Food was delicious especially the Vietnamese's iced coffee. All the servers were lovely especially Roylan. He was checking up on me to see if I needed any help as I was dinning by myself. Deffo recommend and will be coming back!

When you go for pho it’s literally all about the broth, well, this broth tasted like sock water. Don’t waste your time. Gentrified pho. It’s not even authentic, yt owner. We were told by the party sitting next to us that the owner also happened to trademark the name “pho”???? That’s like some random fool doing it with the name “pizza”.

Using Vietnamese national dish as your trademarked name and suing small business for using the word Pho is disgusting. Lost my appetite before eating.

So, the reason I'm even on this page is because I keep talking about the spicy chicken cu-ri I had a couple of months back ans am trying to replicate it. I had no right to expect something that delicious from a noodle chain but here I am... Go here. Eat. Rejoice.

Don’t bother with this tacky chain, it’s just a bunch white guys cashing in and have no clue. Pho broth completely unauthentic and salty, and so overpriced. They trademarked the word “pho” which gives me the absolute ick - such audacity in business terms to hold ownership over the name of a national dish of the Vietnamese when clearly they don’t know what they’re doing with the dish, and they’re taking away the right for authentic mum and dad restaurant owners to use that word in the name of their restaurant. Utterly disgusting and unethical. Never getting my money again!

absolutely safe for CELIACS & plenty of vegetarian/vegan options :)) & the most delicious food • we were a group of 6 - we got a table without any reservation - all our food was just great. the staff couldn’t be more friendly & nice with knowledge about food intolerances & celiac disease. • 98% on the menu is GLUTEN FREE - & the whole deserts are suitable for celiacs. • highly recommend the green curries 🍛 & the pho / it was just perfect. definitely a hot spot in the middle of SOHO - we will be back soon to try the desserts aswell.

Reliable, authentic Vietnamese food with fast and friendly service. The Soho branch was cosy but busy so it's a good sign that dishes and ingredients turn over quickly and are fresh. The summer rolls as well as steak pho and beef combo pho were decent with flavoursome broth, however the beef brisket could have been more tender (given the cut it was probably not slow-cooked enough). Overall we'd happily return to this branch or another branch as a reasonably priced and dependable staple Vietnamese joint.

Great food, lovely service. Prices are what you'd expect in Soho. The Pho is perfect and fried rice is also a definite must.

I had dinner here with a friend and though the meal was good, the service was so aggressive and bad that it completely ruined the night. Considering this is in SoHo, where there are so many great restaurants — including other pho options — I suggest going elsewhere. For context, when we arrived we asked if they were still seating. They said “Yes, but you have to order quickly.” So we did! We ordered immediately. They could have easily said “Sorry, we’re not taking more orders tonight.” About 30 mins in we are close to finishing our meal and a staff member abruptly interrupts us with “Do I take this or want a container?” I totally understand they want us to go. I feel like I would have responded differently to “I’m sorry but we’re closing. Here is your bill. May I bring you containers for your leftovers?” Being kind wasn’t a concern for them. I replied “We’ll take containers.” As I’m grabbing my credit card to ask for the bill (despite the rush, we had to ask for the bill), another staff member grabs plates and napkins from our table and puts them in my unfinished bowl of noodles which I wanted to take home. I looked at her and said “I was going to take that.” She replied “Oh,” shrugged, and walked away. At multiple points in the night, a simple shift in their interactions could have made this a very different and completely reasonable dining experience.

First time trying Vietnamese food and very good experience, also suitable for celiacs. The place is very good, the waiter who served me was very friendly and recommended that I order from the gluten-free options (which are practically all of them). The truth is I loved it.

Pho! What can I say there’s nothing better than it! Out food was spot on as always and having someone with severe allergies it’s amazing how attentive they are! Our server was amazing, funny and attentive and looked after us great!

Pho soho was great! On a Saturday evening we manager to be seated withing 5mins and the guys was polite and kind. Suggested food to us and drink wise and offered water etc. I will definitely go back! And recommend it! Only down side is the place is small but it is cozy!

The restaurant overall was cozy although a bit cramped and could use a bit more warm lighting. The food was amazing it helped with my clogged sinuses. The lemonade was sour and is a good palate cleanser. The service was quick and efficient and above all friendly.

10 out of 10, the ramen deli and super well served, the cider wow, great service 10 out of 10. They make a freshly squeezed apple juice that, in my case, reminded me of the one my grandmother made for me when I was little 😊

9 out of 10 almost perfect Pho. Great service. We were here with a group of 5. Hot and Spicy beef brisket with a topping of prawns was super delish. Was not too spicy so i even added some more chili sauce. Recommend this place to anyone craving Pho or who never tried it.

I had the chicken rolls & house special, mushroom & beef ramen. Service was slow. Quite stuffy atmosphere for my liking. Waiter was extremely kind. I love the peanut sauce & the rolls were very citrusy & fresh. The noodles weren’t flavourful. The soup part was.

Nice place and the beef brisket Curry was really good.

Seated quickly and easily, and on a Saturday night too. Slight slip with the order, but error was corrected without complaint and with an apology. We needed some decent soul food and the curry did the trick. Relatively cheap for this part of London too.

Great for some quick healthy food whilst in town good service Reasonably priced

Avoid at all cost. Far from a proper PHO restaurant. This is typical western privilege. Owners who try to take over a traditional dish from a foreign country. And on top of that... trying to trademark the name of the actual soup dish, "PHO". Find a legitimate Vietnamese restaurant. Avoid this one.

Our host evander is an amazing person. He is welcoming, helpful and kind. I wish him the best. The food is delicious and tasty as usual. The portion is also big enough for two.

The hell are the owners trademarking the word Pho and suing Vietnamese people. That's just hella sad. Food is even worse. It's not even fresh.

Why did the business trademark the word/name pho? It does not make any sense to do that and even attempting to sue other independent businesses for having the name pho.

Horrible, not authentic pho. Researched to find out it's not even owned by Viet people. Also they've trademarked pho in the UK which is beyond insulting. Imagine if fish and chips or pizza was trade marked.
