What an amazing restaurant the service was excellent and the food was just out of this world.

All the food & drinks taste amazing. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rather than a 5 star is because each time I ordered the pho it was served warm rather than hot like it's meant to be.

My and I always come to eat here. We are coeliacs so coming here we all feel assured and safe always. The new server was lovely and didn’t mind explaining the allergens to her. Never disappoints and would always recommend. Our favourite spot in Leicester !

I really like this restaurant. Service is very fast and staff lovely. Food is delicious and fair price. The only suggestion is to put some light at the table by the windows. The font on the menu is small and some light would help.

At first we were skeptical but upon entering the restaurant we were taken away with the atmosphere. We were looked after by Ellis who happily answered any questions about the food and explained it to us. Overall the food was really good and just friendly service so you can't go wrong

Pho Leicester is a fantastic spot for delicious Vietnamese food! The pho is rich and flavorful, and the menu has great variety, including vegetarian options. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere make it a must-visit!

The beef pho was fantastic, with a rich, flavorful broth. I paired it with the prawn spring rolls, and it was incredibly satisfying as always.

Usually love Pho when I eat in, however have had issues when ordering for delivery. The mango salad is advertised (in writing) as coming with prawn crackers, none were received. I ordered 3 mushroom and pak choi pho but there were no mushrooms at all. No aromatics included either which was previously provided and still provided at the restaurant. Wont order from here again, really disappointed

Food was served quickly and staff very accommodating. A very casual restaurant. Great to have a quick meal before or after a night out.

Very annoyed that when we asked for the bill we did not get it, and instead got the card machine given to us with the total amount and the waitress looked distracted so we couldn't ask for the bill to verify the amount. We got an email receipt when we got home and saw we got charged a 12% or 12.5% service charge which should be optional, especially for a chain restaurant in the UK! Emailed Pho head office but didn't get a reply so a warning to ensure you ask for your bill even if the servers are busy and walk off to serve someone else, leaving the card machine so you sit there not knowing what to do. Probably won't visit this branch again as I feel like I have been ripped off.

Lights so low it was hard to read the menu and gave us headaches. They also have a mandatory service/tip charge when you go to pay, which you can not change or opt out of.

My go-to restaurant for tasty authentic Vietnamese food! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Great selection of dishes, one of the rare franchises where you can go and get a well balanced nutritional meal, between 300-550 calories. Typically a meal out would be at least double these calories, just to make people believe the food tastes "good". Pho doesn't need this with all the fresh ingredients / different textures. Good vegan / vegetarian selection too, as well as fresh juices (that can be customised), with new dishes added quite frequently. Would recommend booking if you're going on the weekend.

Summer menu is incredible!Especially for fish rice noodles. ————————— The food tasted great and was served quickly. Highly recommend the fried chicken wings, the skin was crispy. classic pho was also very good, the soup was thick. My friend wanted a pure soup (no rice noodles and beef) and after telling the staff that it was fine, we found out that he still ordered a whole pho for us.

Very nice place to have Pho which matches flavours to a good extent and is made suitable for someone trying to expand their taste palate. The atmosphere is made a bit to seem a bit rustic and give some Vietnamese rice paddy side small cafe feels which is very warming. Definitely tey out for a new amd refreahing experience and rey out the Vietnamese Cafe with condensed milk.

I had a great experience at Pho! I really enjoyed my food you must try the hot and spicy pho! Freya our waitress was really helpful and pleasant and gave us some great recommendations for food!

First time taking my mum to pho and she was not dissapointed! Food was amazing no as always, Our server was Ellis, he was so attentive explaining the menu and making sure we knew what we was ordering. Dulcie brought our drinks over and was so polite and struck up a conversation with us. Ellis and dulcie really made my mums experience so much nicer

We have eaten at this Pho many times so about time to review. Sat down relatively quickly. I have noticed they seem to be understaffed all the time. Took a while to be served but it's OK. The pho is good. The broth is always the test of a good pho, this one is better than most but I would prefer a stronger broth. Spring rolls and chicken wings are always good. The hot and spicy soup is good and the shrimp paste is a great addition. Overall, a really nice meal but I always feel there's something missing..the broth? Also it's not cheap, 4.5 stars. Recent visit : have to give 5 stars. The broth today was supercharged. Staff is always polite and attentive. The shrimp paste, must have! Fun meal! Thank you.

Hadn’t been to Pho in Leicester for a while as we live in Nottingham. We came here as we were out shopping. Food is always good but when I asked for the bill and explained I had a blue light card, the waiter said He would deal with that and bring the bill. He brought a machine and we paid the bill, (with a service charge incuded) The machine asked for an email address for an e-receipt which I gave. Checking the receipt later I noticed the discount had not been taken off but by this time we had left. Never had the problem at Pho in Nottingham so will just eat there in future

We had no reservation but asked at the restaurant if there is a table we could use. The waitress was very kind and stated that there should be a table freeing up soon. It took like five or so minutes and a table was open, so we were seated. Very good, we did not have to wait, and everyone was super nice about us coming in without reservation despite the place being super full at the time! :) The food was delicious. All of us had very different dishes and we all stated it was very good. If we had stayed a bit longer in the UK (we only stayed for a short time) we would have visited a second time! I really enjoyed the dragon fruit lemonade.

Pho is situated centrally in Leicester and is close to the cathedral. It is around three quarters of a mile on foot from the railway station. We were able to get a table early on a Monday evening without prior booking. I had pork spring rolls to start followed by bun rieu - crab noodle soup. The spring rolls were really tasty but I found the soup less good. The tomato and crab based broth was fine but the content was not so good. To drink, I had Hanoi beef which was pleasant and then Vietnamese coffee. This was somewhat unusual as the coffee was filtered into evaporated milk, which took some time ! It was also rather sweet and lukewarm. The service was good and the cost £25 per head.

Never order green tea lemonade.. it's watery green tea with a lemon inside.. almost £5. Celine good waiter tho :)

What a place! Excellent food, pho soups we ordered, both served with fresh herbs, were full of taste, good portion size as well - it was hard to finish our bowls! Service was quick, and staff were really friendly and seemed to care about the best customer experience, music not too loud and nice decor making us feel comfortable.

Food and drink is overpriced & not that good £58.50 my spicy curry wasn't spicy & the drinks are really expensive my wife had wine and it was served in a tumbler & my apple and ginger cider was tasteless will not be going there again.

We recently celebrated our first Father's Day with our little one, and we were so grateful for the kindness and warmth shown by all the staff, especially towards our child. Olivia, our server, was not only friendly and welcoming to our little one, but also handled her duties with professionalism. Being a new mom, going out to dine somewhere nice with our little one can be quite anxiety-inducing for me, but the small gestures and communication from the staff made all the difference. It's truly heartwarming to see that the staff understands the concerns of parents dining with young children. We definitely look forward to visiting again and leaving with happy hearts.

Me and my daughter and I were on a day out date as we say. Always wanted to try this place, and it's always been too busy. Now I see why, quick on service and absolutely amazing food. It's not that expensive either try it I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be going back for more.

It's not much different from eating in Korea. If you want soup, try beef rice noodles. The meat is very soft and delicious. Banh xeo is nothing special.

the food here is always delicious and it's a great date spot. the spicy broth is delicious and best with the beef. the prices are a little more on the expensive side but it's always a nice, relaxing experience
