Pho in Leicester

My daughter and i went today i had beef brisket curry and my daughter the king prawn noodle soup. They were delicious. But then i paid with cash so didnt know i was being charged extra for service charge. This was not pointed out to me. I was not given the choice which made me really annoyed and upset. This has upset me so much that it has put me off going here again. I was going to arrange a load of us going here again.

My favourite Pho of all. Ironically I don't recommend Pho at Pho - the broths are just okay and can be bland but they're good if you want something warming. All the other dishes, particularly starters, are delicious. The manager here at Leicester is very friendly, laid back and always happy to hear any feedback. I go to Pho's a lot and sometimes the dishes don't always come out the same but if I have an issue with that here it always gets sorted. All Phos suffer with slightly slow service but the staff here are super nice and work hard. Thanks for always giving me a lovely lunch break.

I came in without knowing much about the food and have to say the food was fantastic. I would also like to say thank you to Ana, who helped us and was absolutely fantastic.

I recently tried the Dragon Fruit Martini and Shrimp Noodles Bowl at Pho Restaurant, and both were fantastic! The martini was refreshingly vibrant, with a perfect balance of sweetness and citrus, while the shrimp noodles were rich, flavorful, and packed with fresh herbs and tender shrimp. Both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

It was my 1st time to Pho and I must say, I was very impressed!! The service initially was a little slow, but then Ana helped us and she was exceptional! Very friendly and efficient. The food from start to finish was exceptional. I'd highly recommend the squid or the summer rolls (with a peanut sauce) for starters. For mains, I had the beef brisket curry and it was delicious and pretty much everything one else had the Pho which was also very tasty. Only one of our party didn't like their main and it was the crispy beef rice bowl (the beef was more like sausage rather than crispy beef, so seemed a bit misleading). The portion sizes were generous and costs wise it wasn't too bad. Overall, a very positive experience.

We love Pho so much that we come pretty much every week. The team are friendly and welcoming, the service is top notch and the food is amazing - especially the curry! Ellis in particular is one in a million, his customer service is incredible and he is a wonderful person. Ellis, you are a real credit to the whole team at Pho. We’ll be back next week as usual! Would be good to have a spicy rating system on the menu as one of the meals we ordered were totally inedible by the person who ordered it as it's so difficult to know how spicy things will be when you order items

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday with my partner. We were served by Ellis, who provided exemplary, efficient, friendly and polite service. I've worked in the service industry for a decade, and Ellis is a real credit to the business. The food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely visit again!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We were served by Nikola who was super kind and patient when we needed more time looking at the menu/finishing off food. The atmosphere was also lovely, an amazing selection of music plays and it has a feeling of intimacy to it.

Visited Pho a few times now, and it just gets better each time. Newly-added fish dish Chà cá Lã Vong is an instant classic. Tasty, spicy, filling, and beautifully presented food.

2 vegetarian small spring rolls. They were lettuce leaf wrapped in rice paper, with rice noodles and carrots inside. With sweet chilli. Not impressed for the £7

I’ll start this by saying I absolutely love Pho. The staff are ridiculously lovely and always go above and beyond. I like the food and it is refreshing as a coeliac to have so many options. We’ve been many times but ordered takeaway for the first time last night. The food was great but unfortunately it had spilt in the boxes quite a bit so I would suggest maybe different takeaway boxes.

Overall, good place to eat, however waitresses weren't able to explain contents of the food and wc facilities aren't the best

Food a bit salty but our waiter Samuel was amazing very courteous and polite - and made sure we were satisfied with our meal - also offered us a coffee at the end of our meal.

Food is great, service is fine, music is pretty loud for an early evening. Tip added centrally so you have to ask the waiter to remove which feels uncomfortable. I'd rather choose to add a tip, there were 4 of us, not a large group.
