Pepe Piri Piri in Harrow

One of the worst pepes in London.. constantly changing opening hours.. can't eat in at a certain time (so they can force you to use extortionate 3rd party to order. Wrong food delivered multiple times.

Worst shop in london.the staff is sooo rude.especially the lady who is working in front near till needs proper training of how to speak with customers.no respect nothing. I wish you get a better staff then her.

Takeaway Order. Disappointing experience . My loaded chicken had burnt chips and cheese, and my daughter’s child meal—requested without mayo—came with it, causing a mild reaction. Despite the restaurant being quiet, service was inattentive, with staff taking personal calls and ignoring questions about our order. Sadly, won’t be returning anytime soon.

Walked in this place bad attitude by women assistant. Went to pick up food asked for peri chips and rudely said £1 extra . Dirty place . Food was good but bad staff manners . Employ people who genuinely want to work with customer service . Go somewhere else

I would like to say this is my favourite place every week I visit this Pepes Burnt Oak,staff are very friendly,Good food and fresh,very good customer Service.

I would like to say that Pepes Burntoak have very nice Food Quality and taste and very happy to visit this place with my Family and my children,Good Customers service staff are friendly and very good management.

I have used them a couple of times and each time they have not listened to the order correctly and put the wrong sauces in the burgers. Didn’t give any sauce and or serviettes which should be standard. Exteremely poor service, won’t be using them anymore.

Metimos a almorzar con mi hijo, buena comida, pero hay tiempo, pero no tomó disfrutar al final merece la pena probar si necesitas comer o tomar distancia.
