Picasso Express Ltd in Eastbourne

I’ve always regarded these pizzas as the best in town but word of warning, the last few orders they’ve turned up stone cold.

Really good quality & just like proper Italian pizza

Bolognese pizza and chicken and bacon Parmesan pasta was awesome. Calamari was also delicious.

Great food. A clear thumbs up from us. Portion sizes could be a bit bigger for some pasta dishes.

Food tastes nice. However one item wasn’t what we had ordered. Which was disappointing and annoying.

delivery was good however food came cold so had to put in the oven and the mozzarella garlic bread i spent £4.50 for only came with 3 bits that can be eaten in 1 mouthful

Vegetarian mistake was remedied with complete politeness and efficiency. Aside from that, the food and service was top quality. Definitely recommend Picasso Express.

The food was nice and hot but after being told it would be 25 - 40 minutes it ended up being almost 2 hours so make sure you order well in advance of your meal.

The carbonara was just a very greasy sauce made with cream with extremely salty bacon- not at all like an Italian carbonara and the garlic bread with cheese for £4.50 was very expensive for what it was….

The food here is great, we all really enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend the pizzas. Sadly the wine was very hit and miss and the service wasn’t the best. Will certainly give it another visit in the near future and hope to enjoy our drinks and the customer service more next time around.

We LOVE it here! The decor is lovely, staff are really attentive and genuinely seem to care, the food is just divine. Have been here 4 times now and not intending on stopping coming back any time soon😂 Just a fabulous place. Very vegan friendly - they even have vg biscoff ice cream for dessert! More people need to know about it for sure as it’s a bit of a hidden gem!

Waited for an hour and a half for a small pizza.

the quality was fine, but we've ordered from here a fair few times now, I've added chicken to the carbonara and there was literally zero in it, more sauce than pasta and it just seemed pretty bare minimum compared to previous orders. disappointed that's for sure.

stunning flavours portions ideal worth the money

Great hidden gem, good food and good service. Exactly what your'd expect from Picasso's. Hidden under the old Tally Ho pub, hiding behind what looks like a takeaway pizza place is the restaurant. Some scattered on street parking around but be prepared to walk a little, but well worth it. If you're local it's well worth a go!

I found this restaurant by chance after taking the bus. It’s such a great restaurant. The pasta has a delicious spicy flavor. The service charge is not secretly included in the bill, 💯

Rustico pizza - taste wise I found it very salty, the base was really chewy and the crust was just too hard. In addition to this there was only 2 pieces of sunblushed tomato and the rocket salad seemed to be missing. Diavolo Pizza - again chewy base, extra hard crust, the salami and pepperoni was also hard and crunchy. Arabiatta Pasta - overcooked pasta , bland taste- the most boring Arabiatta I’ve ever had. All in all a waste of money and a complete disappointment.

I never knew this beautiful spot was just up the road! We visited for my Auntie's Birthday and they couldn't have picked a better place. You're greeted by a lovely smile and such friendly staff. I couldn't have been happier with how continously helpful everyone was, it made the atmosphere of the place complete. I had the calamari to start, the Salsiccia Pesto pizza for my main and the homemade Bannoffe pie for pudding. The calamari was so succulent and the sauce was gorgeous. I honestly won't be ordering pizza from anywhere else again, i can't say I've ever had a pizza that good. The fact the Bannoffe pie was homemade just made it complete. I will be recommending this beautiful place to everyone, its kid friendly (my son has insisted we eat here for his birthday) it's a beautiful atmosphere with beautiful food and staff. Thank you for a lovely day and we'll definitely be back again soon!

Usually amazing pizza but this time the base was slightly more doughy - the pizza wasn’t as stretched as it normal is. And the crust was burnt on one side. This hardly ever happens from Picasso and most of the pizza tasted amazing as usual.

This is the 3rd or 4th time ordering from here and the 1st time disappointed. Food arrived over an hour after the initial estimated delivery time (it kept being pushed back) and when it did arrive, the pizzas were lukewarm at best (all previous deliveries have been too hot to eat!) On this occasion we also ordered puddings: the profiteroles were sat in a sea of squirty cream and the chocolate cake (sold as served with whipped cream) had no cream at all with it. Overall disappointed on this occasion.

Sent me the wrong order. I'm vegetarian and I ordered the vegetarian Tagiatelle Porcini, and it came with meat sausage in it. Grilled vegetable were nice, but £4 for 3 slices is hilariously bad.

Great hidden gem! From the outside this restaurant looks very small however once inside this place is huge. Service was lovely and the waitress was very friendly. The food was delicious, I would highly recommend anyone visiting here.

We had a lovely meal here mid week, the food was so tasty and the place had a really nice atmosphere. The waitresses Daisy and Isla were so friendly and smiley, I would definitely recommend!

Have been using this restaurant for a while and the pizzas are always cooked perfectly, great dough and great ingredients, good balance on the pizzas. The pizzas are thin crust, but not Neapolitan style or floppy and maybe closer to something like a New York pizza style, just the right thickness of crust and has nice crisp/crust. Keep up the great work. Thanks  I enjoyed Pizzarelli who were at the same premises before you, but your pizzas are even better. Also a special mention for the owner who helped out on an order himself when Justeat had made an error.

Food was amazing as it always is from here. Only downside was that Just eat drivers were on strike and Just Eat chose not to mention that. Went to collect myself.

Far too much chilli on the Riviera Pizza, nearly blew my head off! And I like spicy food. Couldn't taste anything else, sadly.

We came here for a family meal with a vegan. The food was top quality and the service was amazing, our waitress was Daisy and she was very polite and professional. The menu is well equipt for all food types including vegan. Thoroughly enjoyed and have even booked for an 18th birthday meal.

The best pizza in Eastbourne. Authentic, Italian food, great value and friendly service. The ice cream and desserts are incredible and all made from scratch. I cannot recommend highly enough.

very little food even my 5 year old children got hungry i really am very sad with this restaurant i always bought it but the last few times it was horrible the food my old risotto so little seafood and so much oil that i was in doubt if i was eating or drinking a glass of oil!! Ordered food tonight and food was okay. Ordered two pasta meals and garlic ciabatta bread. My partner had a king prawn pasta and I had a vegetarian pasta. He enjoyed his but I thought mine was lacking in flavour. Both were hot. The garlic ciabatta was very disappointing 3 small pieces which were really hard. Probably wouldn’t order again for the price paid.

Five minutes here or there not important all depends on traffic and traffic lights. This meal was one of the best I have ordered on line. My only complaint - the pasta was fusili not spagheti as advertised. Pasta was hot, and tasty, the desert serving good. Thank you

Absolutely delicious food, we ordered a pizza and calzone and both were incredible. Really tasty ingredients and very cheesy without being covered in grease like so many pizzas are. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Picasso express in Eastbourne as I love their restaurant in Bexhill and when they were in Langley before and have never been disappointed. The food was ok. The risotto was a bit too creamy and the chips looked and tasted like they’d been cooked before and re cooked again. The pizza was a bit greasy tasting. A little disappointed that they don’t have a huge range of ice cream options like they do in the Bexhill restaurant. I’d try again, but I do prefer the one in Bexhill. I feel that the atmosphere in Eastbourne isn’t as lively or welcoming and I think that’s due to where it’s located.
