Absolutely disgusting! Over boiled noodles…cut up into tiny pieces, no flavour and I had to spit it out. Chips over cooked in dirty smelly oil, chicken balls also cooked in the same dirty oil and burnt! Think this is the WORST food I’ve ever eaten

Have used this Chinese for years, always superb food, friendly service, and delivery have always been good. Happily recommend them to everyone.

I booked on-line, which was excellent as we could walk straight in no queue for to buy tickets. There is a dinosaur exhibition/walk which is a must do. Most of the animals were chilled and just sun bathing a long walk very pleasant day

Me, I am picky when it comes to Chinese and this place is fab. Good value, lovely girl on the phone, food's brilliant and delivery is fast. They were closed this week so I had to have a v v disappointing curry.

First time trying here, friendly lady taking orders, food was good and hot but no better than what I’ve tried before locally.

Have not written a Tripadvisor review for some years but feel that this Chinese takeaway deserves my recommendation. Had a delivery recently and can honestly say that the quality and quantity was far superior to any other eat-in or takeaway Chinese that I have tried in the Hastings area. I am not normally keen on Chinese but the rest of the family insisted so I went along with them and am so glad that I did. I was genuinely very impressed. Ordered direct by phone and delivery was on time and the food was hot and really tasty.

Our go to Chinese takeaway despite not being our nearest, absolutely amazing customer service, food and delivery. Faultless!!! Was recommended by friends and haven't used anyone else since... the reviews speak for themselves! Thank you for yet again another delicious meal with excellent service.

Lovely food prepared very quickly. Only problem was nowhere to park and quite a long walk when we eventually found a parking place. Recommend you have your order delivered.

The best takeaway in the area by far. Decent fair prices for what you get as well as the food with full of flavour and served hot! Lovely workers and delivery drivers. Lots of choice on the menu as well as accommodating to any changes you want or need.

We have been using Pheonix for a while now but last nights was exceptional. Fillet steak in Chinese sauce, chicken in plum sauce and Singapore noodles. Pipping hot and full of flavour

Just had to write a review. Ordered tonight for the first time with Phoenix garden, the food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious and fresh, by far the best Chinese take away we have ever had, so not surprisingly won't be the last. Thank you Phoenix garden, and we'll done.

Great value, always tasty, piping hot food! Our favourite Chinese! We don't get many that deliver to Sedlescombe, and Pheonix Garden do, it's well worth coming here, the portions are amazing, the food is very clean and flavourful too! Lovely staff and amazing customer service!

Never had a bad meal from here. Crispy chilli beef is legendary. Polite and prompt delivery, the owner herself even stepped in when they were busy.

Excellent service and good portions. The food was very good and arrived when they said it would don’t know what else to say. I would highly recommend and good value for money

We ordered a family celebration meal at 17.15 and was told it would be delivered in 1 hour as the driver doesn’t start till 17.30, and there are 4 orders in front of us. an hour and half later it still hadn’t arrived, we tried to contact them but could not get through, when we finally got through there was no apology, they just said that they had been busy - thank you Phoenix garden for spoiling our celebration :-( I would thought you could deliver more than 4 orders in an hour and a half - there are too many other good Chinese Takeaways in the area, I will never use you again.

Placed my order and waited. All dishes cooked to order after 10 minutes. Staff friendly. Food tasted good...crispy shredded beef was fab as were the chicken balls. Prawn chow mein ok too.

Have been using this Chinese takeaway for a very long time on a regular basis, I have never had a bad meal, The owner is always really pleasant to deal with and I don't think they have ever got an order wrong for us. Been coming to Phoenix garden for the last 8 years since meeting my wife. Never had a bad meal, food is always cooked perfect with tons of flavour. Really will not go anywhere else I particularly recommend the King Po chicken.

I have ordered food from here for quite a while now and have only just thought to add a review! We ordered this evening and it did not disappoint! The shredded crispy chilli beef is the best anywhere, food is always piping hot, fresh and "clean" always polite and helpful on the phone! wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Simply the best!

Ordered my food and expected a 20 minute wait. 12 minutes after ordering, I was walking out of the door with food in hand.
