Perfect Kebab House in Suffolk Coastal

I always use perfect kebab as my preferred takeaway but unfortunately the meal tonite was well below par. the Iskenda we ordered was far ro salty to eat so we had to make do with chips and pitta bread. so disappointed. never again

Local kebab house of choice. Been using this one for many years. Find that the chefs special mixed kebab is enough for the two of us. Usually order a side of the pickled white cabbage salad. Normal range of other kebabs all well cooked and not too salty. Delivery service usually at predicted time. Parking for take out can be difficult without using pay carparking.

Ordered and cancelled by them 30 minutes later. What a waste of time to order on just eat.

Ordered pizza with sweetcorn and pineapple got one with sweetcorn and lots of ham on. Son wouldn’t eat as he is fussy and wanted pineapple (doesn’t like ham) , I couldn’t eat as vegetarian

An absolutely delicious special chicken kebab (with green pepper, onion and mushrooms) with a tasty pitta bread and fresh salad included; delivered before the promised time by very polite driver. Thank you!

We received the worst service and food ever in my life. Absolutely appalling. The delivery took 90+ minutes. The food was between cold and warmish. The delivery driver got lost, his English was very poor, none of us (4 adults) could not understand him much. I called the shop again, I expressed my disappointment, I was offered £5 discount off our next order. What a cheek 😒. We was robbed with £40 of what was basically bin waste. The total customer service we score is zero, we hate their overall service. Unfortunately I cannot score zero.

My fuxking calzone never turned up and you never answered the phone

We normally love the kebabs we get my chicken one was very nice but my husband donner kebab was not nice at all very greasy and chewy meat just didn’t seem freshly cooked and the chips tasted like they were reheated and hard.

nice friendly staff always very welcoming and chatty and fresh food, also very clean, prompt service as well never have to wait long

Placed an order via just eat tonight, driver couldn't find my address so they called me blaming me for driver not being able to find my address which isn't hard to find at all!!!!! They then decide to cancel my order! Is it really my fault for your driver who don't know where to go!!?!!!!???!!!!

My chicken was very charred and hard to cut and eat. Also the cabbage wasn’t pickled which is very disappointing as that’s my favourite part of the salad.

My wife and I had a takeaway kebab which I collected . The food was very tasty and the meat was very tender . One of the best kebabs I've had .

When my food arrived it was stone cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on the chips the wrap was near enough cold I couldn’t re heat due to having salad the chicken was too tough to eat had to throw away waste of £15

Ordered a doner kebab with onions, it came with mushrooms and cararrots? Why!!!! I have never seen this before, just bizzare and totally inedible. Had to throw it away as I hate mushrooms! Nowhere was it mantioned that it comes with carrots and mushrooms! Still cant believe this... By far the worst kebab I had in my life.

Haven’t used them for a long time , but decided to go back to see if it had improved and have to say was very surprised and satisfied! Will definitely be back! very tasty, generous portions, early delivery especially for a Saturday night! No complaints here :)

Not sure if this business has changed hands the last month - all new staff who I don't recognise and the donner kebab meat is now inferior to what I have been used to in the past from here. Although opening time is stated as 3.15p.m I travelled 12 miles to call in - arrived at 3.30 p.m and waited in vain till 4.10p.m and still there were no lights on. Not very impressed.

Delivery was okay but the food wasn't, the chicken was pink in the large Donner. The kids meal was incredibly spicy so my child couldn't eat it

Turnt up late and cold, not happy

Absolutely love lamb kebab. I finished the lot. Lovely meat and well cooked chips my only complaint is I like chilli and garlic sauce but there is no option to select that. Small issue on a lovely order thanks

Such a shame tonight. Usually the best kebab but tonight it was late, the lamb was a bit chewy and the cabbage just tasted liked chopped plain cabbage. Very disappointed 😞

Very friendly staff and the food is incredible, I’ve ordered twice from here in the space of a week and the lamb doner wrap is the best I’ve had compared to all the other kebab shops.

The food was good but unfortunately cold. But 1 minute in the microwave soon warmed it up. Also, I must add, the delivery man was very happy and polite (makes a change from the usual grumpy ones) and he even gave our dog a couple of treats. Shame we had no cash or any way to tip him. Put I will score the delivery guy 6 stars out of 5. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We have only recently found this place and we really love it. The chicken shish is lovely; well marinaded and the chilli sauce is hot but tasty and fresh. My partner has the kofte and loves that too. Really lovely people. Thank you!

I was really disappointed with the chicken wrap I ordered. I asked for mayonnaise sauce but what I got tasted nothing like it and it was awful. I ended up only eating a quarter and could not force anymore. My husband had chicken kebab and enjoyed his though.

Very satisfied with the food and service

My kebab was lovely tasted fresh and was nice and hot when it arrived Chilli sauce was nice not too spicy but maybe a little less sauce would be better as it did make the pitta soggy would be my only grumble . Apart from that great food good job guys
