Pho in Cheltenham

The guy that took care of us (Harry) was amazing, catered for our needs, was kind enough to swap 1 of our children’s meals as it was too spicy for her. Delicious food, had an amazing evening. Thank you so much.

I love Pho generally and this local is a great one, as a vegetarian I love that just about every dish has at least a couple of veggie option. Staff are always chill and helpful. We often eat here before a cinema trip. I’d suggest at least an hour if you’re doing the same. 90 mins would be even safer on a weekend. Last time we attended starters took around 25 minutes from the time we ordered and mains were around 45. So possibly not the place to go if you’re in a rush. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing as food this good shouldn’t be rushed

The peanut sauce from the curry is the only reason it is not a 1 star, service awful 15 minutes to order a drink then 20 minutes further before getting the drink and then getting the meal after 1 hour the restaurant was empty bar 3 couples it is shocking and to add injury to insult you add the 12% optional charge with out even asking me.

The kitchen made multiple mistakes, and we waited for the food 50 minutes, but I'm very grateful to Justyna that she was so patient and helpful to us and sorted out most of the issues. The food was nice, but as a regular visitor slightly disappointed of the quality. Most of the food was oversalted, overpeppered, baby squids were cut into large pieces, the rice bowl garnish was also different than usual.

Amazing food and service. The Pho is SO BIG but absolutely delicious. Our two boys enjoyed their children's meals too which were a nice twist on the normal options for children, but still something familiar. Thank you, and we look forward coming back in the future when we are back in Cheltenham 😀

We visited Pho in Cheltenham for lunch today. We've been before and its some of our favourite food. We were served by Justyna, she was very quick and friendly. We both had a great lunch and we'll definitely come again.

Couldn’t have been more impressed. We were looked after Justyna and she was the most attentive and respectful young lady we’ve ever been served by at Pho. She has told us exactly what each dish was and how best to eat them. She kept checking in with us and we were made to feel welcome and looked after! Will be back for sure❤️❤️

One of the worst meals we ever had. Soups looked good but they were smelly and we left them untouched.

First time having Vietnamese food and it was phenomenal, had the crab soup with beef brisket and it was delicious. Service and atmosphere was perfect.

First time eating here. The service was very punctual. The atmosphere was very romantic which we loved. And more than anything the brisket was to die for. I thoroughly recommend the 3 meat rice bowl!

Musics a little loud but the food is very good! Esp the fact they leave extras on the table so you can make it spicier or garlicier if you want

As long time visitor to this restaurant, I love the food and the ambience. A great place to unwind after work. Justyna and the rest of the staff are always friendly and take time to get to know the regular customers. This is great as when working away from home, it’s always nice to see a friendly face.

Last night was the first time I visited pho in Cheltenham... The welcome we had from Gab ( hope I got that right ?? ) was just excellent ! He made us feel very welcome ..Well mannerd and very courteous! The food was just wonderful ..I have the classic chicken curry with broken rice and it tasted amazing! Thank you so so much ! Amazing place, quality of food and freshness top top top!!! Justyna was wonderful with us. For a matter of preference I didn't really liked the seasoning of my soup (broth with anise) she straight offered to change my dish and she took it out of the bill. Will be back for sure to try more dishes and to be treated with this amazing respect, amazing service and a smile everywhere from everyone.

Went there today with my family and had such a lovely meal!

Update: Pho contacted me and displayed some really exceptional custom service and addressed all my issues. Makes a real change, went back and found there was attentive service and great customer service. Really slow service, drinks took an age, food waiting on the service hatch to come out for a while, not a fan of the added service charge for these reasons. No cutlery or napkins and no tables were ready, not overly busy but they may have been understaffed.. but maybe not!

I would like to thank the team who hosted us for our monthly lunch date - Harry, Danny, Henry, Justyna, and Marta. We had some amazing cocktails. Starters we tried the lotus stems and summer rolls, both were really good. Mains we had cauliflower rice and curry, also wok fried noodles were yummy too. We enjoyed the ambience and the service was outstanding. Much recommended place for delicious Vietnamese food. Thank you for an amazing experience.
