Relaxing atmosphere with outstanding food and customer service by Freya.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food! I struggled to hear due to hearing loss but they moved us to a quieter table which was kind.

It was our first (and last) time dining at Pho. The service was ok, nothing special, and one of our dishes was completely forgotten, which may not be a bad thing considering the food we did get was tasteless, greasy and barely warm. Pho! Don’t go!

Food was amazing and Freya did a great job as provided excellent service

Very good food, no need to buy extra sauce because the toppings are on the table as soon as you walk in, was quick and warm. Also the Jasmine tea is real and there is no need to add sugar either because it is so floral it tastes amazing without sugar. Was served by Freya but all the staff were great and warming as well

Came in the evening with family and had an amazing time- the food was amazing and our server Selena was very attentive and friendly, she made us feel very welcome and looked after. The only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is how dim the lights were, we could barely see our food and when we asked the staff if there was anything that could be done they told us that there was nothing they could do about it, even though I could see other customers were similarly dissatisfied with the lighting situation. Other than that I highly recommend Pho :)

I’m making a review because not only the food was great, but how AMAZING the customer service was. I was greeted by a nice lady named Christina. She made sure that my food was delivered to me as fast as possible, and she’d always come to check up on me at my table to see if I was alright. The pho was delicious and filling, good portions and reasonable prices, however the service was a little slow.

My best friend and I always visit Pho Leicester yearly and it never disappoints. I'm not eating pork at the moment and they were able to accommodate me so easily. Additionally, I always see my bestie enjoying his food when we eat there(previously a fussy eater). Thank you for accommodating us and staying consistently amazing!

I found a hair in my food and upon calling the waiter he argued that is not a hair and it’s a bean sprout. However I know it’s a hair with some disgusting thing stuck to it. It’s really frustrating that the waiter kept telling it was my opinion on things but it clearly wasn’t an opinion but a hair. Very rude customer service and trying to gaslight me into thinking it was a bean sprout. Thankyou.

The food was delicious. Anna was a great, very attentive. The banana fritters were amazing, and being celiac, it was such a treat to be able to eat something with batter that was gluten-free.
