My best friend and I always visit Pho Leicester yearly and it never disappoints. I'm not eating pork at the moment and they were able to accommodate me so easily. Additionally, I always see my bestie enjoying his food when we eat there(previously a fussy eater). Thank you for accommodating us and staying consistently amazing!

I found a hair in my food and upon calling the waiter he argued that is not a hair and it’s a bean sprout. However I know it’s a hair with some disgusting thing stuck to it. It’s really frustrating that the waiter kept telling it was my opinion on things but it clearly wasn’t an opinion but a hair. Very rude customer service and trying to gaslight me into thinking it was a bean sprout. Thankyou.

She took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations that suited our preferences perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great. This place is always so cool. And I love the food and Vietnamese coffee. Chilli shrimp paste is the best! Everyone who works here is also friendly (not forced) and helpful. They always have been. Shout out to my server, Julia. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Gave me my space and time and didn't forget about me. What a star!

We have eaten at this Pho many times so about time to review. Sat down relatively quickly. I have noticed they seem to be understaffed all the time. Took a while to be served but it's OK. The pho is good. The broth is always the test of a good pho, this one is better than most but I would prefer a stronger broth. Spring rolls and chicken wings are always good. The hot and spicy soup is good and the shrimp paste is a great addition. Overall, a really nice meal but I always feel there's something missing..the broth? Also it's not cheap, 4.5 stars. Recent visit : have to give 5 stars. The broth today was supercharged. Staff is always polite and attentive. The shrimp paste, must have! Fun meal! Thank you. Update: went last week, end of Feb 25. Terrible service. Waited ages to order and pay. Where is everyone? Expensive.

As always, we had an incredible meal, with excellent service from Ellis and his team! Ellis runs a fantastic restaurant and his customer service is second to none!! The food is amazing too - fresh and yummy every time. We come here regularly and always have the best time.

Freya provided excellent service at Pho! The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the pho, which had a rich, aromatic broth. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was well-presented. Highly recommend! Love the cocktails which are out of the world, Pride Punch is highly recommended. Freya also is very attentive with customers needs and tailored my dish specifically to my needs. She's definitely a great asset to have.

Pho is known to be a traditional dish of Vietnam, an exotic Asian country. Thanks to Steven and Julliette Wall, I and my family can now enjoy a variety of food available at the restaurant. I was particulary pleased with the delisious beef brisket pho and with the Customer Service provided by Ana. It was prompt, polite, caring. Lovely chain of restaurants, would recommend to everyone! (Even if you are a vegetarian/vegan or suffer from allergies)

I love eating here,the food is Always tasty. I always go for the tofu Ca-ri topped with crunchy peanuts it never disappoints, morning glory & spring rolls are delicious too! Great selection on kids menu too, noodles, noodle soups,rice dishes, skewers...it makes a change from the usual chicken nuggets offered elsewhere. Staff are usually very friendly especially Mya today,she was a sweetheart. One of my favourite eateries 🩷

Delicious food as always - the tofu curry is amazing! The vegan options are really good - especially the spring rolls and pancake starters. Really nice atmosphere. Ana served us and she was absolutely wonderful - really professional, efficient and answered our questions really thoroughly.

I was served by Christina recently after visiting pho for the hundredth time. She's served me a few times and I felt like I had to leave a review just for her. Her service is always outstanding and the reason I leave a tip (that and the good food haha). Would highly recommend this restaurant in general! Bonus if you're served by her!

Pho-nomenal!! After visiting Pho exactly a year ago after finding out we were pregnant, we came back a year later to celebrate with our baby. Fantastic service, great food and an amazing team that really made the entire meal extra special for us. Thank you to all the team at Leicester Pho!
