Langham Hotel in Eastbourne

The Langham hotel has super winter deals and I always take advantage of them. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful place.

I booked the Langham Hotel as the venue for my father's 100th birthday. The venue was perfect for party - extremely well presented with a very flexible set up. The service provided by Butch and Marina was very efficient and unobtrusive throughout. They were also happy to accommodate small changes to plans during the party. We also had some guests at the party who stayed at the hotel over the weekend and they were very happy with their stay. The main reason I chose the Langham over other options was the overall attitude and attention to customer service exhibited by every member of the staff that I met. Even the owner introduced himself on the day. It is clearly a very proud and happy team. The General Manager, Simon Brown, took personal responsibility helping me organise the event from the other side of the world (I live in Australia). His attention to detail and caring attitude was exemplary. I absolutely recommend the Langham for similar events and accommodation.

I went to see Tony Harris with 3 friends. What a fantastic way to spend a cold November afternoon. Really good value, included a 3 course meal and bubbles. The staff were all such a delight. The venue was lovely and warm. Really great.

We were there for a military 🪖 dinner. Service and staff are amazing. Location is perfect. Would love a stay overnight here.

Excellent hotel and facilities with excellent breakfast. Cannot comment on evening meals as I was out everyday after breakfast until late evening could have ordered a packed lunch but ate out instead. Easy access to Eastbourne as a frequent bus service can be caught from bus stop opposite hotel.

Had lunch in the bar. Excellent food and service. Very tasty coronation chicken sandwiches and the complimentary flapjacks with the tea are the best ever.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. All of the staff were brilliant and everything was thought of to make our stay truly wonderful. A big thank you to Claire who sorted our parking space. We shall be back very soon. Thank you to everyone at The Langham.

Lovely location good service not to pricey.

They advertised at the Eastbourne Beer Festival, "come finish the party at our hotel bar 10pm-midnight. Bring your ticket and get 10% off drinks.".. we got there, rude member of staff won't even let us In, knows nothing about it and fobs us off. Rude staff, misleading advertising to promote the hotel name to thousands of people, with no intention to follow it up. Shame on you.

We had a lovely family lunch here - the food was gorgeous and the setting just stunning with a table overlooking the beach & sea.

Very small shower area but compact and well proportioned. The Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with an excellent view. We were given excellent room service and care by charming and helpful staff. Thank you.

My husband and myself returned yesterday from a 5 day break at the Langham. We were part of a large party. It is a very pleasant hotel with very good service from friendly and obliging staff. Our room on the 3rd floor, 319, was cheery and extremely clean. We did, however find the room very small, with hardly any space for our 2 suitcases. We requested a quiet room and it was. The only fault with our stay at the Langham was the food could have been hotter at breakfast and dinner, and the portions were a bit on the frugal side. We thought perhaps the small portions were because they measure out every item when catering for coach parties.

Room was very small,i won't be visiting again,the three course dinner in the evening was wonderful and faultless.

Very polite, very clean,no wards to describe,hope we are booking our next tripe.

Excellent service, great cup of coffee in the sunshine 🌞 this morning, lovely shortbread biscuit or flapjack offered ! Went with the shortbread it was delicious 😋

We liked the ploughmans so much, we went back to the Langham today for lunch and another fab ploughmans, this time with ham and brie. Was lovely and plenty of food between the 2 of us. No complaints here just great food and wonderful service.

Great hotel on the seafront. Fantastic food & drinks. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Rooms are clean & bright.

Only popped in for a coffee while watching Eastbourne half marathon but staff were good as was the coffee if a bit pricey.

A wonderful hotel, that's why we come here three times a year, since we stumbled across this hotel three years ago. We would never go anywhere else, no other hotel we have ever stayed in excels like The Langham. Its the attention to detail. Its home from home. We will be coming for many more years. If you want the perfect hotel experience, and feel relaxed and looked after then this is the place for you. From the second you enter to the minute you leave. Your treated like royalty. The staff are so welcoming, the rooms are spotless and spacious. Cosy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. The views are just stunning. The food is delicious. The cocktail bar is great. The freshly cooked breakfasts, brought to your table with so much choice are out of this world. Nothing is too much trouble. Great value for money. Mr Kirkby always has time for a chat if he sees us around the hotel. There's no where else that has ever made us feel so welcome.
