Shocking, how can food be burnt but cold. It's disgusting too. Could not each kebab. Thrown in Bin. My children tried to eat the wraps but couldn't, now one of them is feeling really ill. Will be sending complait to health officials shortly. They offered me a partial refund. What a Joke. Stay well clear!!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking. When you order a takeaway you expect it to be right. Chips were burnt and cold and disgusting. The kebab tasted funny and my wife is now on the loo. Never again

The fish was nice but the batter was almost burnt dark golden colour and tasted really greasy that was also the same for the battered sausage aswell

I love the place i would always go there if i wanted a take away or if i was just hungry. i love the chicken burgers that come from there, the buns aren't soggy when they arrive. The pine close pizza is really good too!

Got the order wrong 2 times asked for lamb and got chicken sent it back and then they sent chicken again very poor will not be going back

Cod has gone up by 2 pounds. Used to be a nice treat but it’s to expensive now

The lamb was just sinew, wasn’t edible. Normally we get a great kebab from here so a little disappointed this evening

cod was over cooked and small sized and kebab was small portion meat inside didn't like this service in this order not value for the money paid

Ordered a Bolognese pizza for it to turn up and be covered in donner meat, mushrooms and onions. Should really state on the menu what you mean by bolognese. Not a very nice pizza at all. Bland pizza and soggy chips. Delivery man was lovely.

Awful, chips undercooked felt like rubber made my stomach bad the next day. The lady serving was miserable and rude. Wouldn’t go back.

Asked for the salad and chilli sauce to be kept seperate, but it was all mixed in, this makes salad warm and sauce over powers it. On this occasion I had to bin it. £16 wasted. Not happy. All they had to do was read order properly.

To be 100% honest the worst meal we have had from the place. Even the meal size was smaller the food itself wasn't nice chicken kebab two pieces of chicken still had blood left angry and hungry

Pine Close has come a long way from the gross place it was in the past. Fish is sooo much better quality and kebabs are much better than they were.

Very bad order food at approx 20:30 with a delivery window between 21:10 and 21:30. 22:03 says food is delivered but didn’t receive food and taken money. This is very bad service. I would like me £23:30 back and some compensation to cover me for the inconvenience caused that quite frankly should not have happened.

food was cold tasted wrong salad was with meat and tasted yuck the sauce was not real chilli and it was delved deliveroo made me sick put in bin never eat there again it been some time got this doner today /

Had some lovely food from here recently. Order always arrives piping hot.

Ordered garlic bread and got cheesy one. My husband has an allergy to cheese so not great. Also shop explained very busy evening and loads if orders. So dinner was very late than time stated. But we like the food.

Food was not the best toppings on the pizza all over the box not really on the pizza onion rings where OK but limp not crispy as onionrings should be wrapped up with about ten chips that where old and dry that I didn't even ask for.

Great food, especially for the price, and deliveries are always early or on time. Top notch takeaway.

Unfortunately this time as well as the last time the food is just not very nice the fries have at least been cooked a few times and don’t smell or look pleasant. After spending £7,30 for two portions of fries and collecting them so it’s expensive you expect to have nice food. Next time I think we will just go to McDonald’s for fries. It’s a shame because this chip shop used to be really nice.

In one of the orders, there was a top blown can but unopened delivered with my meal. I drank it and it tasted like a drain pipe only to discover its months out of date it was a can of Pepsi max. I threw up my dinner after having a few mouthfuls. Please check your stock that its in date please I don't want anyone else to be delivered outdated products you may have.

Order delayed by 15 mins, unfortunately, kebab was mostly cold and pizza was overcooked. Quite surprised as always liked this place.

Brought battered sausage and chips twice and fish cakes and the chips were undercooked with black bits all in them and the sausage was hardly battered and undercooked and it all stunk of fish which was off putting and I wouldn't even give that to a hungry dog. Over priced and undercooked, just walk past or go hungry!!

Service was nice enough and could be collected on time but the food was naff. Sausages over cooked, chips was very bitty (small bits rather proper chips) and the pie was barely Luke warm. Afraid I won’t rush back.

The food was horrible. Ordered a cheeseburger and got it with no lettuce/mayo. The burger’s size is the same as a kids burger. The vegetables in a kebab tasted unwashed and old and the meat tasted fishy. The pizza was alright, probably the most decent. Very disappointing

Best take away we have had in a long time I ordered a medium cod and small chips and a pizza. The chips are THE BEST chip chop chips we have ever had , and my medium cod was huge. Pizza had proper chicken on it and was full of toppings , nothing was greasy at all Definitely be ordering again thank you

The last 2 times ordering from here was amazing definitely better than what they used to be Their kebab used to be terrible and I remember them sending burnt pizza which was so burnt you could tell they didn't care so I hesitated ordering from them again and I know loads of people who won't even risk ordering from them again but I took the risk cos they were cheaper than the rest and I got to say the last 2 times if they keep it up they will be 1 of the best in Thetford just wish the people I've told would take the risk to but they still remember how they used to be and won't forget and take a chance with them but I'm glad I did nd now you have 1 customer back cos I will definitely be ordering again so just keep it up guys well done 👏

Was sent a Vegetarian pizza and not the Vegetarian Hot as ordered.

Food was undercooked. Chips were bland and tasteless. Savaloys were hard. Second time we ve had this problem . Won't be ordering again.

I ordered a combo meal with potato wedges which came with ordinary chips which were so dried out and tasteless and about 6 potato wedges, my 3 kids meals were ordered with fruit shoots and they sent cans of fizzy Fanta! The burger meal stated it comes with lettuce and Mayo and it came plain, very disappointed with the food tonight!
