Excellent kebabs ever in ripon or harrogate. Delicious taste just gonna love their kebabs especially their house special kebab. Served in a proper way and properly cooked. Gonna recommend all.

Looking at recent reviews things just get worse for these guys. I tonight ordered 2 donner kebabs for delivery due to adverse conditions with the weather as walking home with a donner will guarantee it will be cold(might be OK when drunk) but to my amusement and shock I found the delivery guy walking with my takeaway through town, not the drop off I expected. Now I sit here with 2 cold kebabs which my dog is begging for but after reviews she'll have to accept her dry goods. With respect to customer service they offered to replace with n actual driver within 10mins(bot trusting that) had issues in the past, gave them another chance, chance gone! £17 lost and go to sleep hungry

Ordered food at 5 O'clock rang back at 6:15 to be told food was coming only ordered 2 pizzas it took another 20 mins to arrive. The guy on the phone said was delayed due to opening late which I wasn't told this when ordering and the food was cold and won't be using them again. 1hr 35 mins for cold pizza it's a joke.

Ordered two kebabs on a Wednesday evening, which took 1.5 hours to arrive. Upon delivery, the cheesy chips were extremely hard, and the meat was overcooked and burnt. I will not be returning.

In 40 years on planet earth, I have never had a worse kebab.

He was very rude to me and my friend saying we were playing around when we asked if they do card he was very rude and impolite and hurt my feeling

The food is ok but the customer service is appalling, I ordered a meal and it was about 30 mins later then they said which is understandable, but what’s not acceptable is when I rung up saying I ordered and it’s running a bit late to be cut off mid sentence with a harsh “it’s on the way” response the man said this around 3 times each time with more attitude

Don’t bother ordering on phone for collection they started making it after I arrived 5 mins after when they said it would be ready, food wasn’t great would try the one across the road much nicer food!

Best food in ripon. All their food is nice their chicken kebabs their donner kebabs Fully loaded box etc etc. prices descent its a must place to go when you visit ripon

So the only food that's decent is the chicken parmo and the fried chicken the rest is just cheap stuff from a wholesale cooked poorly

Nice people... Food Has Gone Down Hill. Only Recommend If There's A Drought, Food Shortage or Your Contemplating Suicide. But Nice People.

I ordered a large doner kebab and it is tiny, my 8 year old ate it all and wanted more as she was hungry, previously a large was a good portion but this has happened twice in a row now and as you see on the pictures I order jalapeño bites and look at the state of it and this was the best 1. Btw I did order a hot and spicy pizza and was really good.

Again went for kebab total discusting and charging way over the top for what you get salad crap meat tastless and ask for large didn't get complained go over road to bbq wow see their kebabs.

They can't even be bothered to answer the phone after over 40mins of calling.

We have been ordering for the last few months and then just gone to ring up tonight to order to be told we are lies and have never had delivery to our property in HG4. The staff are rude its such a shame as we have never had a bad meal from here. We have now ordered from another shop and this place has lost our money

Go quite often as it's the only place open after 11 but often regret it in the morning.

Dog food don’t order late because that’s what you will get

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but, the First time, wrong item sent, called and correct item was delivered. BUT the coating on the chicken nuggets was a bit on the hard side, overcooked maybe, chips were nice and hot, but only managed a couple of nuggets Usually get cheesy garlic bread, have noticed though that this has been more oily than previously, (so decided to try something else this time) Disappointed

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a chicken kebab, all salad and garlic… When i opened the kebab, i received a few pieces of chicken in a pitta. No salad, and minimal garlic sauce. In addition the chicken was absolutely solid and uncooked! Would not recommend unless you are wanting a couple days of work due to food poisoning.

We've used Gianni's in Ripon many times since moving here. Initially we were told to avoid the place but we always make our own mind up. We tried it and generally we enjoy the food. The chicken meal boxes are good value for money. Cheap meal with a burger, chicken strips, popcorn chicken, fries, dip & a can of pop for around 8 quid. Always check it before accepting through as they CONSTANTLY make mistakes with the orders. We're not talking once or twice, literally EVERY SINGLE time we order, we need to change something or swap the drinks or get more dip. It's an absolute nightmare for it, but if you check, they will rectify it right away. Occasionally they must run out of the chicken strips so occasionally get some that aren't as good but for the price, we do keep going back. The workers are pretty ignorant apart from the owner but once they know you won't accept rubbish, they will play ball, but as I said, check everything before accepting.

We have been a customer for years just ordered our last meal from here drivers attitude was absolutely disgraceful food was so poor no taste burger looks like something I ran over in my car on the back road and chips weren't even cooked properly

Absolutely terrible food, chicken kebab was some cheap side fillets swimming in shop bought chilli and garlic. No salad as requested, just a cheap pitta thrown on top… mix Kebab was cold and tasteless thrown on a bit of garlic bread, it was mostly chips. Accompanied by a cheap pizza with flavourless toppings… all this for nearly 30 quid! Hygiene standards non-existent, flies landing on toppings, no fly zapper in sight, and staff handling salads with bare hands, whilst all sharing the telephone handset and clearly no washing hands in between… 🤢🪰. STAY CLEAR!!!

The service in this place is horrendous. Very rude staff. You've lost customers here.

Been a customer for years but have recently stopped ordering delivery as I've been sent the wrong order and over charged for what I received and when I phoned up to politely say that my order was wrong I got told to ring up the next day as they were closing which wasn't true and they'd fix the problem but I'd had to wait 1hour 30minutes for the food and it wasn't anywhere near closing time when I phoned them disappointed as used to be good food and service but sadly not the same quality as before

Its service has gone,the happy friendly faces and service is horrendous.we are in 2020 now and the place looks dirty and run down the foods expensive and the portion sizes are very small now delivered and collected foods are always cold the mayo and chilli pots are not getting filled to the top anymore the pizza is not as fresh as in past years .the staff are no longer friendly like they used to be.. we go to the Chinese instead now .the original owner Jason and his wife would be greatly upset to see the place now..really needs a remodel and the staff cheering up a bit..out of a score of 10 I'd rate it minus 20 now...

It's a typical greasy takeaway you get what you expect not exactly fine dining but if that's what you want your in the wrong place

Honestly, the pizzas are only tasty if you're smashed. The staff working there seems to constantly change as well, which is mildly suspicious...

Ordered for delivery that took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive ( I only live 5 mins away). When it finally arrived it was cold, the chips had clearly been microwaved and were inedible and part of my order was missing. The pizzas were terrible, In future I will just buy frozen pizzas from the supermarket for a fraction of the cost which are far nicer. Waste of money.

The staff are rude the prices don't match the menu that they produce and most of the the deliveries are wrong not good.

Got a parmo delivered absolutely dirty wouldn't feed it to the dog straight in the bin What a waste of money. .

Says it's open till 12 Midnight yet when you call 20 mins beforehand answers "See you tomorrow!" and hangs up!

Bought some pizzas from here yesterday, sadly the worst quality food from any pizza shop I have ever visited. Avoid and try anywhere else.

Order food guy told me up to 40 min. For delivery after 55 minutes of waiting i get cold food i think they should give full refund .never going to order food again form this place

Like their kebabs, the meat is thinner and crispier, just the way I like it!
