwell with cancer so i decided to treat my girls and husband and book here as we go all the time. We did phone the manager the day before because my husband was feeling really unwell to be told we wouldn't get our money back and was also very rude about it .so we attended and what a headache it was that bad my husband was in bed all night after it due to the stress so avoid at Christmas . They have lost a family of regulars now and maybe not just our family people where getting up and leaving it was that bad .

Went here for our armed forces Christmas evening meal. The owners had very kindly offered to entertain us for free. The food was fantastic, freshly prepared and cooked, they served a varied selection of dishes so there was plenty of choice. Poppadoms and especially the chutneys were excellent. Starters were tasty and the mains were amazing. Service was impeccable especially because one of the staff had given her free time to work that night. The staff and owners were attentive and around to help all the time without being noticed. Cant thank the restaurant enough. We will return in the new year as a smaller group.

Recently ate at this hidden "gem" with my wife and 9 year old and we were not disappointed. From the greeting to the complimentary drink, the service was very attentive. The choice on the menu was wide ranging - even for kids and the quality of the food was superb. Yes it takes a little time for the food to arrive but this is due to it being freshly cooked and not a fast food diner. I would heartily recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

This was our first visit to the Pink Pearl and it certainly won't be our last. Delicious food served by very attentive staff. Competitive prices for both food and drinks. It was quiet but the place still had ambience. Can't wait to go back on New Years Eve (or before hopefully!)

i am writing this review because of the response that the manager put on to my wife's review dated 7th October, everything in her review is correct , it did take an hour and a half to arrive , it was cold , and it was poor quality (probably because it had been sat there waiting for a driver). we have had many takeaways and also sat in for meals and its been good , maybe this was a one off because they took too much on and could not cope with demand but i am not sure about that. yes i agree we should have called and discussed our issues over the phone but when you have waited so long you are totally fed up which resulted in it going in the bin. we certainly do not tell lies nor are we keyboard warriors , you can also see from other negative reviews that the manager is either very defensive or out of touch with what is happening with his customers.

Nice little place where we were received a warm welcome from very attentive staff. Ambience was good and the food excellent. Our lamb was cooked to perfection, though we did wait for our food, it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Ordered from pink pearl last night for a takeaway to be delivered at a cost of £42.50 for 3 of us it took a hour and half to be delivered the food was cold on arrival seemed as if it had been cooked as soon as we ordered then left in trays for a hour the food was not good quality and it ended up in bin a total waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again.

Good food as always. Felt like we was being rushed we was moved tables twice before our drinks was served. The restaurant was busy and the staff couldn’t cope with the pressure so was a lot of shouting at each other and drinks wrong a couple of times. If you’re going to go here for an Indian I would recommend going through the week when it’s not so busy.

We eat regularly at The Pink Pearl because the food is consistently good and the service is great. The waiters go the extra mile to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.

First time I’ve been here and was impressed at the extensive and varied menu. It’s probably the best I’ve seen, covering all bases such as meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan and healthy (reduced fat) options. My chosen curry was a Naga and my wife’s vegetable curry was made from fresh veg. Complementary drinks were provided at the end of the meal and the general atmosphere of the place was great with convenient parking just outside. Definitely recommended and if this was a bit closer to home for me, I’d make it my default place to go.

While conducting business with the owners or Pink Pearl, I took the opportunity to order a takeaway meal and I must say it was delicious. Chiken Biryani.

Four of us called in for something to eat to end a perfect afternoon at the races. We were really impressed with this place. It was our first visit and weren't disappointed. The food was lovely and portions were generous, service was second to none too. Staff are really friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome, enough to say we will definitely visit again and also use the take away service. Great place and great food!

This place is absolutely amazing!The service we received from the moment we walked in was second to none.Imran is extremely professional and this sets the tone perfectly.An extensive menu with something for everyone,even catering for those of us whom want to keep an eye on our waistline (Slimming Pearl) which I felt was genius and indeed unique.The food,is absolutely out of this world,carefully portioned so you feel satiated.Imran could not do enough for us even when he was attending a group celebrating a birthday,taking pictures for them.Their website is very easy to navigate,you can book your table online and they also do takeaway which I think can also be ordered online.Both menus on website,restaurant and take away in pdf format so you have ample time to choose from the many dishes available.This place truly caters for everyone from a night out with a great atmosphere,music and decor or a night in with one of their takeouts and a film.All very competitively priced.Their attention to detail and 100% customer enjoyment are key qualities that will keep me coming back.

I have driven past the Pink Pearl on many occasions over the past couple of years and always thought it looked a nice place from the outsiside. Finally 5 of us visited yesterday to celebrate my sister's birthday. We were greeted by extremely polite and friendly staff. The inside of the restaurant is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Food was superb and great value for money. However, what makes a good restaurant great is the quality of the staff, and it is here that the Pink Peal truly excels!

A really delicious healthy curry which actually felt amazingly healthy! Really lovely staff who made my father and I feel really welcome! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I'd never been a huge fan of Indian take aways, but my boyfriend loves them. Tried the Pink Pearl one evening after a recommendation from a family member and never looked back! The food is clean, non greasy and tastes incredible. Defiantly something I look forward to at the weekend now!
