Food Poisoning!! One star on this review is for the fact I had to put a star they don’t have a button for 0 star unfortunately. My partner and I ordered a meal on Saturday from Pings. We had ordered Salt and Pepper Chips, Beef in Sweet and Sour sauce, Barbecued spare ribs and Plain chow mein. My partner had spare ribs and chow mein and I had the Chips and Crispy Beef in Sweet and Sour sauce. Within half an hour of finishing the food he began to show symptoms of food poisoning. Since 7pm on Saturday my partner has been violently sick and has diarrhoea and a fever. We can only assume this is down to the barbecued spare ribs he had eaten and that they were either out of date, left out or reheated. Below are the photos taken of the vomit after the takeaway. Avoid this takeaway!!!

The restaurant delivered a wrong order, I was so disappointed and ruined my evening...I wouldn't bothering ordering. I will be going back to usual restaurant.

I had a raw spare rib and one with no meat just cartilage. 1/4 duck was large but soggy skin not crispy. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was sugar water with a little chicken and sweetcorn, where was the flavour? The customer service was horrendous from the screaming woman in the background (not the lady on the counter) it went on and on for ages but clearly they didn’t want to give me any money back, after more from the screaming woman I’d had enough and wanted a full refund for the poor customer service as well as the shocking food. A man called me back, I showed him on FaceTime and sent him the photos. He texted me back to get my refund, I texted him back but he’d already blocked me. All this for under £20!!!

Tried to call restaurant multiple times , must be a new chef ? Hot and sour soup tastes like bovril stock cubes , prawn crackers stale , Wonton soup now flavour have to season . Salt and pepper mixed box (large ) actually too Salty to eat not usual standard but of soup snob so dissaponted

The food is one of the best I have ever eaten. The BIG problem was the DRIVER. He did not wear a face mask and he did not respect social distancing at all, giving me the bags in my hands. Totally unacceptable, especially as I had given specific instructions to respect social distancing rules and even ticked the box requesting contact free delivery. And so unfortunately, your delivery lets you down BIG TIME. For it does not matter how wonderful the food tastes like, if the driver kills me by infecting me with the virus!

Very bad & poor Chinese: Tried this Chinese as it was local Had a few diff things Worst chow mein I’ve ever had it tasted rancid & off The chicken was greasy rubbery & fatty ( tasted nothing like chicken- dread to think what it actually was! ) Most was inedible Made me and my daughter have a bad stomach for a few days & felt somewhat sick Please don’t waste your money in this takeaway & neeedless to say I won’t ever use this place again

Have take aways from here regularly. Always collect so can't advise on delivery. No issues with food.

Really enjoyed the food from pings its very close to get to or they will deliver for you I would recommend going there

They mess up the orders, promise to put it right but don’t bother. No appreciation for regular custom.

These used to be OK, however my more recent experiences have been awful. Most recently, the food wasn't great, particularly the chicken which was just slimy and full of fat. To add insult to injury, the delivery driver (female) tried to overcharge--when we queried it she asked 'if the extra was her tip?' the time before that, we ordered online (to pay cash on delivery), and submitted a 10% discount code. When it arrived, the delivery driver (male) charged full price without the discount. When we queried this one, he said it hadnt been passed onto Pings from the just eat website.. He half heartedly offerered(but clearly couldn't be bothered), to ring his manager.. However after waiting over an hour anyway, we just paid so we could get on with our evening. Needless to say, we no longer use this takeaway and have found one with far better quality of food and service.

Mr Ping Hit the spot again with our spontaneous take away. Fast efficient service, amazing food with complementary Prawn Crackers. Sumptuous starter of spring Rolls followed by sweet and Sour Chicken and Beef in Black Bean Sauce. We ordered a mix of Egg Fried Rice and Noodles to accompany . The whole meal was fantastic, now our favourite Take away . Thank You Mr Ping.

Hot and sour soup has no flavour dish water . Wonton soup dish water . Peking ribs , sweet and sour !!!! Everything disappointed. Won't order again , unless your new to Chinese have no taste buds .

First time we have ordered from pings. Got to say its the best Chinese restaurant in Crewe. Food was quick, very hot, and fresh. Will be making this our regular takeaway. Excellent

Ordered a takeaway from Pings for home delivery. One of the best Chinese takeaways we have had the food was cooked to perfection and tasted really good. Food was delivered to our door quickly and efficiently. A definite must.
