Asked for a chicken kebab, told it would be 20 mins! So asked for a doner kebab, told it would be 15 mins to cook on the spit!!! Ended up with chicken & mushroom pie with chips, chips were not cooked long enough, full of grease and ended up being sick after eating the pie! Over priced, nothing available straight away, and food poisoning from the pie! 3 days to recover, but was told "We like to cook the food fresh"!!! Should of been fresh alright, fresh into the bin! Please AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

We ordered 3 cod and 3 chips with 2 pickled eggs for delivery. Delivery was estimated to take an hour. Our food was at our door within 25 minutes. Still crispy, well packaged, fresh, hot, and massive portions. Will definitely order from here again! Thank you so much!

Usually order from here but Just had pizza from here first time tried there pizzas and must say they are excellent so tasty with flavour and loads of topping and pizza base so fresh and soft will definately order pizzas from here from now on x

Open till 10 on a sunday which is a plus. However 1. they dont speak the best english 2. They dont accept card 3. Food is over priced and food is average at best. Wouldnt use this chip shop again nor would I recommend it.

Normally good food, but my recent order was canceled an hour after the order was made (via the just eat app, I did not receive a phone call or a notification beforehand that there were no drivers).

I've bought meals from here around 20 times plus placed an order today and was refused due to a rude manger. Seems silly as his excuse was we were to far my reply was how come you have delivered to us 20 times plus ? He had no reply, food is fine but would never eat here again due to the rude staff. I like to think I support small businesses, but when I've spent a lot of money with a company and I get a reply that your not as important as other customers, well you can poke your food and my repeat business. Go else where if you want food!

Ordered today fish great, burgers great, pizza soggy undercooked veg was still raw An middle of pizza was like dough won't be using them for pizza but other foods are ok

Had few takeaways from here . All very nice .Had fish n chips . pizza. But my favourite is there burgers .do different sizes and combinations. Very nice

Not the best in town, very large portions of chips but if they aren’t nice there’s not much point! Tried it a few times now as it’s the closest one to me but it never gets any better, I’ll not be using it again.

Me and my partner went here for a takeaway and they started talking in Turkish whilst looking at us both and laughing and saying whatever it was and the food wasn't to great either. It was rather rude to be treated in that manner we only popped in for a burger and you had no customers so be grateful we visited you and you be rude to us, we just found you very rude so you won't order from you again.

The food is always great here and the prices are very good.

I order using the Just Eat App it's so much easier. Always had good food from this shop and the grilled chicken is absolutely delicious. Great to have it local 5 minute walk away.

Parking can be a problem but the food is good.

Empezamos pidiendo desde aquí un par de semanas antes de Navidad y no he mirado atrás. Pedimos a través de comer solo app y normalmente llega antes de la hora, siempre fresca y caliente y con una sonrisa. Las comidas de niños tienen una excelente relación calidad-precio, estoy trabajando mi a través de los diferentes pinchos y a mi marido le encanta su hamburguesa de pollo con bacon añadida. Recomiendo

si miráis. A mi familia y a mi me encanta este lugar. Si estamos teniendo una para llevar y pasa a ser pescado o una comida para llevar un poco es de aquí. que satisface a todos nosotros. Mis hijos tendrán las comidas para niños (mi hijo mayor entró ama ensalada y siempre recibe un montón con su hamburguesa). Nunca hemos tenido problemas y comida siempre caliente y fresco. Tienen la mejor salsa de ajo. Esto para nosotros es la mejor kebab y "fish and chips" en Thetford

Excellent! Especially the kebabs and home made chilli sauce. Chips are great too. I've not had a bad experience from here yet and delivery is super fast.

chips are not nice lovely customer service kebabs need 2 be worked on.. the chicken kebab with chilli sauce isn't nice think its the chilli sauce 2 tomatory and the chip was very greasy even thou u do get a lot.. the staff r very friendly just was a little disappointed as we have a great Chinese and indian along side was expecting better ..

had never had fish and chips from here so didn't know what to expect needn't have worried chips came in abundance fish was( superb I had rock) and delivery time was quick highly reccomend

Great freshly cooked fish and chips, great value for money and always busy. We look forward to this weekly treat, they also cook a great burger if you wish.
