Happened to be walking past today and the smell is what actually pulled me in. Such friendly staff and great selection of food. I ordered a panini and it was delicious - fresh and made very well. Looks like a lovely place where you can also sit outside if you wanted. Would definitely recommend and will visit again. Thank you for such friendly service :)

Tried/visited the Sandwich Bar for the first time today and I'm very glad I did. They have a big menu so there's lot of options to choose from but I went for the chicken,cheese and pesto panini and its definitely one of the best paninis I've had! Will definitely be returning in the future 😊

Best sandwich bar for miles. I go at least a couple of times a week. Food is always fresh, generous and tasty. No scrimping with cheap ingredients. Great choice. Service is fast and friendly. So much better than the generic alternatives like Greggs and Wenzel's. If you are in the area check them out. If you are not in the area, go anyway, it's worth it.

Got lunch from these guys today. They were recommended by some builders we had in last week. I can honestly say this was the sandwich of dreams. Fresh bread, enough filling and a perfect amount of garnish. I will be going back the next time I am working from home. Epic!!!!!

Only recently started coming to this place and I’ve got to make up for lost time now. Excellent value for money, really tasty food and great service. I’ve only had breakfast rolls so far but the rest of the food on offer looks good too! Always popular when I’ve visited and cook my eggs how I like them! And the hash browns are decent too which always helps! Would recommend and will keep returning for more!

SOOOO GOOOD Today I rolled through to Bite & had the most outrageous sandwich ever. Roast chicken & bacon wrapped with red cabbage coleslaw, lettuce & tomato - finished with melted cheese and it was all a bit funky really. Can I come every day?

I ordered a lunch for my office to feed 20 socially distanced colleagues. We had two platters of sandwiches one vegetarian one not plus a small platter of filled tiny brioche rolls. Plus some freshly baked mince pies. Absolutely outstanding. I received compliments from my colleagues for bringing such a delicious lunch to work. Fresh bread, fresh fillings and well made and presented. Overall marks from me are 11/10.

This shop is just the best sandwich shop around. They'll put whatever filling you want in whichever bread you want. I dared to bring up the C word today (in Nov!!!) and got chicken, bacon, stuffing and cranberry sauce in a toasted panini. Christmas Dinner hot in a panini, it was amazing. Stuck some cheese in too just for good measure. Then had a chocolate muffin. That was to die for......soft chocolate chip cake with gooey chocolate sauce in the middle. If you haven't tried this sandwich shop you really NEED to! And the staff are so chatty and funny.

I would most certainly recommend potential customers to visit and try for themselves! You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, I could only give five stars, otherwise this business exceeds the standard and sets a new benchmark. Edit: Please try the following, Chicken Tikka, Mozerella Cheese, Pesto, Tabasco in a Poppy Bread Panini! The best sandwich I had in my life.

Great food, excellent selection, good value and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble and customers are treated like friends. Can't reccomend enough. If you go anywhere else in Uxbridge for lunch you need to try this because you're missing out.

a little gem in Uxbridge, I only go for there egg mayo roll in the morning or Salmon and Cheese, as much as I would love to eat their fried eggs, I cannot as its cooked all on the same grill as the sausage and bacon. Staff are always amazing and just a family run business…when you walk in to the shop it is a house kitchen which is a nice touch! Will see you soon

Service with a smile is an understatement as this place feels like the bar from "Cheers". A great selection of filling is complemented by a mind-boggling array of sauces and chutneys that are offered with a surprisingly wide selection of bread and rolls. They focus on sourcing their ingredients locally and make a gut-busting breakfast roll with local bacon sausage and eggs (plus cheese if you are feeling really peckish) that will keep you going all day. The fillings are generous and the pricing is great value, especially when you compare it to what you get in a pret'. But the cherry on the cake (Anna also brings in some fantastic home cooked cakes too) is you get treated like a friend and the food is prepared with heart and soul. Its now a firm fav of mine and already has a growing loyal following. Say hello to Norm' next time you pass that way !

I am also a veggie and have concerns over the cross-contamination of meat - although the staff now wear gloves, it seems to be the same pair worn for everything, including using the till! The baguettes are stuffed full and really tasty but the poor hygiene has put me off this sandwich bar...

Quick service, however being veggie I ordered a sandwich with avo and cheese but when I took it back to the office to bite into it, it had bacon that may have been left on the knife when cutting it. Shame that - ended up throwing bits of it away as I was put off. A clean knife to cut veg based sandwiches would really help. Charged over £3 for it - so not cheap! Coffees/teas reasonable.
