Karen was a delight, very helpful, attentive, very professional and kind. Very good food and service. Well done Karen! Will be sure to visit again!

Food was ok, not great The onion loaf was greasy, nothing special about any of it, the seabass was over cooked too. Won't be going back again in a hurry, much better places around to get a decent steak!

Food was cooked great, service was slow and not very customer friendly. Well not all of them. Atmosphere is grimm, screaming kids while you're trying to eat is abysmal to be fair

We had a lovely birthday lunch with the family. The food was delicious, and they went an extra mile to sing happy birthday to us. Our server Karen was lovely and very attentive! Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely come again!

Another great lunch at Miller and Carter! Great service, delicious food, and overall great experience. We came for family birthday lunch and Karen suprised us with her coworker with a happy birthday song and candles for our dad and sister. Lovely lunch, had a great time! A bit disappointed. Usually a good visit for us as a family. No one at reception. We had drinks before we sat at our table. It was unusually short on staff reception. Waitress not very available for more drinks and taking our food orders. The fillet steak seems to be smaller than normal. I would question the weight against the size portion !! In our opinion over priced main meals.

One of the nicest meals I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time. We visit Miller & Carter Taplow on an occasion and it never disappoints. Our service was faultless thanks to Anna. Very accommodating.

I attended Miller & carter Taplow for my aunties birthday. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. Anna was our waiter and she was full of smiles and jokes making our evening even more better

Came here about 10 years ago for fathers day on a Sunday and had a tomahawk, service was really slow and mediocre food . Went today and had a completely different experience ,service was great and every item of food ordered was great. Had 3 Starters, prawns, scallops and calamari couldn't fault anything. Mains were lamb rump and I had 20oz tbone with extra lobster tail although lobster wasn't massive I wasn't expecting anything else from the price but tasted great as did the steak which was cooked exactly how I asked for ( medium) I used to just call it a posh Harvester but wll definitely be returning overall great experience

Pleasant dining room, decent food and waiters only there when you need them. Loos are up some steep stairs: I don't know if there's anything on the ground floor for those with mobility problems. It can be difficult to turn right onto the A4 when leaving.

What a lovely meal and cocktail we had at Miller & Carter Taplow. Lovely waitress Irish/italian lady. Excellent service. Great food great price be quick as offer runs out tomorrow. £20 Per head. Enjoy. X
