Sam was amazing, very helpful, food was 10/10 :)

Always enjoy the food here, we've been a few times now. No complaints with the food at all. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the front-of-house staff. Young lad, kept referring to me as 'Darling'. Also, he had extremely dirty nails (black dirt and gunk underneath his nails), which, as you can appreciate, is extremely off-putting when he's serving your food.

I got the This isn’t chicken hot and spicy pho and summer rolls - both delicious although the soup was not particularly spicy. Service was fantastic, Carl was lovely and very patient with us, gave good advice and was very helpful and kind 👍

Love this restaurant my favorite restaurant of all time all staff are fabulous especially Charlie. Calamari is the best anywhere

Delicious snacks. I ordered rolls, chicken wings, ice-cream, hot Vietnam coffee. All good. Most of the staffs severed there are very kind and polite. Feeling comfortable stay in. Good shop.

Came here with family who've not had Vietnamese food before. Didn't realise it was dog friendly as we'd left ours at home but worth noting for the future. Despite a few people with dietary restrictions in our group, there was something for everyone. Delicious food with some great flavours and aromas with lots of fresh lime, coriander, mint. Would highly recommend the spicy lychee margarita and the kids loved the coconut water. The service from Carl and the team was fabulous, they explained the dishes well and the food came fast and hot from the kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food as expected from Pho. Staff was amazing!

My boyfriend and I came here on our last night in York and it was wonderful!! Tried the Pho (beef brisket) for the first time and it was really tasty! The staff were also really lovely, in particular our waiter (Carl) was so kind and friendly, we left smiling after being served by him.

We went this weekend, food was great, all staff were great apart from a miserable one with green hair and glasses, I asked twice about sitting at a table, then made a joke about asking again, she told me not to do this as it triggered her autism, i worked for nearly 20 years as a waiter in an Italian restaurant, probably better to have confident front of house staff with good people skills.

Tasty and quick service. Papaya salad, summer rolls, woke fried rice all tasty...superfresh with coriander stalks!! A pity that the toilets are upstairs, as Elderly might struggle. But overall great visit.

A modern restaurant with delicious Pho and friendly, responsive service.

Been to the Manchester Pho often and, whilst the food is always good, the service is never great. Pleased to say the York restaurant does not suffer from this, as service here has always been great. Served recently by Mel, who has a very warm character. Very knowledgeable on the menu, and pleasant to interact with during our meal. We'll certainly be back. As always, the food at York is consistently fresh and delicious. Great value for money.

Absolutely amazing place to visit! So healthy and delicious. All the staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Especially our server Sam! She was a delight and so helpful!! This is our 3rd time coming here and we love it so much!

Summer rolls were nice, but chicken wings did not taste that nice and smelled awful too. Woke fried noodle with chicken and prawn wer ok but making something in the taste, I put soya sauce and chilli oil to make it nicer.

I've been here more times than I can count and I keep coming back. The food is amazing and staff very lovely and attentive, sevred by Mel. I cant recommend it enough

I don’t know how many times I’ve been here since it opened, and I’ve also been to them in a lot of other cities too. The food is so good here, and the fresh juices are great. I love that everything is so fresh, you can eat quite healthily, and it’s really good value too. I lived in Vietnam, and missed the food so much until I discovered this in London. It’s fantastic it’s now in so many locations. What makes it even better is how wonderful the staff are. They’re so friendly and welcoming. It’s also dog friendly, which a bonus.

Food and service was excellent if you like Vietnamese food you got to eat here.

Amazing service today (17th March lunchtime) I came with a sleeping toddler and my server was so considerate with finding me a quiet table and helping me take the pram up the stair! She was also quiet and quick to take my order. I am full of cold and pregnant and the beef pho definitely helped me feel better! Even better that it was part of the York restaurant week. Definitely recommend. And the server I had was fantastic I'm gutted I didn't catch her name to praise her!

Great place! Visited as part of Restaurant Week so it was amazing value for money. Food was really tasty and service was extremely quick. Would visit again as there is lots of choice for vegetarians.

Staff are very friendly, happy to help you and try to make sure you get your money's worth. Food is nice, I've been missing pho since coming to York. Range of condiments to add to your food should you wish. Somewhat dimly lit, but big windows into the street. Music is good and fits the atmosphere. Overall a good experience, would come back and have recommended to friends

Lovely service! The staff were very kind and patient to explain the menu (I've never had Pho before) and to be careful about the chillies! Although I can't tell if it is authentic or not, it was very flavourful and I enjoyed it very much!

Food was delicious first time being here, slight wait on food but compromised by a cheeky glass of wine, which was brilliant. Definitely worth the visit Thank you Aimee !!!
