Perfect Pizza Base, Harrogate in Harrogate

I love my donner kebab but this was nothing like it 😕 I had my chips and few little pieces of my kebab couldn't enjoy it.

Soo much grease pouring out of box

Placed an order this evening, on arrival partner was told the order was cancelled due to the pricing being wrong online. This isn’t my problem it’s the takeaways.. and if I’m correct a price stated should be honoured.. but instead my order was cancelled 5 minutes before collection and wasn’t offered any reeaapology either. Usually really good service from perfect pizza but this evening I was disappointed with the rude customer service I received, shame as your food was nice on previous visits.

Mate recommended this place for post pub nosh. Very disappointed. To be fair the burger was ok but hardly any cheese and the chicken bites very nice but none of it is worth what this place costs over other takeaways. The cheese bites were mainly just batter and we paid for cheese on our chips that we didn’t get. The “chicken” rolls were pathetic and definitely not chicken. Over priced, didn’t get what we paid for and not happy.

Wonderful food from here if ordering kebabs. The curry was a let down though, over powering taste and not balanced. They do some of the best kebabs in Harrogate though and I’ve tried all the kebab shops and this is one of the best in Harrogate for kebabs.

Reasonable pizza but way to expensive for what it is. Go to Freddie’s much more affordable and better pizza

Ordered three pizzas and got a free garlic bread pizza for free and the taste really lovely.

The cheese they use on the pizzas are delicious. Don’t know why people complain about the price from this place as the portions and toppings are huge.

Food was nice as usual but was disappointed that there website was down which is where I normally order, ordering in just eat cost me about £10 more than if I ordered on there own website. Delivery was fast and friendly.

Great food, though it's always been slightly on the more expensive side. Reasonable delivery times and definitely some of the nicest kebab meat in town.

The parmo isn't even a proper parmo, it's made of 4 frozen chicken burgers. £16 each... Edit: I have been shopping with business for at least 10 years, This is absolutely the FIRST time that the parmesan has come in the form of 4 sub-par frozen burgers as opposed to the traditional format, hence my surprise/disgust. To then insinuate that I don't know what food I've purchased previously is even more unprofessional than just admitting that due to rising costs they have had to change ingredients. This is the reason I have lowered my rating as the service was the only thing leveraging a 2 star review.

Poor food tonight which is unusual for this place as it’s normally good. The kebab meat was in tiny bits and fry, no onion mixed in as normal. No salad on the burger. And smaller kebabs than normal for the large that we paid for. Disappointed. Another thing that annoyed me is the kebabs are £2 cheaper on the website than what we paid in just eat.

This has been one of the most flavorful pizzas I have ever eaten. I will be ordering again. Thank you for the flavor bomb in my mouth :D

Food is always good here, chicken wings amazing, as was the onion bhajis. Only let down was, its usual here for things to be missing from the order, no salad with the bhajis this time, what a shame!

I use this restaurant for my takeaway food and normally they are excellent(I normally have the kebabs), but tonight I tried a chicken tikka balti and it was not very nice at all. There was a very strong taste to it that overpowered everything and did not taste good at all. There was also no mint sauce sent where we normally get mint sauce with our food elsewhere. I will continue to use this restaurant for my food as they are normally excellent so will put this down as a one off.

I ordered a chicken & tikka kebab, & it was completely inedible, dry & crispy, with a cardboard like texture. Worst kebab I have ever had, will not be returning. My husband had a pizza which wasn’t the best either but we ate it atleast.

Food was very nice if not a little pricey, the only thing that I wasn't happy about was they have an offer displayed in the main menu for £10 of any £30 orders for collection only, and they wouldn't honour it saying the offer has ended 2months ago. Felt very mislead wont be going there again.

The food from here is always lovely and I enjoy coming back for more. The only disappointment with this particular order was that I was one stamp away from getting a discount on my order and it appears you opted out of the stamp card scheme before I placed the order, meaning I've got 4 stamps stuck in limbo instead of a discount towards my next order. Any chance you'll be rejoining it so I can get a discount?

Had the Mixed chicken tikka on Naan - the driest chicken I've ever had from a takeaway - so rubbery. How am i supposed to eat that with Naan. Very disappointed. Their pizzas are pretty good though.

Overpriced awful kebab. Dry old hard meat, old salad and tasteless sauce. Cheesy chips were cold and congealed together, literally could pick them all up with the fork at the same time.

First time ordering here. Pizza was hot and delicious. Lots of topping and cheese. We also got the kebab box. A lot bigger than we were expecting! The shish and chicken were our favourite and would reccomend giving it a go. Will certainly order again.

Asked for doner meat and chips, but then told could have doner kebab without fried onions so asked for that, no pitta bread when arrived , just loads of fries and fried meat. Asked for cheesy chips, Fries with a corner of cheese. Rang to ask where cheese was and pitta bread and they said I took your order that’s what you asked for, I didn’t if you actually listened. They then became quite rude and defensive, I hung up as didn’t want to get k to anything. My husband said to ring back and I did they answered “yes” I tried to say again but they was not interested. Rude defensive people, over priced good I will not be returning and will let others be aware
