Pendle Heritage Centre - Cafe in Pendle

I forgot to add that the chips were meant to be triple cooked, but were still raw! Food is way overpriced. Staff are unfriendly and the customer service was very cold! No smiles no welcomes!

New Years Eve. Very Poor. Flat arrival Prosecco due to being pre-poured and left on the tables. Hog roast - very poor quality served on dry bun was just pulled pork really. Ran out of draught lager at 7:45!!! This was a (not so cheap) ticketed event so surely the management should have known how many to expect?? The biggest night of the year and venue was totally unprepared. Extremely poor value. Night was saved only by Ally and Matt - an excellent duo providing the entertainment. Would not recommend this venue nor would we return.

This is a nice cafe within the museum. Lovely setting in an old building with a great walled garden. We had an excellent cappuccino and an even better homemade scone with jam and clotted cream

Not up to the usual standard .Some of the Food was very poor quality for the price, the toastie was very good but my pie looked and tasted like it had been reheated 2 or 3 times. Service was quite slow but the coffee was worth the wait.
