One of the best restaurants worth visiting in London 👌🏻 I consider it 10/10 in all aspects. The restaurant is divided into two parts, Italian and Chinese, but I recommend the Italian one more because its atmosphere is very nice and the food is delicious, but you must know that there is a minimum charge of 60 pounds per person and requires a reservation..✨ The dishes I recommend to you are truffle fries, white pasta with chicken, truffle pizza, and wagyu steak, and also their coffee is delicious🤤 Prices are high ☺️

We wanted to celebrate a birthday at a restaurant. Found the address and phone number on Google Maps. We called to book a table and arrived on time. However, upon arrival, we were told there was a dress code. I was dressed casually (sneakers, joggers, and a hoodie), and because of this, the security wouldn’t let us in. I have absolutely nothing against dress codes and even support their existence, but it’s incredibly disappointing that the managers didn’t think it necessary to inform us about it over the phone. Additionally, I want to point out the attitude of the security staff. The people at the entrance act as if they are of royal descent, speaking down to visitors in an unnecessarily condescending manner. When I called the manager to ask why we weren’t informed about the dress code, they simply hung up on me. This whole situation felt strange and absurd. I’ve been to Novikov restaurants in Moscow and Dubai and never once had issues with my attire, even though casual is my usual clothing style. I understand that security staff and some managers couldn’t care less about whether people return or not, which is why they allow themselves to behave so dismissively. However, from the restaurant management’s perspective, I’d recommend considering training programs for junior ground staff. The current behavior leaves a negative impression of the entire restaurant chain.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were shockingly rude from the moment we arrived, showing no regard for customer service. What made matters worse was that they enforced a minimum charge of £90 for a child, which is completely unreasonable and absurd. When I raised the issue, hoping for some understanding, the manager was not only unhelpful but also just as rude as the rest of the staff, dismissing our concerns without any attempt to resolve the situation. The entire experience left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Always love coming here both to the Italian and the Asian side. The food is fantastic but I do wish the portions were bigger per pound paid. The desserts are absolutely worth it, especially the ice cream charcoal cone one - do get it, you won’t regret it!! Also, great halal options, which you rarely see in London restaurants!! The staff was very nice, and I always enjoy Novikov’s atmosphere. Definitely the place for a special occasion!! BUT I really wished that they didn’t take such a big deposit for a bigger party, so I can’t bring a larger group of friends here so we always go somewhere else rather. Overall, it’s worth it!!

Although we had a reservation at 9:45, we were not seated until 11:00 because we requested to move our table from the corner to the middle, as the corners were unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Sara at the reception was completely unhelpful and displayed a condescending, unprofessional attitude. After waiting so long, we were finally taken to a table very close to the original one, making it feel more like mockery than a proper solution. When we escalated the matter to the manager, Tamara, things only got worse. Instead of trying to calm us down, apologize, or provide any solutions, she responded harshly, saying, ‘You chose to wait!’—as if it were entirely our fault. This reaction only increased our frustration and dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, there was a staff member standing nearby, laughing mockingly, which further conveyed a sense of disrespect and unprofessionalism.”

**To the Management of Novokav Restaurant,** I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant, which I have considered one of the best in London. Although I have been visiting you every year when i came to London , this year my experience was completely different. I faced several issues, starting with the reception, where the receptionist (Sara) lacked communication skills and proper customer service. Her approach to dealing with customers was unprofessional; I noticed she interacted comfortably and with a smile towards men, while showing a lack of respect towards women. Additionally, the manager (tmara) that have ted hair was uncooperative, which added to my frustration. As a result of this poor experience, I feel that I will not return to your restaurant again, especially since many people have started to move towards other restaurants of much higher quality. My experience waiting in front of the restaurant was frustrating, as there was a clear disregard from the staff towards us. I will be sending an email to the relevant authorities, and I hope they will take the necessary actions to improve the level of service. I hope that the concerned authorities will take action and reflect this perspective, as the management within the restaurant is uncooperative I hope you take this complaint into consideration. Spectacular food and wonderful service. I suggest booking a table in advance, as there is usually a waiting list for months. The atmosphere is beautiful and very sophisticated. The acoustics in the halls are very good, which allows for a pleasant atmosphere even when it is full. All employees are super competent and helpful. The service is efficient and the waiters are very prepared to answer questions and offer suggestions. The food is a spectacle. All the dishes I've tried at this restaurant are incredible. The products are very fresh and the dishes are prepared in a unique and modern way. Wonderful experience!

We had such high expectations for Novikov. The table was set for 8 when we arrived but had been booked for 5 so there was some shuffling around. We ordered starters and mains and being an Italian restaurant some of our party ordered a pasta course. Then the problems started, some of the starters arrived, not all, along with both the pasta courses. They were taken away and eventually the rest of the starters arrived, but one of them was wrong. That was then replaced. The starter that had arrived was served with the re-heated pasta dish at the same time! The service seemed in total confusion. We asked to see the manager and a supervisor arrived who didn't seem able to resolve the service problem. he was full of apologies but didn't seem able to resolve the issues which continued. Two main courses then arrived. I have never experienced such awful service, it was a fiasco, I kept looking around for film crew! Our hostess was mortified that the service was so diabolical that we left before most of the mains were served. I go out as much for the service as for the food and I am sorry to say the service ruined the evening.

The food is less than normal, the service is very bad, and the prices compared to the service provided are very high. They sat us at the table and we waited for more than a quarter of an hour, just because someone came to take our orders. And whoever provided the food, they charged a 15% service fee (which I paid because The Tunisian who served us later) An experience that will never be repeated Are there better restaurants? Note: The place has two restaurants. You must go to the Novikov restaurant, because the first time you enter it will be a Japanese restaurant, and from there you will go to the Novikov restaurant. The place is beautiful. The restaurant is Italian. The food is delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious, and do not miss the suite. It is amazing.

We went to the Christmas market, and even though it was prettier on social media, the food did not disappoint, a little bit on the pricier side for the sizes of the portions but it was truly an experience. Almost everything was made to order, which meant the food was hot and tasty when you had it. The atmosphere was a little underwhelming as it was overly crowded and we could barely move or enjoy the scenery of it all. We eat and left within 30 mins as it was getting too much.

I want to start by saying I gave 3 stars for atmosphere merely because the staff are seriously militant and not very approachable one put his palm flat out like he was dog training. However 2 exceeded our expectations and were of course what we’re used too, the one that stood out for us though was our host Albiona, she was amazing and was why we stayed until the very end of the night with drinks flowing! Albiona was professional, personable, charismatic and understanding. I feel as though a positive staff members are rarely noted. People usually come to review the negative but we would never forget Albiona and if we were to return/recommend, we will personally request her to host us/friends/family/Colleagues. A very special thank you to Albiona, a special soul. Food, Dj and doormen great too!

Very disappointed by our dinner here. I came for my husbands birthday as a surprise dinner for him. We were seated more than 30 minutes late as there was a large party before us who were sorting out their bill and splitting their bill. We were then rushed to our table. Our order was taken straight away however we were given wrong items and then we were missing the squid we had ordered. The restaurant seems extremely busy and not the ambience or level of service I expected. Once we finished our meal, our table was quickly cleared and we noticed that there were so many staff just setting up tables around us that we just felt like we were left to one side with the other customers who waited for their table for such a long time. When we asked for the bill, we were not asked if we wanted any dessert. We noticed that other tables on the other side of the restaurant were receiving desserts with candles to celebrate birthdays. We instead were quickly given our bill, with the waiter ready with card machine. I paid for service charge but reflecting on it, the service was so appalling particularly from a high end restaurant, that I really regret it. The whole experience was rushed, unorganised and not the experience I would of expected for a place with such recognition. I’ve given two stars as the wagyu steak was still lovely despite everything else.

Pricey but good. We dined at the Italian restaurant. Food was excellent - we had the fried calamari, pumpkin soup, veal Milanese and the filet with rocket and Parmesan. Also Had the tiramisu for dessert. Service was a bit slow at the end but overall good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere was nice and very beautifully decorated for Christmas. Probably more like 4.5 but feeling generous so rounding up.

This was our first time dining at Novikov, and we chose it to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The restaurant’s exterior was beautifully decorated with festive Xmas lights and decor. The door staff were courteous, respectful, and made us feel welcomed right away. As we entered, the interior decor and ambience were equally stunning. We were greeted promptly by the staff, who were friendly and efficient. Although we arrived a little early, they quickly prepared our table, took my wife’s coat, and seated us comfortably. While the dress code is listed as “smart/elegant,” we noticed a mix of attire, with some guests wearing dirty Converse lol, puffer jackets, and hoodies. Despite this, most guests were appropriately dressed, which matched the sophistication of the restaurant. I would recommend sticking to a smart, polished look to fully complement the dining experience. Our host for the evening, Kanzah/Kiki, was outstanding. She introduced herself at the start and provided flawless service throughout the night. She had an impressive knowledge of the entire menu, carefully managed my nut allergies (a note for future diners: many items on the menu contain nuts), and attended to every detail with precision. Her professionalism and attentiveness were truly remarkable. She worked like a machine all night! The rest of the staff also upheld an exceptionally high standard of service, making the entire team stand out. I would potentially even go as far as saying the best service I’ve had at any restaurant in a while. The food was absolutely impeccable. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. While the presentation was excellent for most dishes, the overall quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Overall, highly recommend it for its exceptional food, service, and ambience. It’s a fantastic choice for a special occasion or a memorable dining experience.

Look like Arkadiy Novikov long time didn’t visit his place and trusted to manage it to someone else. If he would seen what going on, definitely he will fix the things quickly. We had expectations of luxury restaurants as usual, but we came to Italian place and disappointed a lot. Too many asian staff who learned how to bring plates, but they would never learn service esthetics and accuracy. Too many silly mistakes in service, too many. Runners who do know now how to carry trays and plates, touching lips zone of glasses and plates fingers… Dirty champagne glasses.. all around we seen from professional perspective going mess. Hostess… please return them to the earth)). And yeah food .. seafood very low quality .. dirty plates.. but very nice olive oil. Restaurants looks like returned investment and hyping with Arabic audience, if you will start serve shisha definitely you will be packed for the next years. But if your expectation still to pretend to be one of the best in mayfair, you have a lot of works to do. Your Italian guys managers trying their best to save situation only. Moreover we didn’t complain, paid bills , sorry without tips this time. Very sad to see how legend falling.

Hi Guys, I came last night to celebrate my friend finishing his F2 doctor milestone and overall, the food was very nice but the service incident we had was unforgettable and has left a horrendous taste in my mouth. We were taken to our table 25 minutes late (which we didn’t mind, as we were chilling and grabbing a drink) then out of nowhere as we were chilling and about to order our mains, the wait informed us that we had 15 minutes left and we couldn’t order another course. It didn’t make any sense as we had only been shown to our table just over an hour ago. 2ndly, I have been to Novikov and multiple local upmarket restaurants many times and this is the first time I was told that I couldn’t order a main course and as there was no time to do this. Anytime we wanted to order, the waiter was nowhere to be seen. We were just surrounded by other members of staff who kept saying they couldn’t take our order or said they were sending someone over. We told the waiter this when he informed us of the 15 minutes left on the booking, he then proceeded to lie about when we arrived. Absolutely horrendous service, and then they thought they were doing us a favour by taking service off but a true restaurant with good customer service would go over and above to sort this out. I can safely say I will not be going back, I have been many times and this time has just ruined it for me, my friends and my family. It used to be somewhere I would come regularly, not anymore.

What’s well-known doesn't need an introduction. I enjoyed my “date night” with my mother at the Italian restaurant. The atmosphere, hospitality, service—everything was top-notch. We ate in Italian, their dough was delicious, the service was not that good, and the atmosphere was normal Our orders were chicken fettuccine with white sauce and margherita pizza, all of which were not on the menu, and they were all frankly delicious 10/10. We ordered the burrata salad and it was delicious 10/10 We ordered the truffle risotto and I expected it to be tastier. The truffle flavor is strong once, but it is very ordinary and I will not order it again. He also said that he wanted a truffle more than the risotto and we paid £30 for it, so be careful

I went there last night and was treated very, very badly. When I got to the door, the first security guard let me in, and when I got in, another security guard came and pulled my arm out, saying that I wasn't welcome in front of everyone. I felt so bad. I've never been treated like that in my life. I'd like to understand why I was treated like that. I was in accordance with the dress code. I recorded the situation. It was very, very sad.

This restaurant is definitely racist I booked a table for sat 19th Oct. For 4 people and had the confirmation email etc. When we arrived there the lady said there was no booking under my name and looked at us like we weren’t meant to be there. She kept saying to me no booking has been made then I showed her the email and she said I will show u to your table without even saying sorry to us. The lady was mix raced with curly hair. Someone needs to train her and teach her how to be polite. The food took a while to come out and some dishes were missing. This restaurant use to be good but the service and staff have gone down. Not worth spending the money there.

The Asian restaurant is a cool and busy place. Service was quick and professional. The food was outstanding. We got to choose our fresh seafood. We went for the lobster and the red sniper which was prepared by the chef to our liking and tasted just delicious and was full of flavour. Great food and wine menu although it was very pricey. The overall experience was amazing!

The food is exquisite. The staff is polite and very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that they automatically put a 15% tip on the entire amount of the bill. In our case, everything was tasty and nice. However, if we didn't like something, they already took the tip from us, and maybe they wouldn't want to leave it. I think they would have gotten more tips if they didn't work like this. It spoiled the overall experience a bit. impression

Arrived at restaurant there was no one to greet us and they were lots of people waiting by door to be seated. When we finally manage to get someone attention the lady turned round and said we did not have a booking. I then had to show her the email confirmation she did not apologise for her mistake. I could see my name on booking on her tablet. Food was lovely but was taking a long time to come out. Would I go back again not in a hurry was disappointed the way we got treated on arriving.

And he say why did you not pay safe as a charge? I said because you don’t deserve it. Being very rude and the team up against I would never go again. I don’t advise no one to go food full of sugar full of salt. The prices massively expensive for nearly £60. i’m sick and angry and happy about my experience. I would never go again and advise you all. Do not go to that restaurant. They only judge you for how much you spent. We dined in the Italian restaurant. The food was good. However, the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced for a restaurant of supposedly high caliber. There were two outstanding points to note: We had a small (4-person) birthday celebration. The servers were very inattentive, to the point that the cake was brought out without everybody present. Though this was apologized for, the fairly consistent carelessness beforehand made it feel as though the matter was simply brushed off. A server also said “you’re too red” to a guest with rosacea—whose conduct warranted no comment whatsoever—and proceeded to pour for everyone else but said guest. Maybe because our group was younger they thought it wouldn’t matter if they offered lesser service. Birthday girl was disappointed. In my opinion, the food here is not worth the service. Go find a better price/value restaurant.
