Pizza Hut in Harrogate

Good, hot food and delivered quickly.

After Papa Johns up the high street closed not too long ago, thought I’d try Pizza Hut and I wish I tried them years ago, the pizza was steaming hot on arrival, delivery was on time and in my opinion it was much tastier than Papa Johns was and Domino’s now - Pizza Hut seem to be able make the toppings more crispy whilst not burning the crust, definitely recommend.

Delivered over an hour late, lukewarm temperature, had to ask for updates on the order twice. Food was tasty but cool and very late. Frustrating experience for the price.

It came Cold and stale. Inedible!

The food arrived 2 hours after ordering which was really frustrating and there was no communication to let us know of the delay.

I called 100 times and they refuse to answer, food never arrived… Awaiting refund for 24 hours now what a waste of time, feels scammy don’t bother ordering or be prepared to be disappointed

Food ordered with an eta of 19:45, 21:00 and still no food- have been trying to get touch via phone for the last 45 minutes and it would seem there is no one there to even answer the phone. Why accept orders if you are unable to deliver on what you have taken payment for?

Pizza perfect, will let late time go as snow condition outside so i do understand rather safe than sorry :)

Twice I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut, twice they have forgotten things or sent the wrong sides or deserts, with only an oops sorry when I call them, won’t send what is missing out to me only offering “free stuff next time” not entirely sure I’d get that stuff if I did. Ordered pizza and cookie dough but got garlic bread instead 😂

Placed a order before my train came. I missed my train because order never went through even though it did.Fella behind the counter was lovely and apologetic wasn't his fault other that good service. Got the next train which was annoying but still got my pizza so happy days

The food was very late, the driver had me come outside to pick up the pizza! Which was stone cold and inedible even after reheating. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut

Delivered 1hr late, food was luke warm & sealed labels had all lifted so unknown if food had been tempered with. Driver did ring when he arrived, this was the only positive

Do not order from here your lied to about deliveries waited nearly 2 hours for it never to arrive. Staff lied on the phone when I called now I have to wait 24 hours for a refund never again.

Very prompt and efficient service. The delivery guy couldn’t have been nicer. We ordered 2 of the large vegetarian pizzas with garlic bread and chips for 5 of us. There wasn’t a crumb left! Perfect amount and delicious food. We will definitely order again. Thank you.

was just not nice, soggy chips and pizza was pretty poor in terms of the base/sauce and the topping was quite undercooked. Hands down the worst pizza I have had in years, better off at Aldi.

Not the best domino's shady with the toppings.. Better off going to Asda or morrisons for freshly made pizza get more for your money..

I always get pizza from here, they are the best in town. One of best spicy pizza. Davinder served us today based on what we customised. Me and my friends got a vegetarian pizza, spicy and hot. Davinder suggested the best on the vegetarian one and we loved the taste. Pizza was yummy thank you.

The delivery was over an hour after set delivery time called the store on a few occassions. The food wasnt warm when arrived so wasnt consumed.

absolutely shocking service.pizza was cold when arrived, driver pretended he had tried to deliver when we have security cameras. Rang and pretended they couldn't hear us. we regularly use just eat and probably won't bother again

I ordered my delivery at 20:17 and didn’t receive it until 21:55 it was absolutely freezing and unfortunately my sides were soggy and flat cold definitely won’t be ordering again first and last time

Over 1.45 hrs wait for delivery when just eat showed 1 hr , rang twice to find out how long it would be 1st time assured in10 mins , 2nd time 20 minutes after that shop hung up on complaint call

My son has coeliac disease and has a gluten free pizza from here every week. Never had any issues with cross contamination and the guys are always really happy to meet his specific requirements!

The bottle of Coke was missing. The driver did offer to go get it and return but I felt bad so declined!

pleasantly surprised - we ordered 2 large pizzas using the current 50% off promotion, and both arrived in just 21 minutes despite the ETA being 30-40 minutes... pizzas were very hot and delicious with very generously and well spread toppings, including the extras we paid for... overall very happy with the food and the service :)

Two hours and 15 minutes and we’ve given up. No answer from the restaurant. Took the money and nothing. Shocking from Pizza Hut. Will never use them again.

Upon coming into the store I was greeted by such polite and patient members of staff, when I explained I had a massive order they done everything in their power to accomadate and help me out. Working with me to build the perfect order they made it in such a quick turn around. Probably the best customer service and tasting pizza I've had from this pizza chain. Will deffinatly use again especially for a large company function. Thank you Harrogate Pizza Hut for top quality food and customer service.

I have ordered many times for home delivery and it's usually a large order. Today I ordered three large pizza's and seven sides. The order was correct, delivered in good time and was hot. It's always a bonus when you get free food with you rewards. My favourite pizza place by far.

Got our order wrong. Called to inform, the person on the phone told me to call back so they could see what order it was, when I did they wouldn’t answer. I kept trying but they wouldn’t answer. Very frustrating.

The food tasted really good, however the order was missing the drink and one of the dips.

Had delivery, they didn't deliver 2 items, putting a child out of having their meal! Delivery took ages, some of the food was hard as if it hadn't been cooked properly through and when I tried to call directly I was on hold for 40 mins! I ended up hanging up!

Delivery was 2 hours later than original time. Arrived an hour after the updated delivery time-I had to go out and get my kids an alternative meal as I didn’t think it would arrive. If ETA had been updated I wouldn’t have assumed it wasn’t coming. Requested money back as compensation but denied by restaurant.

Cancelled the order as the time kept changing and the last time I looked no driver assigned cancelled and I never got my money back

Late again! When request for some money back, request refused. Driver stuck in heavy traffic apparently. At 8pm on a Sunday evening? I have just driven the route and no traffic at all. Won't use again, expensive and poor service.

I haven’t received my order but it is saying ‘enjoy your food’ I am calling the restaurant and they are not answering. I have waited a ridiculous amount of time, I have not long finished work and I haven’t got enough money to order from somewhere else

The order was 35 minutes late due to an issue with the oven at the restaurant. No update was provided and I had to call them to find out what was going on.

If you have set aside a couple of hours prior to when you want to actually get your food, then Pizza Hut Harrogate has you covered. When I rang to check the order (30 minutes after the 30 minute delivery window) I was told “it’s just coming out the oven now”. The pizza turned up a full hour after that, so not only was it late, I was lied to. No apologies, just “we have no drivers”

I have waited over 3 hours for our pizzas to turn up. What would you like to do about it Pizza hut and just eat? I have given delivery time 1 star as there wasn't a minus 5..

Said we hadn’t placed an order, then once shown email confirmation & online banking said they had. Said to come back in 10 minutes, we did then had to wait another 15 minutes. Bad attitude from staff, no care or anything!

Rude threatening delivery service, on one occasion left pizza outside on pavement, refused delivery on another, and still tried to keep the payment. Recently delivered pizza in smashed box which had been opened by the driver, looked and tasted like it had been dropped on the floor. Disgusting and untrustworthy.

Great delivery service! We organised pizzas for our children for a recurrent event over 3 weekends. Sal and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. They made our children days really special. Kids loved it! Highly recommend.

Customer service is perfect however food is inconsistent and certainly is not worth the price. Sit in restaurants charge less for much higher quality produce.
