I always get pizza from here, they are the best in town. One of best spicy pizza. Davinder served us today based on what we customised. Me and my friends got a vegetarian pizza, spicy and hot. Davinder suggested the best on the vegetarian one and we loved the taste. Pizza was yummy thank you.

The delivery was over an hour after set delivery time called the store on a few occassions. The food wasnt warm when arrived so wasnt consumed.

absolutely shocking service.pizza was cold when arrived, driver pretended he had tried to deliver when we have security cameras. Rang and pretended they couldn't hear us. we regularly use just eat and probably won't bother again

I ordered my delivery at 20:17 and didn’t receive it until 21:55 it was absolutely freezing and unfortunately my sides were soggy and flat cold definitely won’t be ordering again first and last time

Honest as i would have spent exceptionally more however he explained the offers and what i wanted matched with the offer so instead of paying for the single items i got it all as a deal. Over 1.45 hrs wait for delivery when just eat showed 1 hr , rang twice to find out how long it would be 1st time assured in10 mins , 2nd time 20 minutes after that shop hung up on complaint call

My son has coeliac disease and has a gluten free pizza from here every week. Never had any issues with cross contamination and the guys are always really happy to meet his specific requirements!

the time is now nearly midnight and I ordered my pizza at about 10.15. It has not arrived. I want my money back please 😡 please let me know what is going on.

Over a hour late delivering, wrong order delivered, but that fed up waiting just ate it, wasn’t that good, never order there again

The bottle of Coke was missing. The driver did offer to go get it and return but I felt bad so declined!

pleasantly surprised - we ordered 2 large pizzas using the current 50% off promotion, and both arrived in just 21 minutes despite the ETA being 30-40 minutes... pizzas were very hot and delicious with very generously and well spread toppings, including the extras we paid for... overall very happy with the food and the service :)

Two hours and 15 minutes and we’ve given up. No answer from the restaurant. Took the money and nothing. Shocking from Pizza Hut. Will never use them again.

Upon coming into the store I was greeted by such polite and patient members of staff, when I explained I had a massive order they done everything in their power to accomadate and help me out. Working with me to build the perfect order they made it in such a quick turn around. Probably the best customer service and tasting pizza I've had from this pizza chain. Will deffinatly use again especially for a large company function. Thank you Harrogate Pizza Hut for top quality food and customer service.

I have ordered many times for home delivery and it's usually a large order. Today I ordered three large pizza's and seven sides. The order was correct, delivered in good time and was hot. It's always a bonus when you get free food with you rewards. My favourite pizza place by far.

Got our order wrong. Called to inform, the person on the phone told me to call back so they could see what order it was, when I did they wouldn’t answer. I kept trying but they wouldn’t answer. Very frustrating.

The food tasted really good, however the order was missing the drink and one of the dips.

Took 1 hour 30 to arrive and then arrives incorrect! Tasted bad and cold and hard garlic bread. Not ordering again!

Had delivery, they didn't deliver 2 items, putting a child out of having their meal! Delivery took ages, some of the food was hard as if it hadn't been cooked properly through and when I tried to call directly I was on hold for 40 mins! I ended up hanging up!

Delivery was 2 hours later than original time. Arrived an hour after the updated delivery time-I had to go out and get my kids an alternative meal as I didn’t think it would arrive. If ETA had been updated I wouldn’t have assumed it wasn’t coming. Requested money back as compensation but denied by restaurant.

Cancelled the order as the time kept changing and the last time I looked no driver assigned cancelled and I never got my money back

Late again! When request for some money back, request refused. Driver stuck in heavy traffic apparently. At 8pm on a Sunday evening? I have just driven the route and no traffic at all. Won't use again, expensive and poor service.

I haven’t received my order but it is saying ‘enjoy your food’ I am calling the restaurant and they are not answering. I have waited a ridiculous amount of time, I have not long finished work and I haven’t got enough money to order from somewhere else

The order was 35 minutes late due to an issue with the oven at the restaurant. No update was provided and I had to call them to find out what was going on.

If you have set aside a couple of hours prior to when you want to actually get your food, then Pizza Hut Harrogate has you covered. When I rang to check the order (30 minutes after the 30 minute delivery window) I was told “it’s just coming out the oven now”. The pizza turned up a full hour after that, so not only was it late, I was lied to. No apologies, just “we have no drivers”

I have waited over 3 hours for our pizzas to turn up. What would you like to do about it Pizza hut and just eat? I have given delivery time 1 star as there wasn't a minus 5..

Said we hadn’t placed an order, then once shown email confirmation & online banking said they had. Said to come back in 10 minutes, we did then had to wait another 15 minutes. Bad attitude from staff, no care or anything!

Pizza Hut catered for a number of children’s events for our group, and the kids loved it. Sal was very accommodating and professional- would highly recommend!

Rude threatening delivery service, on one occasion left pizza outside on pavement, refused delivery on another, and still tried to keep the payment. Recently delivered pizza in smashed box which had been opened by the driver, looked and tasted like it had been dropped on the floor. Disgusting and untrustworthy.

Great delivery service! We organised pizzas for our children for a recurrent event over 3 weekends. Sal and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. They made our children days really special. Kids loved it! Highly recommend.

Customer service is perfect however food is inconsistent and certainly is not worth the price. Sit in restaurants charge less for much higher quality produce.

I tried ringing Pizza Hut and eventually got though they hung up on me? Pizza was cold and late and expensive paid £24? We where starving and ate it but would have been better hot or warm? Driver apologised saying very busy

Dont offer a time slot if you cant meet it. Had deliveries over half an hour late on multiple occasions. Hit or miss with the actual food as well, sometimes really good, other times very poor. Only reason we're still customers is due to dominos not delivering anymore.

Pizza came squished, all toppings stuck to the top of the box, was as if the driver had been sat on it! Garlic bread soggy, Ordered Pepsi max cherry but got plain Pepsi max.

I never received my food. I received a notification to say my food was en route at 19.12pm. I called the restaurant half an hour later, and they informed the food would be another 30-40 minutes. I want to cancel my order but do not seem to have the option either via the restaurant or via the app. I expect a full refund.

Arrived really late and cold. Nobody likes sweaty pizza. How hard can it be? If you can't deliver in the timeslot then don't offer it. Never again.

The margarita pizza had a piece of ham when i called the place after giving all the details of the order to the person on the phone kept me on hold for 10mins just to put the phone down never going to order anything from this place again horrible service!!

Great service, fantastic pizza. Although it's pricey, it's the only place in the entire Harrogate district that I've found with good and CONSISTENT pizza. Look forward to yet another order :) Ps - no problems taking special requests. Ideal for picky eaters 👌
