Honestly disappointed with the Shisha and service. Music was so loud even in the daytime. No customer service or apologies for the Shisha/coal being late. Coal change took almost 30-40 mins even if asked.

Nice place to hang over with friends and family, specially weekend is so good with extra activities 😊 loved the service and staff was really helpful

Attended this place before as well when it was known as emperors lounge so i thought id try it again. Shisha is great, perfect smooth flavour and smoke. Unfortunately they weren't serving food on the arabian night and their waffles looked like the packet supermarket ones. Very disappointing for an event night.

They were amazing when they first opened. More and more I went, the worse they got. Mocktails and milkshakes were amazing, and recently tastes like pure water and syrups. Shesha was good quality, but barely get any flavours now. Charged a ridiculous price for accidently breaking the shesha, despite the staff broke one 5 minute before me and causing a slip hazard!! Heater never works and few times they had no food service!! Used to travel from another city for the excelled customer service and good price they used to have.

As a shisha expert... it's only my opinion that matters. This is the best spot in all of midlands for the best and smoothest puff. The attention to detail with the flavour and making of the shisha is worth the 2 hour trip for me. The entertainment is world class. Service and management are amazing. You never leave disappointed. Excellent, not like other places, they change the coals every 10-15 mins, they ask if we need anything also every 10-15 mins plus the place is just so classy and elegant. The staff are also really friendly.

One of the best shisha place in midlands. The Sheesha was excellent and relaxing. This is a place where you can take your business contact for a meeting. Also a perfect place for you to chill with your mate on a Saturday night. This place is located in the heart of leicester city centre.

Visted emperors Lounge last night with some friends. The place is huge with fab decor, shisha was really good we smoked for 1 and half hours and it was still going. These guys truely gave us the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. Will be back. Keep up the hard work!

I am a huge shisha fan and have tried all the places in Leicester. This lounge has to be the worst place ever. The shisha was super harsh. There was hardly any taste to it and we sent the pipe back, still the same. We asked a gentleman to sort it out he couldn't do much to it. There was also an couple sitting near us and they were moaning their pipe. Like if you can't make a simple Grape and mint properly then god help you

The desserts, something else here! Shisha was so nice me and my group of friends loved the pineapple head. The music and atmosphere are perfect for various age types. Best Shisha around.

So first time visiting emperors lounge in Leicester, beautiful atmosphere and layout, service and the smoke of the shisha... Is a different question , not really happy about the wait for shisha coal, shisha wasn’t smoking they’ve come more then 3 times and still not good. Eventually after having to call someone every other 5 seconds they changed our pot and sorted the smoke out for us A rating out of 5? 3 After having tried most the shisha cafes in Leicester I would definitely recommend Al Harem gardens on rolleston street for service and the smoke
