Worst Chinese I've ever had dumplings dry and deffently really old and rank, the dipping sause for them is just malt vinegar with some ginger thrown on top. Duck with fresh mango was like jelly and rated rancid friends chow main was OK apparently

Not great food, and the delivery driver was very rude. Food was early though, making me think they aren't busy for a reason...

We got a delivery, and it really was horrible it was cold and the duck was watery greasy and tasted of herbs a really weird taste, the seaweed was hard and dry and the chownein was tasteless, Would not order from here again

so after placing my order on just eat my order got suddenly cancelled because the driver couldn't find my flat, so didn't call me and just gave up. i then rang the restaurant to ask why my order was cancelled as it was a whopping 50 pounds. i spoke to two members of staff who were both as rude as each other telling me it's not there fault and too call just eat. which i understand but it's still your food and there is a way of dealing with these things. 10 mins later the same rude lady called me saying can i get it from the place which luckily my girlfriend could go and do about a 20 min drive. when we got the chinese there was no apology or anything just handed over nice cold chinese. now we get to the good part. this chinese food was an utter disgrace. tastless, bland, cold and incredibly over priced. the chicken tasted like it had been pulled out of a bucket of slime absolutely in edible. So not only did it take about 2 hours to finally get my delivered food that i had to pay petrol to go myself on top of delivery fee and 50 quid i've already been charged the least you expect is a sorry and some half decent food. stay away shocking food shocking service!

Ordered a takeaway and I can honestly say one of the worst Chinese meals I have ever had. The tempura vegetables were burnt an inedible, the food was served with a slimy glutinous sauce. We ended up throwing most away. Total waste of £35.

We ordered s takeaway to be delivered and the food, as usual, was excellent. We had the exact money ready which included the £2.50 delivery charge, which worked out at 10% on top of our bill, but the driver upset us as he made a rude a comment about not getting a tip. We told him we had already paid £2,50 for delivery We used to tip the driver when delivery was free if you lived close and £15 was spent. Are your drivers aware that you have added a delivery charge?

The food is very delicious and fresh. Beef Black Been is my favorite. It was delivered within the scheduled time.I thoroughly recommend pekinggarden:)

Order arrived an hour later than originally expected. Phoned up twice to be told it will be another 10 minutes...which was a lie. Average food. Wouldn't order again.

Ordered from here before and always enjoyed the food. However...I placed an order very recently and while I would expect some price increases due to our current situation I thought the bill sounded rather high (nothing wrong with the food by the way). I don't have a menu for this restaurant but have checked all the others I have and on every one the same order comes out at least £10 less than peking garden. Maybe it was a genuine mistake... if not then their prices are way over the top. Will not be using them again but if you do be sure to check the bill.

Ordered from here, Let me tell you the scran was humungous, I can't stress that enough, but the pigeons? Don't get me started on them rats. Absolute tossers. Lets go over to the brightside, the scran. Firstly I started off with a McDonald's special Big Mac, delightful, melt in the mouth meat, soft buns and crunchy lettuce. Next up the nuggies, soft and crispy with a scrumptious taste. Lastly the drink, I decided as it had been a rough Wednesday, Stella it was! And oh my was it a choice and a half, the frothy top followed by a sweet bitter taste that just went stupendously with the food I just devoured. Have ordered home delivery from here many times and have never been disappointed. The best Chinese food we’ve found around here and every new dish tastes amazing. Always delivered on time and big portions.

Waited over 1 and half hours for food . When phoned to find out where order was only got back sorry be another 10 mins. That time went and gone and was still left waiting.

A leaking ceiling water falling into a kiddies swimming pool waited 30-minutes from the time it said it will be ready the food was disgusting won't be going back there again

Food is satisfactory , unfortunately disappointing to note that price of food has significantly increased recently.

Friday night first time we've used Peking Garden in Little Common which I believe is now a take away only although website is a bit confusing. On the phone they said they would be about an hour but were pleasantly surprised that it was just half an hour. Enjoyed our dishes which included pork chow mein, special fried rice, chips, crispy beef, chicken in Black bean sauce. We meant to order pancake rolls but ordered spring rolls instead which were a bit disappointing. They had little filling in and weren't crispy but the rest of the dishes were very good. We will order again without the spring rolls as they also offer free delivery within 3 miles.

Having recently moved into the area, I am delighted to have an authentic Chinese restaurant close by. Having travelled extensively, and lived in south east Asia for many years, I find most Chinese restaurants in the area serve a very diluted version of their cuisine. This is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Sussex.

The rice and chow mein were both dry and bland. The pancake roll was the size of a Mars bar and possibly the worst I have ever tasted. The sweet & sour chicken balls were good.

This USED to be the best restaurant around, but it will no longer be, as confirmed by the manager tonight 8 pm 23/05/2021.

We have had takeaways from here many times and always been very happy with service and quality of food.Tonight we ordered and was told a max of 90min wait,a rather long time to wait but agreed as food always good.After giving them 10 mins over the 90 rang again to find out where food was and told that food was with driver and on the way.20 mins late,no food so rang again,girl on phone made lots of excuses and then driver arrived and said only picked up order 10 mins ago lots of customers had moaned about late delivery!! Was still on phone to restaurant and having told them what driver had said was told he was lying!! Said someone was lying but restaurant would not comment,when I said I would post a poor review was told “what ever,do what you want” not what I call best customer service for a long standing customer that has supported this restaurant through these troubled times.If this is the way they treat customers then I would urge people to find alternative Chinese takeaways that give better customer service,I will from now on and will be advising all my friends and business colleagues to avoid this establishment.These takeaways have had the monopoly on our business since lockdown and made a considerable profit so poor service is not acceptable as come the time we can all go back to eating anywhere these places with poor service deserve to see a decline in their clientele.

Just had my dinner delivered, so happy that they are on just eat now. By far the best Chinese food in the area. 5/5 10/10, all plates were cleared.

I’ve eaten here many times, both in the restaurant and had home deliveries and always found the quality of food excellent and well worth the extra money. But........ I was very disappointed last week with the quality of the food on my home delivery.. It was cold, the crispy duck was dry, overcooked and inedible. I took the trouble to send them an email (as I always would before posting a review), but haven’t even received the courtesy of a response. So here it is.......disappointing, some parts inedible and not worth the money. Steer clear until they get a new chef!

This was the 1st takeaway and meal from this restaurant i have had and I live in Wimbledon in London and the price is high there and I haven't had such a great takeaway, the food was fantastic and I cannot fault it, thankyou for such a fantastic meal, Hats off to you all as you made my day:)

Took my grandson for a meal last night. Great service, very friendly staff and more importantly the meals were super. We were warmly welcomed and chatted to on our arrival. Must make it a regular date to visit, only had delivery service before for family parties etc, food was well packed and we all enjoyed it. 10 stars if I could.

Rude and disappointing. Me and my friends went out to have the buffet here. We could not eat all the starters and were quite full. When we said we didn’t want many mains - we were asked ‘are you worried about your figures?’ As if this is a comment a waitress should ever say??!! The lady that served us was extremely rude and I will not be returning.

I give 3 stars rating due to feeling the wait for our order to be taken and the wait for food and portion size let the restaurant down, Food was lovely just wasn't enough of it to go round. Waited 20 minutes for drinks order to be taken 20 minutes for drinks to arrive ordered more drinks and had to re order as they had lost the ticket this happens twice Food was not all bought out had to ask as food missing and full order was not taken again this happens twice. Seemed one poor girl was the only one running food taking drink and food orders Staff didn't know ingredients in food found this disappointing fully understand it was a Saturday night as was a little busy but everything seemed to be slow motion sadly this let them down would visit again maybe on a quite evening but also felt I was left hungry even with all you could eat as the wait for orders and food was not good.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Bexhill/Eastbourne area as the balance of seasonings/flavours is better than other Chinese restaurants I have tried. In most cases there seems to be a preference to overuse sweet seasonings, which I suspect may reflect local demand but is not the case for PG. Service is excellent, friendly and helpful staff, good choice of dishes and food is always piping hot. Prices are average. I would have awarded a 5 but there is often variability in portion size and content (smaller at weekends). Would definitely recommend though.

I love it here. The curry is the best and the mixed platter starter is a must. The place is self looks awful and it’s still cold. But the food makes up forit. Shame they don’t decorate.

Food was uninteresting and swimming in black bean sauce (virtually everything is smothered in this). One a la carte dish was taken from the buffet and was over cooked and cool. Staff rushed and unfriendly. Parking here is a nightmare. Will not be back in a hurry.

The meals were good but very small in fact I couldn't believe just how small they were we ordered lemon chicken and was only 4 strips on a small plate it's the first time i've gone to a restaurant and come out hungrier then I went in not value for the money you pay

Had the Buffet, however you had to order what you wanted and it was brought to the table. I thought buffet was where you could look and see and chose according to sight and smell. Overall quality of the dishes was mediocre. E.g. the crab legs were a small claw covered in breadcrumbs with a faint fishy smell but almost no taste and no evidence of crab. Overall score 4/10

First visit for lunch and was very disappointed. The food was tasteless, especially the slimy vegetables. Slimy mushrooms were a turn-off! We were a group of four and chose the buffet menu which incidentally wasn't a true buffet. I was looking forward to helping myself. We were the only party in the restaurant and we were made to feel that we were an inconvenience. The staff quite obviously wanted to be closing. We were told to be there at 12 noon and not 12.30 as we had "booked" as they close at 2pm. Staff were packing various shopping bags on a table during the course of our meal, adding to the feeling of hurrying us out. The food was poor quality and not value for money (expensive). It was not freshly cooked more like freshly reheated and some items were cold. We will not be recommending or returning.

Never had a bad meal here. Once it arrived lukewarm often difficult to het through as it's always busy (which is a good sign) and twice forgotten a side in a takeaway but I've ordered here millions of times and that's the only problems I've ever had. Would recommend.
