Pizza Hut in Harrogate

pleasantly surprised - we ordered 2 large pizzas using the current 50% off promotion, and both arrived in just 21 minutes despite the ETA being 30-40 minutes... pizzas were very hot and delicious with very generously and well spread toppings, including the extras we paid for... overall very happy with the food and the service :)

Delicious and kept the kids happy

Upon coming into the store I was greeted by such polite and patient members of staff, when I explained I had a massive order they done everything in their power to accomadate and help me out. Working with me to build the perfect order they made it in such a quick turn around. Probably the best customer service and tasting pizza I've had from this pizza chain. Will deffinatly use again especially for a large company function. Thank you Harrogate Pizza Hut for top quality food and customer service.

I have ordered many times for home delivery and it's usually a large order. Today I ordered three large pizza's and seven sides. The order was correct, delivered in good time and was hot. It's always a bonus when you get free food with you rewards. My favourite pizza place by far.

I ordered 15 pizzas and they all were delicious and well cooked and staff was very kind especially the store manager davinder singh and also the driver was very friendly.

Had delivery, they didn't deliver 2 items, putting a child out of having their meal! Delivery took ages, some of the food was hard as if it hadn't been cooked properly through and when I tried to call directly I was on hold for 40 mins! I ended up hanging up!

If you have set aside a couple of hours prior to when you want to actually get your food, then Pizza Hut Harrogate has you covered. When I rang to check the order (30 minutes after the 30 minute delivery window) I was told “it’s just coming out the oven now”. The pizza turned up a full hour after that, so not only was it late, I was lied to. No apologies, just “we have no drivers”

Rude threatening delivery service, on one occasion left pizza outside on pavement, refused delivery on another, and still tried to keep the payment. Recently delivered pizza in smashed box which had been opened by the driver, looked and tasted like it had been dropped on the floor. Disgusting and untrustworthy.

Great delivery service! We organised pizzas for our children for a recurrent event over 3 weekends. Sal and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. They made our children days really special. Kids loved it! Highly recommend.

Customer service is perfect however food is inconsistent and certainly is not worth the price. Sit in restaurants charge less for much higher quality produce.

Dont offer a time slot if you cant meet it. Had deliveries over half an hour late on multiple occasions. Hit or miss with the actual food as well, sometimes really good, other times very poor. Only reason we're still customers is due to dominos not delivering anymore.

Arrived really late and cold. Nobody likes sweaty pizza. How hard can it be? If you can't deliver in the timeslot then don't offer it. Never again.

Delivery was late, therefore cold. Shop refused to refund or replace. Order was also wrong. Won't be going back. Shame I couldn't give it zero stars.

Great service, fantastic pizza. Although it's pricey, it's the only place in the entire Harrogate district that I've found with good and CONSISTENT pizza. Look forward to yet another order :) Ps - no problems taking special requests. Ideal for picky eaters 👌

Amazing service from Sal today. I was having difficulties ordering through the app, waited a long time then called up and talked me through it all on the phone. Ended up being charged twice so I hope you see my email requesting a refund. However, can't fault this guy, he went above and beyond, even delivering the missing drinks himself. Thank you so much. Definitely my favourite takeaway, I regularly order from here and will continue to do so!

Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was unreachable, on the one occasion I got through after 10mins they hung up on me. Pizza was not edible due to not meeting dietary requirements. The safety seal on one of the pizza boxes was also broken.

Just ordered a delivery from these guys and it was a meal deal with drinks, and when it came there was no drinks and one of the pizza was wrong, and when phone to sort it out they was rude and did not want to know, will not recommend to anyone with there false advertising,

Appalling service. Order was delivered very early for no reason. When called to question it the member of staff shouted down the phone at me then hung up. I later discovered that this member of staff was in fact the manager! Appalling customer service!

Absolutely abysmal. If you are happy to wait 2 hours and hope the order is incorrect this is the place for you! Shocking service! I would like to comment on the food but we never received our order. We did get food, but not our food. We would have eaten it but it contained literally every ingredient across the board so there was no telling what it was supposed to be. Never again. Do not order from here.

Shockingly poor service, wrong pizzas delivered and we're assured it would be rush redone and sent out.... After an hour of waiting and getting close to the kids bedtime still nothing. Store manager seemed very firm that it would be arriving soon and made it seem hard to received a refund or a cancellation. Will speak to customer services.

I like the food. Easy order. Good deals. The only massive problem is that I get an alert saying it’s arrived about 10 minutes before it’s arrived

I've ordered today. It came almost cold, the crust was really soft istead of cripsy. Ordered on classic pan crust get one thin. I do not recommend.

Straight up shocking service. I dont know what these guys do in the rear of the premises, but I stood for 10 minutes without service. The female on duty today was rude! Will NOT be using this outlet again!

Absolutely shocking service by what I believe was the supervisor there. I had to call to chase my order after an hour of waiting. They had no idea where it had gone, the girl who dealt with my complaint was lovely and offered a free pizza next time I called and advised she’d “put it on the system”. I called up to claim said free pizza and was passed onto a man with a foreign accent who went on to interrogate me quite aggressively and suggest I was lying as there wasn’t any evidence of my free pizza in their diary... He refused to honour it and said he will call me in the morning once he’d spoke to head office then put the phone down.

Delicious pizza, beautifully cooked, always polite service and prompt delivery. Even went the extra mile and gave us some garlic sprinkles to keep because we love it so much.

This place is going downhill. Been going here for a while but service is getting worse. 20mins late for a collected order and barely an apology. Time to go back to Dominoes.

Late, cold, overpriced and quite frankly the most boring pizza in Harrogate.

I havnt had a pizza hut for months so on the first night of my weeks holiday i decided to order, I had a garlic tear and share (which was nice) and a pepperoni pizza which was mildly warm, soggy and very greasy on arrival (50 mins later) The next morning i woke up with my stomach in a knot !! i ran to the toilet and that is where i spent most of my second day off ! NEVER AGAIN shall i order from here ! I should have gone to there nearest competitor....

First time ordering online from this shop. Ordered a medium pizza, chicken strips and cookie dough at 5.25pm - estimated del was 30-40 mins (which means that according to Pizza Huts delivery promise my next order should discounted or free). Called the shop at 18.21 as no sign of order. I was told the order had just gone out for delivery - it arrived 25 minutes later (1 hr 20 mins after placing order and receiving confirmation of it being prepped via email) Everything was cold - delivery driver advised me to call shop and speak to the manager as he was a 'good guy and would send out a fresh order'. Called but was told manager was too busy and he would call back in 3 mins. The return call was never received. Shocking service and cold food. Ordered pizza online from Dominos - 24 mins from order to delivery - and piping hot!! Contacted customer care team for refund of my first order.

Phoned then the phone went dead. Phoned a second time someone answered and he said that he was on another line and that he’ll get someone else. Someone picked up the phone started the order and the phone went dead. Not impressed. Used to be good

Poor service/rude and uninterested staff. Ordered and charged for 2 garlic breads and a pizza. Only the pizza ready for collection. No apology and didn't admit mistake. Need to use some common sense and communicate effectively

I pre-ordered my food online - informed it would be 20 mins. Arrived at shop 20 mins later - had not even started making my food. Stood waiting for 5 mins before anyone even bothered to let me know. Rubbish 👎

Delivery was ok but the pizza tasted disgusting, I think it is the tomato sauce on the base it is vile

Ordered a single pizza at 18.27 (it’s printed on my receipt)said it would be 25 minutes, called at 19.40, I was told it was dispatched and should be within 20 minutes. I called at 20.10 to find out it hadn’t been dispatched, asked to speak to the manager and asked for an explanation/discount and got neither - he just said it’s busy and will be arriving soon. 2 hours for a single pizza which was somehow burnt and cold and no refund. Great job!

I used to really rate pizza hut at one time -always delicious, hot and super fast delivery. Not so anymore. Very slow and received cold tasteless pizzas too often. The quality control is shocking. McDonald's may not be to everyone's tastes but at least you know what you're getting..a cheeseburger in London tastes the same as one bought in Harrogate. With pizza hut it is now like Russian roulette ... sometimes they're ok, sometimes shocking. Unfortunately that's not good enough when people are spending hard earned cash and have plenty of other trust worthy choices. I asked about pizza huts delivery guarantee (over 40 min delivery - credit of £10 applied to account) I was fobbed off completely. I was asked to sign up to some online forum where they said it would be addressed... again this forum was as flakey as they're current quality control. A complete waste of time where I was just ignored by the adviser, never received the promised voucher. From a long time customer I can honestly say I'll never go back.

can’t believe how rude the manager was very aggressive. Considering they made the mistake to not bring all the right food not once did she apologise for forgetting it. They forgot our sons food who’s 6 so it was stressful enough without getting spoke to like rubbish. Only positive was the polite gentlemen who rang us back to apologise. Instead of saying I’ll get the garlic bread out for you straight away we got it’ll be 20 minutes. It was there mistake not ours. “You might be the customer but I’m telling you I can’t get it to you for 20 minutes” in a angry manor not the way to speak to your customers. So there adding a garlic bread on to our next order which is pointless as we most definitely won’t be using them again. (to top it of the food was average).

Ordered a pepperoni pizza as a add on to a order all ready placed came ten minutes after originally order, burn inedable total waist of money, almost £13, won't be ordering again.

Absolutely terrible I ordered ordered a big mac Mac and a mcflurry but they didn't give it to me. Instead they gave me pineapple pizza with a siding of babies fingers.

Got a takeaway delivered. Undercooked and soggy. Taste vile. Emailed Pizza Hut straightway got an automated response saying someone would be in touch. Still waiting over a week later. Would not recommend and will not use again. Would be zero stars if I could select it.

Food was 15 minutes late, wrong chicken wings and wrong dips delivered. Driver was pleasant but the rest of the service was appalling. Paid money for food I didn’t even get.

Ordered for 19:30 at 19:03, arrived at 19:52. Pizzas were cold, soggy and completely fell apart (standard cheese and crust). Worst of all, I live within 0.7 miles of the shop, so there's no excuse on a Sunday evening when the roads are empty! Called the store after 11 mins and all they said is "should be with you shortly". Very unprofessional and ruined our Sunday night with guests!

Good when the pizzas are half price but not worth £19 for Pizza. Sometimes they can be a bit dry, lacking cheese.

Never had a bad meal from here does what it says on the tin and always delivers in less than 30 minutes!

Really lovely pleasant girl on the phone who was helpful even though only her first week ,had a £20 meal deal meat feast thin and super supreme deep pan with spicy drizzle really lovely I personally prefer cooked fraction longer .

The pizza was over cooked and you are not allowed any sauces even though your paying £15 for a bloody medium pizza you need to sort this out highly disappointed.

Staying at Premier Inn with my family,decided on a take out from Pizza Hut,had a bit of trouble trying to do it online as their website was not bringing up Premier Inns address for delivery,rang them up,they seemed to be aware of this problem,so they took my order over the phone for delivery.Around 20mins later received a call from them saying they were at reception,excellent service,food was yummy and hot too,highly recommend.

Harrogate pizza hut used to offer a white sauce based pizza and this is not something that the delivery unit have decided to do. I phoned them and asked if it would be ok if I bought some cream in if they would be prepared to make a pizza for me. Having worked for pizza hut actually for several years and having a husband who cant stomach tomato based pizza I didn't think this would be a problem as historically in both branches I have worked in customers regularly brought items in they wanted adding either for taste or dietary reasons. I was informed that no they would not be prepared to make the pizza, I was not asking for any kind of discount for the product, they just said because its not on their menu? I think this attitude is an absolute disgrace and the franchisee who has hired the team should really be considering who they have working in there branch. In an area like starbeck that has so many take away options it would appear that this store doesn't want to gain any of the old customer base that used to frequent the now closed Harrogate store. I certainly wont be ordering from here.

Put in a massive order with no problems at all, and the discount was an added bonus, definitely ordering again in future and really quick delivery!
