Came here for a big lunch, group of 15 people, and they accomodated us really well. Brilliant service and great food and drink. The menu is varied and there's something for everyone. We had a couple of young kids (3 and 1) and they were all fine. Definitely go here!

We had a lovely time at Pho the other night! The food was amazing especially the Pho Curry Brisket! The staff were very friendly and they answered all of our questions regarding the menu as we never had Vietnamese food before. Highly recommend and we definitely will be back! :)

First time eating Vietnamese food and it’s so so good. Our server, Gez, was really helpful guiding us through all the choices and stopped me, very much not a spice fan, from ordering the hottest thing on the menu :D The food was incredible but I would recommend splitting the pancake starter between two because it’s huge :D We’ll definitely be back!

Had a really lovely Sunday evening meal here. Food was full of flavour and super tasty, as usual. Service was brilliant, felt very well looked after.

Watch out for the cheeky service charge they add to your bill,they leave the paying machine on your table,walk off quite quickly and hope you pay it without question. Service wasn't that great to be honest,they look chatting at the service window

Went last weekend tried some bits, manager was fantastic, bit slow service but it was a Saturday night so what do you expect. Rice bowls are decent definitely recommend

Gez (Geraint?) was our server. Our meal was a few weeks ago and I've just got around to leaving this review, sorry. Gez was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He enhanced our experience at Pho restaurant , Cheltenham greatly and we look forward to visiting again.

Food was great! Good portion sizes and tasty. Very spicy though and not warned. We also waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food and weren’t told it would take a while

We went to this restaurant to try Vietnamese food. The prices were really reasonable the food was tasty, full of flavour and spicy( if your like me and can not stand spice they can cook it with a nice background level of heat that makes it really pleasant to eat). We tried Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk very sweet but yummy so much so we ended up buying there coffee beans in a small bag 😆. We had puddings to finish our meal of which was really a treat banana fritters and chocolate waffles and ice cream yum yum. Would highly recommend this place the staff were really lovely and knowledgeable and took really good care with us.

Food excellent. Service varied depending on staff member, from very good to poor. Due to this we asked for the optional service charge to be removed. The waitress took the payment device from me and said she had removed it, but hadn't. When queried she had to go to till to amend, which implies it was deliberate not to remove the service charge .

Springroll starter and Chicken fried rice main were very tasty fresh and hot. Went here for the first time, the manager and staff were excellent, service was great. Highly recommend we will return to try other dishes.

I ordered Crab noodle soup here. I will not come here again after this dish. The noodles were overboiled, the meat was not chewed, some rubber pieces of unknown things. It looks like slop. They refused to replace the dish for me. I do not recommend it!

The staff were lovely and so accommodating to dining with a baby and with allergies. The food was fresh and tasty, and my 6 month old enjoyed exploring and eating the toddler plate.

Olivia was extremely attentive and helpful as our server. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent food and service as always. We brought the dog with us as he’s allowed in the restaurant and he was presented with a tub of doggo ice cream by the manager. Such a nice touch 😊

15 minute wait for drinks, needed to reorder for water. 1 hour wait for main course, the takeaways were obviously taking priority, the waitress was apologetic, would have helped if a more senior staff had intervened. Great food, poor customer service.

Gez was our server and was amazing and really helpful, happy to answer our questions about the menu! Service was quick and the atmosphere was nice.

Located in the city center, the location has a very high and advantageous situation. Whether you drive, walk or take the bus, it is a good choice. As for food, there are many choices. Vietnamese snacks such as Vietnamese salad, beef, pork and chicken skewers are also mouth-watering. The Vietnamese fish cakes and shrimp cakes are even more delicious. The raw beef, cooked beef, beef balls, chicken balls, and shrimp balls are also delicious. The restaurant is spacious, brightly lit, and accompanied by relaxing and gentle music, making people enjoy it whether they are chatting or singing.

Took a friend for dinner here. We were greeted by a friendly server and taken to our table. We were given out menus and offered water. We refused and ordered drinks. When our drinks arrived, they took our food order. The servers were polite and helpful. The wait was minimal, but the food came out hot. All the food is made fresh. I had a curry which was delicious. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely visit again.

I attended the restaurant with three family members around 19:00. The restaurant was fairly busy but not ever seat was filled. Many people from elderly to children were eating there. Some pop music played in the background. This was my first experience eating Vietnamese food and I was very impressed. We ordered the món cơm, which was similar to a Japanese donburi and the phở xào, a noodle dish. In addition, we ordered two starters – the prawn crackers and summer spring rolls with sweet chilli and peanut dip respectively. Finally, we ordered a pandan waffle for dessert. The main meals were served with chopsticks but a fork and spoon can be requested. The món cơm was a delicious rice bowl topped with cucumber, carrot, chillies, radish and a choice of meat. I chose the chicken thigh. There was also a delicious sauce which I couldn’t place. The chillies and radish made the dish spicy but they can be easily picked out if you’re like me and don’t like spice. My family also enjoyed their dishes, especially the pandan waffle which came with a choice of three sorbet flavours. Our server was very attentive, particularly about my family member’s gluten intolerance, and made the night that much better. Thank you for a wonderful night and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

We ordered take away was disappointing, had gone off coriander and not much taste to the noodles dishes. Had Pho many times but this time have to say it put us off.

I visited Pho for the first time a few days ago with my friends. I really like VOG dishes, so I ordered it as soon as I saw it on the menu. The dish was very disappointing, pieces of food simply burned, they tried to compensate for the taste with a huge amount of spices and pepper, but it did not work, the taste was terrible.

Fantastic for food allergies and very delicious. The service was really good although there was a mix up with table numbers. I think we may have paid for a neighbouring table’s drinks but didn’t figure that out till later. The location is convenient but in a massive cinema complex with loads of other restaurants, grubby floors outside all needs jet washing.

Laks was a great host! Really friendly and switched on. Food is always good.

Food is usually very nice. But the chef is clearly extremely incompetent as I ordered a vegan stir fried rice and half way through eating it noticed there were loads of tiny shrimps in it. I mentioned it to someone and they took it off the bill but this is a ridiculous mistake.
