even the manager doesn't know how to apply a discount coupon previously employee did it properly when i said to the manager he scolded the employee in front of me i feel its a toxic work culture i was in urgency so i brought overpriced stuff but i am sure that i will be not visiting this place again i feel the one who is making food should be happy while preparing the food which is not in this case the manager is so unprofessional

I made an order through deliveroo today at 1:30pm, they said it would arrive between 2-3pm, the times changed to 3-3:45 shortly after. I rang at 3 and asked where our order was because on the website it said the delivery driver was still at the shop! They said he had just left (so our food has taken 1 hour and a half to make!! Ridiculous!). The driver rang to say he was lost (we helped with directions) , we then checked the app and it said the food had been delivered to which it had not been delivered at all, i tried ringing the shop and they declined my calls numerous of times, my partner even tried and they declined also. So we are £26 out of pocket now, very unhelpful and unprofessional. So our food would have been 2 hours late even if it did arrive! Please never use this place.

I went there and order first and I was waiting for 20 mins for my chicken rice and a burger but suddenly a lady came and she order her chicken and rice and she got it like in 5 mins i mean like isn’t supposed to be first come first service.

El mejor pollo Piri Piri en guildford. Pedimos a domicilio un pack familiar de dos pollos, panes, patatas y bebida y a pesar de que tardaron bastante, mereció la pena. El aderezo de mango y lima fue tremendo. Sin duda merece mucho la pena.
