Had a really lovely Sunday evening meal here. Food was full of flavour and super tasty, as usual. Service was brilliant, felt very well looked after.

Watch out for the cheeky service charge they add to your bill,they leave the paying machine on your table,walk off quite quickly and hope you pay it without question. Service wasn't that great to be honest,they look chatting at the service window

Went last weekend tried some bits, manager was fantastic, bit slow service but it was a Saturday night so what do you expect. Rice bowls are decent definitely recommend

Gez (Geraint?) was our server. Our meal was a few weeks ago and I've just got around to leaving this review, sorry. Gez was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He enhanced our experience at Pho restaurant , Cheltenham greatly and we look forward to visiting again.

Food was great! Good portion sizes and tasty. Very spicy though and not warned. We also waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food and weren’t told it would take a while

We went to this restaurant to try Vietnamese food. The prices were really reasonable the food was tasty, full of flavour and spicy( if your like me and can not stand spice they can cook it with a nice background level of heat that makes it really pleasant to eat). We tried Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk very sweet but yummy so much so we ended up buying there coffee beans in a small bag 😆. We had puddings to finish our meal of which was really a treat banana fritters and chocolate waffles and ice cream yum yum. Would highly recommend this place the staff were really lovely and knowledgeable and took really good care with us.

Springroll starter and Chicken fried rice main were very tasty fresh and hot. Went here for the first time, the manager and staff were excellent, service was great. Highly recommend we will return to try other dishes.

Food excellent. Service varied depending on staff member, from very good to poor. Due to this we asked for the optional service charge to be removed. The waitress took the payment device from me and said she had removed it, but hadn't. When queried she had to go to till to amend, which implies it was deliberate not to remove the service charge .

I ordered Crab noodle soup here. I will not come here again after this dish. The noodles were overboiled, the meat was not chewed, some rubber pieces of unknown things. It looks like slop. They refused to replace the dish for me. I do not recommend it!

The staff were lovely and so accommodating to dining with a baby and with allergies. The food was fresh and tasty, and my 6 month old enjoyed exploring and eating the toddler plate.

Olivia was extremely attentive and helpful as our server. We would definitely come back again!

15 minute wait for drinks, needed to reorder for water. 1 hour wait for main course, the takeaways were obviously taking priority, the waitress was apologetic, would have helped if a more senior staff had intervened. Great food, poor customer service.

Located in the city center, the location has a very high and advantageous situation. Whether you drive, walk or take the bus, it is a good choice. As for food, there are many choices. Vietnamese snacks such as Vietnamese salad, beef, pork and chicken skewers are also mouth-watering. The Vietnamese fish cakes and shrimp cakes are even more delicious. The raw beef, cooked beef, beef balls, chicken balls, and shrimp balls are also delicious. The restaurant is spacious, brightly lit, and accompanied by relaxing and gentle music, making people enjoy it whether they are chatting or singing.

Took a friend for dinner here. We were greeted by a friendly server and taken to our table. We were given out menus and offered water. We refused and ordered drinks. When our drinks arrived, they took our food order. The servers were polite and helpful. The wait was minimal, but the food came out hot. All the food is made fresh. I had a curry which was delicious. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely visit again.

I attended the restaurant with three family members around 19:00. The restaurant was fairly busy but not ever seat was filled. Many people from elderly to children were eating there. Some pop music played in the background. This was my first experience eating Vietnamese food and I was very impressed. We ordered the món cơm, which was similar to a Japanese donburi and the phở xào, a noodle dish. In addition, we ordered two starters – the prawn crackers and summer spring rolls with sweet chilli and peanut dip respectively. Finally, we ordered a pandan waffle for dessert. The main meals were served with chopsticks but a fork and spoon can be requested. The món cơm was a delicious rice bowl topped with cucumber, carrot, chillies, radish and a choice of meat. I chose the chicken thigh. There was also a delicious sauce which I couldn’t place. The chillies and radish made the dish spicy but they can be easily picked out if you’re like me and don’t like spice. My family also enjoyed their dishes, especially the pandan waffle which came with a choice of three sorbet flavours. Our server was very attentive, particularly about my family member’s gluten intolerance, and made the night that much better. Thank you for a wonderful night and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

We ordered take away was disappointing, had gone off coriander and not much taste to the noodles dishes. Had Pho many times but this time have to say it put us off.

I visited Pho for the first time a few days ago with my friends. I really like VOG dishes, so I ordered it as soon as I saw it on the menu. The dish was very disappointing, pieces of food simply burned, they tried to compensate for the taste with a huge amount of spices and pepper, but it did not work, the taste was terrible.

Fantastic for food allergies and very delicious. The service was really good although there was a mix up with table numbers. I think we may have paid for a neighbouring table’s drinks but didn’t figure that out till later. The location is convenient but in a massive cinema complex with loads of other restaurants, grubby floors outside all needs jet washing.

The foods was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond to make our meal really special. Thank you!

Food is usually very nice. But the chef is clearly extremely incompetent as I ordered a vegan stir fried rice and half way through eating it noticed there were loads of tiny shrimps in it. I mentioned it to someone and they took it off the bill but this is a ridiculous mistake.

Imagine stepping into a world where the broth is as rich as a billionaire and the portions are so generous, you might consider taking up competitive eating. The pho here is like a bowl of happiness that could make even the dreariest English day feel like a sunny Saigon afternoon. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the herbs are fresher than a stand-up comedian's material, and the meat is tender enough to make you question all your past dining choices. Service is top-notch, with staff so attentive you'd think they had a sixth sense for empty glasses and noodle refills. You’ll feel like royalty, albeit a very casual, slurping-your-soup kind of royalty. And let’s talk about the portions. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve just completed a delicious marathon. If you don’t roll out the door in a satisfied food coma, did you even really go to Pho? This place is the full package: great food, excellent service, and enough pho to make your Instagram followers drool with envy. Pho Cheltenham: come hungry, leave happy, and maybe bring some stretchy pants.

The food is always delicious, but the service via Deliveroo is absolutely terrible. Twice now they have 'had printer issues' and my order has taken well over an hour to arrive, and twice I have had meat in my order, despite ordering vegan food. Its a shame because it's one of the few reasonably priced take outs.

Placed my order over an hour ago. They accepted order and still not ready. Have made contact with Deliveroo regarding this and understand Friday can be busy but this long and if they knew they couldn't why accept the order. Then when trying to reach out no response just awful wait time. This is even the same for the person I was talking with on Deliveroo I had tied to call as well and can say that no one answered Just disappointed really as if I had to wait in the restraunt that long at least I could walk out and not need to pay or come to some sort of arrangement . I am diabetic and was looking forward to having a treat but it's been too long to wait for food so I am going to have to eat something else. Edited I can't comment on food as not been able to eat it.

I’ve been a couple of times now and both times were quite average. I had pho the first time and then a curry second time, and unfortunately the food is very average and almost bland.

I recently dined at Pho and had an exceptional experience! The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations in every way. What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service provided by Sandunika. Her warm welcome and attentive service made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a place with great food and top-notch service, Pho is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Great welcome from Gab, (spelling) friendly and attentive throughout. Lovely menu options, all freshly cooked and tasted great. Didn’t have long to wait at all for starters and then mains. My husband had the Vietnamese curry, which was so good I’ll be having it next time. Decent prices for fresh & tasty food, this is our 4th visit and we will be having plenty more in the future.

Gab looked after our table last night - he was very informed on the menu and a really friendly, attentive waiter. We ordered summer rolls with the most amazing peanut sauce, and chicken curry with a three meat rice bowl. All delicious. Great experience! Highly recommend pho!
