One of our favourite breakfast spots. We are frequent visitors for Saturday morning breakfast, and are never disappointed. Friendly, efficient staff, and delicious, reasonably priced food. Would definitely recommend

The farm shop seeking fruit and veg is lovely. Very welcoming and a great selection. The cafe on the other hand was a strange experience. Waited an hour for sandwiches, asked a staff member when we could expect them and he never came back but did reappear 10 minutes later with his own plate of lunch to tuck into. Ended up just paying for drinks and leaving. We were the only people in there

Popped in here on a Saturday afternoon for something to do with my son. Weather was bad so we needed to be inside. Lots of lovely homewares for sale and things to look at. Fabulous stalls with a wide range of goods. Ended up buying half my Christmas gifts in the farm shop and the most delicious mince pies I have ever had. Clearly the staff have bent over backwards to keep it all going- and to such a high standard- throughout Covid. A lovely family run business and well worth a visit. No queues like The Windsor Farm Shop but still loads of fresh produce.

How fortunate to have this wonderful farm shop and plant nursery in Stoke Poges, with ample parking too. We have been using the online food shop option so we can order and pay online and collect at our time slot. We have now been visiting the farm shop and have been able to use the eco refill pantry. We will definitely be returning to collect a hanging basket and roses for the garden. Thank you to the lovely staff. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Over the past three years we have often visited the plant nursery for high quality, seasonal plants. The cafe had been hit or miss as to wether it wOuld open or not. New owners took over last summer and are developing this into a really great place for a quick lunch. You always get a lovely, smiling welcome, great coffee and a good choice of the food you would normally expect at a garden centre. Then there are the specials. Yesterday I had the mushrooms and bacon on sourdough bread, which was absolutely fabulous. My wife had a well executed jacket potato with cheese and beans. We are going back today because she wants to try the special. I'm not arguing. To be clear , the food is five star but the decor is not. The cafe is located in one of the glass houses of the nursery, the floor is a little uneven but there are plenty of tables and a small indoor play area for toddlers. Yesterday it was wet and windy outside and you knew it on the inside. To my mind this place offers lovely food at great prices, they could and perhaps should charge more. It is clearly a passion and a family project for the couple who are running it. It seems to get better every time we go there

Firstly, the review is based on all aspects of this family owned business, which has been there for over 35 years. The cafe, solid 3 stars, will not blow you away, but will fill you up with good food. Where this place comes into its own is the expertise in flowers and hanging baskets which are exceptional value, and the amazing, quaint Farm Shop, which is a regular de compression zone from the strains of everyday life. As you walk in you are greeted by a cornucopia of fresh fruit and veg, which leads you around the shop to all other areas.. a Gluten free bay ( small. but there), some organic supplies as well as lovely drinks, local cakes and Jams and Local beers and artisan Gins. Most things here are not on the high street, so a treasure hunt to see what you can find is always fun. They also host a classic car and Bike show on the last sunday of every month, which his summer has been fab to just go and look. Price wise it is very good value, and it feels like a farmshop should, and not just a retail unit like in a flowerland. Over the course of 3 or 4 years, it has slowly become my go to local shop as the staff are just plain excellent, helpful, happy, knowledgeable and efficient. If you are within 3 miles, why would you shop anywhere else?

Discovered Pinewood Nureseries Cafe today, a real find. I had a BLT, absolutely loaded with freshly cooked bacon, excellent latte and amazing coconut and lime cake. There were loads of other homemade cake options and all food seemed to be prepared fresh to order. All reasonabley priced. Really friendly staff in the cafe and nursery too. Also picked up a great hanging basket too.

We went to select hanging baskets for our garden and had lunch whilst there. The food was good, fresh and plentiful served in a friendly manner. The garden centre and café are family run and as such you get a special feeling of attentiveness. There is also a shop selling groceries, cakes, pies, fruit and vegetables, all fresh and delicious.

We decided to stay and have lunch. We know that the nursery has the best hanging baskets so we made the trip specially from Oxford. The cafe seating, inside and out is basic and typical of any garden/greenhouse. The range of food is good for lunch, we decided to have macaroni cheese with a side salad; it came perfectly cooked and piping hot with a dressed side salad. If we had had time we would have stayed for one of the delicious looking cakes and with coffee. The staff in all areas are really helpful.

The cafe is good value, parking is easy and is no nonsense, with areas that are child friendly. The food is Good, but not Great which I guess is what you expect from this type of outlet. The cakes are really really good too! Service is friendly, but the cafe can be cold, so wrap up warm although heaters and the odd Blanket is available. The real Joy is the Flowers, as when in bloom they are brilliant, and the Farm shop is my Go to for the staples that are needed, as well as lots of things that are locally sourced and you cannot get in any other store. Award winning pies, fresh Vegetables and fruit as well as BRILLIANT local breads make the shop the star attraction. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and My wife and I often get a weeks shopping of fresh and frozen, for under £25. If you are driving past or in the area pop in... you will not be dissappointed.

Before going into the Farm Shop for their fresh vegetables, cheese and other excellent goodies, we visited and photographed the Highland Cattle, watched the pigs wallow in the mud and said 'hello' to the chickens. The whole area is a delight and parking is easy.

This is one of the best nurseries in London. It is not garden centre full of tacky shopping items but a place to go to enjoy what gardening is all about. The quality of plants is second to none and as a bonus has a fantastic shop, cafe and a few animals to enjoy. Liz and her team bring a wealth of experience and plant knowledge, something Garden Centres never have. A true gem!

Nice idea to have a cafe and the coffee and cake were good - it just needs a bit more thought to make it comfortable and not just as if you've having a coffee in an unused greenhouse.

Whether coming in for a spring basket, advice for garden maintenance over the summer or stocking up on Christmas trees and poinsettias in the festive season there is always a buzz around this place. The staff are really friendly and there is always loads to see whether it is the animals in the paddock, the latest produce in the farm shop or a sea of colour in the glass house and if you are umming and ahhing over whether to go for another hanging basket or more bedding plants there is always a cracking bacon sandwich or fresh carrot cake on offer to help you ruminate. Definitely worth a visit.

We stumbled across this little gem when we moved to the area. The Nurseries, Farm Shop and Cafe are all charming, friendly and relaxed. The food is fresh, home cooked and with great ingredients from the farm shop. We usually pop in for a weekend breakfast and then grab something tasty from the farm shop for dinner! I love to see the animals too...esp the highland cow and the pigmy goats. Highly recommended!

Popped in here one morning for a coffee and a snack. The bacon sandwich was the best I have ever eaten! Great bacon and great bread. A happy marriage indeed! I don't normally go around photographing my sandwiches but I did with this one!If you are visiting the nursery or farm shop I recommend a stop at the Prop Cafe here.

My husband I visited Humphrey’s for our anniversary. The menu for vegetarian was so disappointing. The items on the menu were a mismatch , there was no specific cuisine type. I ordered the pea and mint soup as a starter. I had to ask for Salt and pepper as there was no seasoning . I couldn’t taste the mint and the soup was gritty. It was not smooth. Perhaps it was not meant to be, but seasoning should of been there. When the waitress asked how it was, I was honest and said it was not great . Her response “ ok” ! My main was chosen from their main menu, rather than the vegetarian menu ( as it was not enticing) I chose the mushroom risotto. The waiter told me that they can make the risotto vegetarian friendly (without Parmesan) . The dish arrived and Again no seasoning. I thought it was me being pickey, so I asked my husband to try abs he agreed , it was flavourless. I asked the waiter if they can add seasoning. He told me that due to no Parmesan the taste will be pretty much the same. You think being a fine dining restaurant they would have vegetarian alternatives to parmigiana cheese ( even I have in my fridge ). I then asked not to bother to remake with seasoning and thought maybe something from the vegetarian/ vegan menu will be better. I chose the spaghetti in tomato sauce. I was better of not ordering it and eating the bread. It was something a child would eat. If an Italian came To eat this , they would be appalled. I ate 1/4, out of politeness. I didn’t say anything, as at this point I just wanted to hurry up and leave. Final course chocolate fondant ... finally something that was great. I wish I had just gone straight to the dessert . When the bill came, I couldn’t believe that my tasteless meal cost £68. How can spaghetti in some tomato sauce cost £22. I have had some amazing simple pasta in fine dining Michelin star restaurant and willing to pay high price. But this, as I said is something a child would get at school. Also my husbands food was great , crab, prawns to start and halibut for main. That I understand to £68, but for vegetarian it was ridiculous. Even in Michelin star restaurant, the set menus or tasting veg menu is a little cheaper , so this place is just taking advantage. Vegetarian/ vegan food has come a long way and many chefs have learnt the art to take a vegetable and turn it into a incredible meal. This place has clearly not adopted this and think serving some spaghetti in tomato sauce with no seasoning is fine dining! Even other items on the veg menu didn’t look great. If you are vegetarian/vegan, do not eat here. Plus side, deserts were great and main menu was good ( according to my husband)

Fabulous afternoon tea, in a recently refurbished room, beautifully decorated in lilac and silver. Ian was our host, and nothing was too much trouble! Sandwiches were really fresh and tasty, scones - plain and fruit - were warm and delicious. some small patisserie cakes too! Tea was topped up regularly, and boxes handed out if you couldn't eat it all! Would thoroughly recommend. Ian was a ⭐
