Good spot on as usual but the sauces!!!! I did not know they changed their sweet chilli recipe which I was not a fan of at all, if I knew I wouldn’t have paid for them. Disappointed

That was the worst food I have ever seen. Was freezing cold smelt off we didn't eat it put it straight in the bin where it belongs took hours to deliver aswell. I can't believe they are allowed to serve paying public that!

I ordered around 12:05 and was waiting for my food to come. I had to go up to the counter to ask if my food was ready because it was taking forever to be given out to me and by this point I was hungry and willing to go and ask for a refund. I then had to wait a further 10 minutes and when I finally got my food and sat down the burger wasn’t nice and the fries were too salty. The only thing that was good from my order was the cheese bites. My friend ordered her food a bit before I did and asked for no sauce or salad on her burger they ended up giving her no sauce but the burger still had salad on it, she took it back and then didn’t get her burger for at least another 10 minutes. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had, and a waste of £13.58

Came to Pepes for a Chicken munchie box and recieved a full featherless chicken, had rats droppings in as flavours and it really gave a kick. my chicken was so cute it was blushing pink. My friend Noel choked on a chicken leg as it broke his 2 front teeth

High quality chicken staff are very helpful, the spice on the chicken actually tastes of something you couldn’t ask for better wide variety on their menu you can eat in and take out, I would recommend the XL chicken burger

Stealing tax as no vat charged on my food as always no cash machine like its 1980s zeeshan served me well and food is always lovely chicken and rice spot on.

Just ordered from here at 12:05 for delivery. 2 hours later it still said preparing, went past 2:15 when it said it was being delivered and said ‘may be arriving soon’. We have ordered from here before and always expect it to be around an hour but 2 hours and 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. Won’t be ordering from here again, the bread was stale too.

Always get the order wrong or deliver half of the items. Today no chips came with the order and was promised chips will be with me in 20mins. Came in 50 mins. This is back to back orders that have had issues. On my banned list now. No refund or goodwill gesture for their mistake. Not the cleverest bunch. I would suggest not to order from this branch.

Food sucks! Tried the one in blackburn, bradford and batley. Stick to frankies! No flavour whatsoever. It’s like boiled chicken with sauce slapped on top! Avoid!

These people are so bad mannered put the phone down on u when asked why u have taken so much more than said. They started arguing with me. Then they said they will give me extras and when I said ok they started arguing again so they don’t have to give me extras for eating my time and put the phone down on me. Will never recommend I’ll mannered people Will never go hear again. I use to be their regular Shame on u

Ordered a moderate sized order whilst on night shift at hospital for myself and staff, did it through justeat to avoid mistakes getting made. That didn’t work. Ordered meal and Chickn and Rice box was missing, plus cold burgers. Phoned the store the next morning as they had already shut the night before to ask for refund on part of meal and one member of staff told me they couldn’t refund because it was from yesterday’s shift and they had no order history on the system (which I doubt very much, which restaurant doesn’t have a previous shift order details) tried fobbing me off and skirting around the problem. Said I could have a free rice box when I order again, don’t know what the point is with that if I don’t intend to order again. Just eats was crap as well dealing with it. They do alright food I haven’t had an issue before but this has made me hesitant to order again. I don’t know how you can miss something if it’s written down and on the customer receipt, if it was a mistake made after a phone order then fair enough but they either couldn’t be arsed making it or just didn’t bother double checking the order before delivering. Or could’ve been cos the staff love flirting with each other when they are on shift together and got distracted. Will claim my free meal back and but not order again after that tbh. Also not that I think I’m entitled to a discount or anything but never offered me a discount but when I went on the app the next morning they were offering 10% discounts on all orders but no discount for the previous night?

Very clean and accessible spot. They provide generous portions and for affordable rates. I loved the food a lot and the staff were super attentive and informative. Highly recommended.

I had placed an order over the phone for the family.... the order was repeated twice myself and once by the worker of this business whilst placing the order over the phone.... when the food was delivered one meal was missing. I had called back and the person I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional simply he sounded like a illiterate. As I stated the person that took my order repeated the order and this could be an technical issue or an mistake whilst putting the order into the system.... instead of apologising for the mistake he was talking over me instead of listening and had said that “there can never be an technical issue within the business” and that I was lying about what I placed an order for and the fact they so busy they cannot do anything about it . Also not just that the remaining meals that were delivered had came without an drink... when I spoke to the manager just to prove that the colleagues of his do not listen properly over the phone causing an error on the order within the system, they also forget the fact that the customers need a drink with their meal...very very very bad service!!!! I highly recommended everyone not use this service when they hungry to eat as they will always mess the order and miss stuff from the order!!!!!

Got takeout with family mostly chiken n rice full chiken salad etc The chiken was uncooked red raw Unfortunately won’t be visiting again

When I used to study at the University of Bradford, this was my go-to restaurant whenever I craved cheap and yummi chicken burgers. You can choose from a wide variety of meals, and be sure that the portion is more than enough for one person. In addition, the staff are fast in preparing and cooking your order. They are also friendly and kind.

The restaurant lacks consistency among staff and has no card machine and require to withdraw cash. Staff are generally not interested!

So cheap, you can get so much food for a really good price! Friendly staff offering dates in Ramadan, good customer service. Freshly cooked chicken. Really good quality. Occasionally come back for a treat! Really good for the price! Definitely a good winner!

customer service in this place is shocking, no queuing systems at all and then when you call the staff out on it whilst serving other people whilst you’ve been standing there the whole time they are extremely rude, especially the little Asian women with awful makeup, absolutely terrible, wouldn’t go to this place again just because the customer service was terrible

Order from here all the time and they always manage to get the order wrong! Absolute joke. The manager expected us to come with the food to check if it’s right ? Are you being serious ? Sort your staff out amazing food crap staff and service. SORT IT OUT!!

After i first visited when they newly opened i thought i should give them a second chance with them changing ownership. Bad decision. i found portion size very small for the price you pay. i ordered a BBQ sizzler on the image on the menu looked really nice and big, what i got was not anywhere near as nice equivalent portion size. i paid £5.50 for something that i would expect to be a high-quality product. but what i got was a simple chicken strip coated in very little BBq source in a small thin panini bun and about 10 fries in a small packet. Disappointed even my work colleagues laughed at the portion size.

I absolutely love Peps's. Compared to Manjaros and on great horton road and VEri Peri in town, this is place is heads and shoulders above the competition. Ofcourse Pepe's is no Nandos but you get greta flavour and fresh food everytime you go there. I would definitely recommend the Chicken Tasca and/or Spicy Chicken Rice. My favouriute is the GRilled Chicken and Wings. Absolutely brilliant. Couple that with the peri chips and you have a brilliant pallete of taste. I personally think the extra spice is more geared towards the asian population in bradford but if you cant handle spice, you can always choose the "Mild" option. I personally like Extra Hot spice flavour on my food but I understand it can vary from person to person depending upon how much spice they can handle.

Very average food cold eat in experience I must say tried once and never trying again food is tasteless and overpriced

Read great reviews about Pepe’s. Unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations. Firstly staff weren’t interested and didn’t have the right order ready which we had pre ordered. Food was dry and average.

the food here is very tasty and delicious the portions are great for some of the things that you order .the flavours of the food here are to die for. I recommend for you to come here and enjoy a mouthwatering experience that you will never forget. A downfall is that you have to wait a long time but the wait is worth it at the end.

Pepe's never disappoints when it comes to food. The service however, could be quicker but I suppose when they make it fresh every time, it will take longer. Food is always piping hot and delicious.

My experience from start to finish was terrible. The staffs seem to be very moody. I was waiting 5 minutes before anyone took my order even though there was no queue? Then my order took 30min, not very fast for fast food when I was called out my order was totally wrong. Then I was waiting another 10mins for it again. No apology was given in fact I was made to feel like I was lying! When they checked my order they found I was being honest. While I was waiting I could hear the staff arguing between themselves. Once I had the correct food it was Okay. But it was over priced for the quality was below average. I don't normally comment or complain but this is my worst ever customer experience and didn't want anyone else to waste their time or money.

Used to use this place 3-4 times a week until recently. Looks like they have changed manager's and staff. Waited over an hour for my food on two separate occasions. When I finally received the food it was cold and tasteless. Just from looking around I could tell that the other customers were having the same problem. Will never use again.

I always come to pepes and I was satisfied with the food until today the workers have been changed and the old polite man has gone the food was cold and chips were burnt I will not be coming here again ..

The food is great. Service is abysmal. I placed my order was told 20mins for pick up. Having arrived half hour later. Waited 10 mins without being greeted. Finally after being greeted was told to sit down they are very busy, which they were not 7-8 orders maybe? Did the gentleman ask my name? check if my order was ready? Take my money? No. I pre ordered my take way and gave you the benefit of arriving late so I could avoid being told to sit and wait!!!!

Tried a Full chicken with 2 sides and was not disappointed. Chicken juicy and cooked to perfection. Spicy rice little spicer than what it should be but complimented the chicken.

On this fine Saturday evening, me and a friend completed a leg workout. This rigorous workout lasted approximately 5400 seconds. To replenish our glycogen stores and fuel the growth of our muscles, we concluded that Pepe's Piri Piri would be the perfect location to provide us with the required nutrients. However, I was terribly wrong. Upon entering the premises and being attended to by a cashier, we were bombarded with hundreds of questions in a matter of seconds. I was left mind blown by what had occurred. The questions were simply unnecessary and the cashier appeared to have confused himself. After a while, our order was finally complete however this was just the beginning. Lucifer himself would not condemn us to such oblivion. We waited patiently for our food to be prepared yet there was no sign of our polysaccharides or amino acids or triglycerides. We were left bewildered. As other customers who ordered after us claimed there food, we were sat there stranded with no hope of sustenance. However, the moment came. 'B-31'. Our faces were filled with glimmer and hope after waiting 34 minutes. We collected the food only to be left distraught like Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story 1 when he found out he couldn't fly and was left at the bottom of the stairs. The chicken XL I ordered was supposed to contain 2 fillets instead of the conventional 1, but that was not the case. Only one thing was going through my mind at that moment... 'Hello darkness my old friend'. All in all, this experience was a regrettable one indeed. I would never wish this upon my sworn enemy. Pls fix.

2 expensive, crappy quality and the local fried chicken is better with quality, service and price. never go again

The guy who took my order on the phone was polite, helpful and friendly...he even took my quirky sense of humour in his stride. I explained to him that i wanted a nandos but cos they didnt deliver i was going to try pepe's! I had spent the whole day moving from manchester to bradford tired stressed and hungry (not a good combination)! The guy was helpful in advising what spice i should go for and the delivery was super quick! The delivery driver was very polite and smiley, pepe's seem to have a lovely working environment as both members of their team were happy genuine nice guys.
