Used to go when I was in college and rediscovered it this Xmas holiday. My favourite place to sit and get uni work done. Strong coffee, outdoor seating to watch the world go by and friendly staff once you’re a regular. Couldn’t recommend more, sooooo much better than giving your money to a soulless corporate cafe like costa or Nero

Italian coffee shop. Sells cakes pastries and ice cream as well. The coffee was strong and smooth, but maybe 25% more expensive than typical coffee shops. In my view it was worth it - they know their coffee. I spotted frozen croissants being taken out of the freezer, so I would not call it an artisan Baker.

The coffee was nice and the sausage roll and croissant were acceptable. However, the outside seating areas, front and back were mainly smokers which was most unpleasant for us non-smokers. Even one of the cafe workers came outside and stood near our table blowing smoke in our direction. I know we could’ve sat inside, but on a nice day why should we. It would be much better if they had one area for smokers and not both the front and back seating. I doubt I’ll return.

Some friends kindly gave me £15 of gift vouchers for this place, so I was excited to try it out. 👍 Although I’d been warned afterwards by a friend that said she had the driest carrot cake ever there.. 🍰😬 Service wasn’t particularly friendly, but the place seemed fairly clean at least. 🤷‍♂️ They don’t sell cooked breakfasts (what I hoped for) or paninis/sandwiches, so we just got drinks, 2 cheese and ham pastries and a sausage roll. The drinks were fine (latte with little biscuit, iced drink and Fanta, but the pastries were really dry and fairly tasteless. 😞 I asked for some ketchup to help this situation somewhat, but they didn’t have any, so I had to go grab some from maccies, by which time things weren’t as hot anymore. Wouldn’t return in a hurry if I’m honest.. 🤔

Visited Salisbury for the first time in after a long wait due to COVID. Arrived by car, parked in Wilton P&R and once in town centre decided to have a coffee, found this Italian run coffee house with the most polite helpful staff. After ordering 2 cappacino's and 2 cakes, found that the coffee used was mellower than others that had been drunk before. Prices were really not too bad,as for the service that was second to none. Would visit again the next time down in Salisbury.

To serve simple food, you have to get it spot on and Pickup certainly did. Best Mocha I’ve ever had and the most delicious chocolate croissant. none of us had anything too adventurous, but it’s so refreshing to have the basics done so well. Nice seating outside, pleasant service. Overall an excellent experience!

I really enjoyed the cafe! I visit it every single weekend with my family and we find it very nice! I’m from Greece so it’s very cool to go to a Greek cafe. There’s a lot of people saying that the sausage rolls are disgusting because they are made with a different sausage but that is how Greek people eat their sausage rolls and you people have to understand it before going to their shop! Anyways I loved it and it is highly recommended!!

Service was the worst I have ever experienced. The staff were so unfriendly and rude, we honestly thought it was a wind up! We were visitors to the area but cannot imagine why locals would go there, attitude to customers is dreadful. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

EXCELLENT americano, it was smooth, for lack of a better way to describe it. Overall we are more disappointed when we order coffee out, PickUp did not disappoint. Customer service was excellent, friendly. Seating: Outside seating both in front and outback...and inside. No Gluten free options for pastries.

Having ate here before and had a good time I thought it would be good for a birthday meal for 4 on a Monday lunch time how disappointing it was. 2 Steak & Stiton pies ordered although very tasty lacked Stiton and was meant to be served with veg we had to ask for the veg which when it arrived after several minutes the excuse was we only have 2 microwaves not the excuse I wanted, the other 2 meals were fine, unfortunately we will not go back.

We visited on a Sunday for breakfast. Arriving a couple of minutes after 10am (opening time), we queued for a table and then again to order food. There were plenty of tables but appreciated it was busy - not all tables were full. We waited for 50 minutes for our food to arrive, although coffee arrived much earlier. This was prompted by us asking where our food was/checking the order had been made, to which we were told ‘we’d just have to wait because it was busy’. The food arrived 5 minutes later. The food was tasty and we’ve no complaints about the quality or price. But, something about the system here just doesn’t make sense, queuing at every point and then waiting another 50 minutes for scrambled eggs on toast and a bacon sandwich, doesn’t make sense. We arrived at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:15…. People had started arriving for lunch! Sadly, we’d not return. There are just other places nearby that are doing it better.

The location of this establishment is strange because the shop/restaurant sits within what is essentially a business park in the middle of nowhere but it is not hard to find. The setting was ideal for a summer lunch with lots of variously covered areas to shelter from the sun or rain if it happens. Then you realise that all these covered areas are, in fact, the restaurant! I saw no evidence of indoor seating. The main seating area is fundamentally a plastic marquee attached to a shop unit and all the seats are picnic benches. They have an interesting menu, which changes regularly I understand, and it is obvious that this establishment is not trying be a full all ‘singing and dancing’ restaurant and they do make that clear. It uses locally sourced quality produce for Deli style light meals, specifically lunches, and also snacks. The people running it are personable, welcoming and efficient. We found them very helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. Overall, the food menu is a little overpriced I feel but not excessive. That said, a few dishes do seem “over the top’ for what they are. It is the shop where the prices are eyewatering expensive and I think they have gone too far. I can here them now saying that they are supporting local suppliers and that this comes at a cost but times are hard and I do truly believe they, or their suppliers, need to face reality as the pricing is far too high. We need to support businesses like this but they have to respond too! Did I enjoy my meal? Yes, fantastic, Would I go again? Yes, definitely! Would I encourage you to go? Yes definitely! I just warn you that your visit will be enjoyable but not cheap so be prepared.
