What can I say other than do not order from here! As you can see my recipe shows that we ordered 3 chicken Donna however they was all lamb, we called the shop and they was rude and swearing at me saying to was my mistake, they gave me there mangers number I call him he was just as rude!

My food arrived over half an hour late, it was cold, had the wrong sauce on it and the restaurant and delivery staff were rude. Really not happy.

Order a burger meal from just eat. Althought the delivery was quick the food has done nothing but give me a upset stomach which im sure is food poisoning.

The burger wasn’t dry or burnt like I have found a lot of other places do was brilliant food

I ingested thin strips of metal 3 times in a row.. each time i took a sip of my milkshake a thin piece of coarse wire wool / stainless steel scourer came out of the straw causing me to choke.. after 3 sips i gave up and obviously thew it away.. utterly disgraced i am a regular customer and just cannot believe this, will not be ordering again!! 😩

Ordered my food waited an hour missed my kebab, gave me 5th degree about missing kebab. Said would resend 30 mins later no missing kebab rang again given 3 wrong address like he knew all about it. Couldn't give me eta just asap like it was 30 mins before so have given up told him to refund no wonder place is always empty when I go past used to be decent now just don't bother Such a shame but so many kebab options in pompey they won't survive with this level of service

The pizzas were great. The kebabs not so much. They were not properly labelled and with so little difference between the medium and large we had no idea what one had mild chilli, ketchup or hot chilli as there was little difference in the sauce either. But the coriander chilli chicken pizza was on fire.

Originally supposed to be here at 17:40, regularly updated the latest time. Food arrived stone cold, £6.40 ish is nowhere near good enough for a refund.

We never received our food, spoke to driver and didn't get anywhere. Once it said delivered we then couldn't contact him, disappointed.

My order never arrived despite being marked as such.

rude delivery moaned over the rain I don't control the weather and notifications on when it's coming was only received when the delivery was at the door there was no time to get to the door so not happy with delivery at all next time I won't bother getting service from just eat if I get another service like that

Meat was tasty which was great however chips tasted stale and milkshakes didn't really taste the flake , also my partner said exact same.

One of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Chicken shish kebab every bit of chicken was gristly and chompy to chew. The chips very undercooked. The pitta was soaked in oil. Not nice all round

the kebab, was swamped in mayo. you guys could save so much money by NOT putting half a bottle of mayo on the kebab. the pita was soggy with grease and mayo and not even opened up. i gave it to the dogs, it was inedible. I won't be ordering from you again

Wrong food delivered, driver came back after my call but only to collect the wrong food did nt have our food, after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes. Who ever I spoke to on the phone was hostile shouting at me when I asked port a refund. AVOID ! Too much hassle and poor customer service

garlic mayo sauce was missing in order

Some of the meat was a bit ropey but not normally an issue so hopefully just a one off

the food was not the best the chicken was soggy and mushy they put the sauce directly onto the chips which they didn't have a no sauce option on the website so I couldn't eat the chips then pop chicken was horrible and the gojons were dry and cold

So rude! Made an order through deliveroo. Phoned straight after ordering to ask for salad and sauce to be separate and got told they were cancelling my order because "traffic will be too busy and you're too far". The man I spoke to was so rude. Not apologetic at all and laughed at me and said "you dont even know your own address" because it took me a few seconds to confirm the postcode because we're not from around here and we're staying at a family members house.
