Really nice food very very tasty and delicious food i ordered in-store for my family its a big order and I received my food in just 10 minutes its a very good thing and the food is very delicious specially the prime pitta its very very very delicious the best takeaway in High wycombe Pepes i love pepes very much the staff is very polite and the way of talking with customers is very nice as well keep it up guys best takeaway

Have tried this new branch several times now, their food is fresh and good value for money. Chicken rice box is always full with plenty to chicken. Miles better than the previous branch which closed down a few years ago. 21/05/2025 Placed a collection order and the experience was disappointing. The process felt disorganised, staff seemed a little lost and I ended up waiting quite a while for my food. Despite placing a telephone order and arriving on time, I noticed that several dine-in customers who ordered after me received their food first. It wasn’t until I raised a complaint that my food was ready about five minutes later. If you offer collection as an option, orders should be prepared on a first-come, first-served basis. There’s a reason people place orders in advance..

Focus on flavor, not arrogance.

Pepes were extremely punctual in terms of their service and very friendly. They assisted and cleared any problems quickly with no issues. Recommend highly. 5 star

Lovely food , good atmosphere, friendly staff and decent prices, alot of chicken selection meals, with piri piri, quick service although u may have to wait 5 -10 mins as can get busy......(means food is good) worth it tho, also halal, if that helps any1 noticed the sticker up in the right corner of window

Pepe’s very bad service. I went to Pepe’s yesterday and the girl at the counter doesn’t know how to treat the customers. They kept me who came before many other customers waiting for more thank 45 minutes while serving delivery collection and other customers who came after me. She was totally rude and in fault on top of arguing with me nonsense even me being a regular customer when why I asked why she served before the customers who came after me and kept me waiting.

Best chicken in high wycombe - great value and friendly service

All food except the loaded fries was hot and tasty, chicken and rice was good and the portions were good. Loaded fries for over £5 were tiny, lukewarm and limp. Most importantly the delivery time was terrible. Estimated delivery time was 18:35-18:55 and the order arrived at 19:32. The app had not updated to reflect this late delivery and the restaurant were unresponsive when called. I understand Friday delays but why did the ordering process and the app blatantly lie to us? 2 out of 5, could do way better than this, no excuses. In big trouble with the wife now as this was my idea and she had to go out before the order arrived. Not good at all.

I’m really disappointed with the timing. I placed the order 5 hours before I wanted it and it still arrived more than hour late, delaying our iftaar. I also requested for my money back and this was rejected. Extremely disappointed.

Its a pretty busy shop, and when it is busy the staff can make mistakes but they are minor. The food is good, nicely cooked chicken. I recommend people ask for Chimi-churi seasoning on chips, very nice. Halal restaurant
