Perfect Fried Chicken in Tower Hamlets

The restaurant was clean and the service was good. The chili sauce and the sweet sauce were both delicious.

The advertised American tight food and it is very close, not bad ate there more than once.

Old skool 90s style pfc. Their chilli sauce is one of the best.

My go to PFC place. Food is great, chicken wings remind me of childhood, and the chilli sauce is what sets it apart from other places very unique in taste and smell. The atmosphere is a bit dingy, but I never sit in, so that doesn't bother me

Visited this chicken shop today and came across the cross contamination of chicken and sweet treats being sold. I purchased a school cake with a portion of custard and the cake was gone off had green mould growing off it. When I took this back into the shop and asked for a refund they refused to believe that there was anything wrong with the cake slice I purchased. I left the store leaving the items and told them to either donate this to charity or keep it for themselves which clearly they need. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The men behind the counter were awful with their responses and could not even give me any answers or show any sort of remorse towards their gone off baked cakes being sold. I will definitely be reporting them to the food hygiene department for the cross contamination.

Someone recommended this place and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered chicken wings, chicken burgers and lamb doner. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Large portions was a bonus. My family loved it and kids want to go back.

From reading another comment clearly my issue is a regular one. Chicken burger was rock hard and chewy like was re-fried. Absolute shocker and bought 3 meals worth. Might as well have entombed them and buried them after.

Established in 1998 just as the tiles on the wall tell you. It maybe old and the decor dated but the wings, donner and above all the chilli sauce and sweet sauce are all on point! And do the talking 🔥🔥🔥 No frills and delivers exactly what it says. An old skool PFC that hits the spot without pretending to be anything other than your standard Tower Hamlets chicken shop. Just the way I like it!

Fried chicken wings, fries and the chicken fillet burger were really nice. Chilli sauce was exceptional. BBQ wings were hella dead.

Went to buy wings and chips .30wings and 5 fries .which comes £16.5.which is advertise on there price screen but when I went to pay they asking me to pay £22 and I asked why they said price gone up. I said well price gone up then change your price list .i ordered food looking at your price list now you telling me to pay more .and you know what they refused to serve me . What can I do I left and bought food from Jacks.there food and service both better then this scammer. And I complained about my situation to trade center .hope this scammer get what they deserve .

If you like and appreciate Bengali chilli sauce this shop offers the best of the best. They also offer the Bengali twist on the donner kebab, ie, donner meat stir fried with onions, peppers, chilli sauce and herbs. I love it. Ahad Bhai makes it the best. Customer service has always been good here. I travel 11 miles for my monthly (honestly) fix. LOL.

Got 5 wings & chips meal, as the guy was getting the wings out realised the guy was brushing it against his arm. When I went home to check food hygiene waiting this place has a 1 star food rating. (Couldn’t see it anywhere in shop) Now I am suffering with food poisoning and horrible cramps. Food was decent but not worth the stomach ache and cramps it leaves you afterwards. Used to be good back in the day, won’t be seeing me here again.

Shop was very busy but service was really fast despite the busyness and great food

Wings and chips were really good. Red sauce mixed with onions and chillli sauce on another level. Doner weren’t that great average it is best.

Worst service in all of tower hamlets. Feel sorry for the younger guy at the front who tries. But the elder baldy guy needs a lesson in customer service hygiene and all manners. One thing i can tolerate is extremely poor service . Ended up rejecting the food and telling them to send the money to charity or keep it for themselves clearly in need of it.

My fave is the chilli sauce here, delicious and spicy, Asian style

Nice speedy service from this chicken shop that has been around since 1998. Ordered the lamb shish meal which is actually lamb seekh kebab but still nice. Chips are nice and crispy and made fresh. Will definitely visit again and try some of the other meals. Nice fried meal selection. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad quality of the food! I'm very disappointed.

Staff are friendly but that's the only positive here. Chips always seem under cooked and wings taste days old. Also the prices seem to go up when I do visit this PFC. Only reason I go here is because there are no other local PFCs nearby unfortunately.

Meal 21 - Special fried wings meal... that’s the one you want to try! I’ve also had their Naga wings meal and loved it... but my favourite has to be meal 21! I go there on my lunch break from time to time, even if I’m not working in the area! So that statement says it all! Not much seating area though... so expect not to eat in during busy times like lunch times. Edited: I introduced this place to a few of my mates, and never disappointed anyone! I noticed the look of satisfaction in their faces as they left too! Highly recommend this place!

Staffs are really nice and friendly. The chicken's seasoning is quite good.

Avoid at all costs. Walked past here a couple of time yesterday, and other than removing the seats they have done absolutely nothing to enforce social distancing. There were far too many people in the small area at the front, no 2m seperated queueing system, people were also leaning on the counter putting not only themselves at risk but the people working there and possibly even the food they were preparing for others. I get times are tough, but they haven't done even the minimum to keep things "Covid secure". Highly irresponsible behaviour, recommend not putting yourselves and your families at risk unnecessarily and going somewhere else!

I went there to get chicken wings they made me wait so long that I having a right to tell them where is it they tell me im making it woah how long does it take you 15 minutes that long I'm a local and only when this guy who I know saw me*knows me*gave it or else I'd probably have to break my fast in their pfc shop as it was Ramadan.GO TO Burdett fast food (quick takeaway,tasty food).

The guys here are great. Been coming here for a while now never seem to disappoint Food always on point. They take telephone orders. Food ready when you arrive. Great choices to choose from.

If they mess up they have no problem to give you a refund and apologies, they are probably the most kindest people I've had to get a refund from.

Ordered a lamb shish and the guy went to the kitchen and came out with 2 skewers already done (grilled i dont know how many days before, frozen and then microwave). Then he finished it off on the hot plate. Dont need to be a genius to figure out it was disgusting. Couldn't taste any lamb, just a massive cumin flavour. The chicken wings were completely under cooked. The only part of the meal that was acceptable were the fries but i believe that is quite difficult to do any mistake with fries. Cheap but it gets expensive because you throw away 75% of your meal
