I was his regular customer. He always doing mess by sending incomplete and cold food. Even they donot know how todo topping of pizza. Totally disappointed from this takeaway.

It's a shame, decent food but terrible service and unhelpful staff. An hour and half to deliver food, then they hung up on me when I asked why it was so late.

I ordered a chicken kebab which was was nearly £7and tiny. My partner though ordered Donna kebab meat and chips which was huge !! The chicken was well cooked though and tasty just not alot for the price.

Order a standard Garlic Margarita Pizza, it was awful. it arrived like it had been in a car crash, all the cheese had dripped off the pizza and in to the box, it was unbelievably greasy and completely tasteless. Really Awful. I had returned home to see my partners for the weekend, I remember this place being the best takeaway in Knaresborough as a teen, I'll stick to Tico next time.

Really really awful. Ordered a pizza, it was greasy, far to much cheese and tasteless. Wouldn't order again. Real shame this place used to be very good when i was younger.

An absolute disgrace!! We did not receive what we ordered as a garlic bread was missing. Food was delivered like it had been in a car crash!! The bag was soaked in the contents of our food and what was edible was cold!! On calling the takeaway we were spoken to rudely and told that we can have a free meal next time, he also accused us of disrespecting his food!! What an ignorant man and a terrible takeaway. He even had the nerve to blame the deliver driver who in truth more professional than Paragon!! Never again £18.00 wasted!!

Shocking response tonight having happily ordered in the past many times. I had a specific but small request- 1 bun + 2 burgers+ 2 slice of cheese - no salad! Was told they don't do custom burgers so when I asked for 2 plain cheese burgers (might have expressed surprise at the previous request) they declined to take the order! SERIOUSLY!!!

Ordered a takeaway curry for 2 last night, this place is consistently good and last night was no exception. Arrived home, Currys were full of flavour and excellent quality, thanks Paragon, see you again soon 👍🏼

Wow 🤩 for a long time I’ve not used paragon due to the fact items missing and very little tomato base , however talk about changing it around !!! Plenty of toppings arrived early friendly chap . So back to paragon for me . Thank you 😊

I’ve lived in Knaresborough for a long time an I’ve known Paragon since it opened. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal from these guys. Yesterday I had a curry delivered and I don’t think I would have had a better curry anywhere in Harrogate or Knaresborough. They are always friendly, they keep the place sparkling and they have people who really understand Indian and Bangladeshi cooking.

If you could give a Michelin star for a chicken tikka pitta naan, I'd give onefone the one I had from here. Best kebab I have ever eaten, and I've had a few!

Had a chicken kebab with chips and chip spice. Really nice although the portions were only small.

First time we’ve ordered from here and can say we weren’t disappointed, great tasting food and friendly polite staff will be ordering again 🙂

Ordered a meat masala, what I got was a sweet otherwise tasteless soup = these people have no idea, avoid!

Overpriced food. Quality is poor. Don't bother trying to speak to the owner - they can't be more unhelpful. This from a long standing local customer. Never again after tonight

Ordered very simple Donner in pitta, took 15 mins to sort even through i was only person in the place and they had 6 staff on service. Kebab i received was like getting a kids portion at MacDonald's, it was tiny. Charged me 50p for a pot of extra garlic sauce no bigger than a thumbnail. First and last visit to this place.

So bad, Came late. Chips cold and soggy, like they had been microwaved. Spicy veggie pizza no spice and cold! The other pizza again cold and tasteless. Spoke to the takeaway manager, he didn’t seem to care just said he will sort us out next time! To be honest there won’t be a next time! Just heart burn waiting to happen! I don’t review normally - gave them a chance to sort and they did not give a crap!

Ordered with them. My mistake. Left me waiting half and hour and then declined the order. Eaten there before and at best its a bit below average but for a late night snack, look elsewhere. Even when open food is distinctly average to poor.

We ordered a home delivery, which was very disappointing as they had got the telephone order wrong despite my partner giving clear instructions.We ordered two bhuna and one madras, and received two madras, ordered one pilau rice and two plain, and received three plain boiled rice.All three curries contained very little chicken, they were mostly sauce. The poppadums were oily, cooked in old oil I suspect.We had ordered as soon as they opened so they were obviously not busy. The delivery driver tried to overcharge us, which we queried and gave him the correct amount.Overall very disappointing, we will never use the Paragon again.

I like the food.. But they constantly forget something off my order.. Tonight I spent 26£ for two curries and a bottle of coke.. They forgot one rice, and the coke. It tends to always be the rice so I can never have a full meal that I ordered. Will definitely think about going elsewhere from now on.

What type of pizza/Kabab shop closes at 00:00 on a Friday night? I’d just finished work and skipped tea in hope for a lovely pizza. No happy now to have to drive to Harrogate!! Shame. 😢

Love this place. The biggest pizzas in knaresborough and the nicest guys work behind the counter. I went in one night just to get a can of cola for the walk home and he just gave me it as they had closed (I didn't realise the time). Their hot pizzas are the best

ordered a mixed kebab on naan , after trawling through the mountain of Donna meat , I finally found 4 sorry looking peices of chicken sat keeping warm under my donner meat ... a complete million miles away from what I expected from a mixed kebab on naan if I'd wanted a donner kebab I'd of ordered a donner kebab

Ordered a pizza and cheesy wedges. Wedges were stone cold with grated cheese just thrown on top not melted at all. Absolutely disgusting and not edible. Pizza was ok

Came here at 6.30 this evening, waited 10mins to order as they we're answering the phone constantly and ignoring the walk in customers! Then took over half an hour for a pizza and chips which they forgot the chips (he said I never ordered them) yet when he was taking my order he picked up the phone so clearly just didn't listen to me!Overall not impressed

Usually kebabs are ok but tonight we ordered a special kebab and a mixed kebab. All I can say it was like dry leftovers from night before. Chicken chewy, kebab meat so dry ! Salad lets say what salad. It's the middle of the week so no excuse !!

Attended this evening ordered chicken balti which was fine as we're rice and sundries also wanted chicken tikka Saag ÷ what I got was a chicken tikka starter more onion than chicken not a bit of spinach in sight .. as for the mushroom Pakora they went straight in the bin need I say more. ........NO MORE WILL I USE THIS PLACE

I got my curry in very good timing. All was okay, but after an hour of eating the curry it turned really cold. Not very impressed - 60 mins into the curry and I had to put it in the oven. Won't be getting it from here again. Not impressed. Sort it out.

I asked for a chicken fillet and got something completely different..... last time I go again

I just paid nearly £9 for a carton of curry sauce with a few pieces of tough meat floating in it. No thanks. "Lamb Curry"? بہت شکریہ نہیں AVOID!

Not just Pizzas but sell other take away food too, eg burgers etc. There’s nothing wrong with this place, but there’s nothing special about it either. It seems clean enough and the food we had was ok, but not outstanding. Prices are on the slightly high side of reasonable, but not expensive. A good place for a late evening snack and we will probably go back, but we’ve had better and cheaper.

This place is best in town for me, staff always friendly and polite. Food always cooked just right. Give it a try.

worst service ever! waited for 2 hours for delivery! order was wrong when it arrived! only half of it was delivered eventually!! cold & soggy food when it got here! sent it straight back to the shop & went somewhere else!

Ordered at 5, was due at 6, called to chase it at 6.10 which they said would be 5mins... turned up at 6.30 (restaurant is only a 10min walk away) When food arraived my pizza was hard at the bottom and cold toppings, and my mum's fish burger was piping hot (so clearly forgot to deliver our food, and just re cooked the burger) this food was 2 treat my disabled mum who was on a down day... so thanks

Came from leeds away for weekend thought we'd give them a try we was not disappointed enjoyed the food so much went back the 2nd night for more enjoyed it just as much deffinately worth going to nice clean and friendly service and food was out of this world see you soon guys

Paragon is simply the best takeaway in Knaresborough and the pizza is phenomenal! Always recommend to anyone visiting!

I ordered a 2 burgers, chips, chicken korma and pilau rice, the rice wasn't pilau it was egg fried, the korma had precisely 10 small pieces of chicken in it (I counted because I was shocked they could charge £6 for such a low quality/low value for money product) the burgers were burned and the bread bun was soggy, all in all I won't be trying here again, we were first time customers and expected a little more bang for our buck and unfortunately paragon just didn't deliver.

The staff here are all very nice people and always happy to help. I moved to Knaresborough 3 years ago and find this takeaway the best in town.

wrong order got a chicken burger instead of beef burger. would have changed it but by the time I got another one wouldn't have been worth it

Food was great only problem is that i order garlic bread supreme and we just got a garlic bread with cheese. Tried to ring but was constantly engaged

Gave these guys a second chance! There will be no third chance. Yet again delivery was abysmal, mega late, had to call them. Ordered & paid for popadoms, none arrived! Ordered Phal which was more like balti than hot phal, and was tepid. Never again.

We were very disappointed with both pizzas we ordered, there was too much cheese on which made the centre of the pizzas have a soggy bottom. The chips were ok.

The food was absolutely delicious, well cooked, tasty and great delivery service. They do, however, need to start reading the notes in the order with Just Eat as twice now we have made requests which have not been read or carried out. Other than that....very good!

Food was cold when arrived and not what I asked for

I've ordered many times before and the food was excellent. It was the slow delivery that was an issue. This time delivery was great approx. 40min from time of order but the meal was a bit cool and not nearly as flavoursome as past meals in my opinion.

I used to use these guys all time but am less and less every time its taking longer and this time after a long wait the food arrived half was cold it a shame it used to be my favourite but not so much any more 😮

Ordered for 18.50 & accepted for delivery at 19.00, at 19.15 rang paragon to see where it was. Ws told just left should be with you any minute, at 19.30 was just about to ring & tell them to stuff it when driver turned up no apology for been late. Opened order up & guess what theyd sent the wrong burger, had been out all day was starving so had it vouldnt be arsed ringing to complain. never again

Cancel order and money still came out not happy refund wanted

Didn't bring rice, annoying as had to cook my own and then reheat all the food. Understand they're going to be busy on a Saturday night but bit of a basic error. Food quite good though so might give them another go when I know I've got back up rice in the cupboard!
