Asked for no cheese on the burger as my friend is allergic to cheese and it came with cheese on, rang the store and complained and ended to call after complaining.

My burrito was very boring & some of the chicken was chewy. The chips even worse, seems like they’d been cooked earlier & warmed up a few times. Dry & cold :(

Once I received my order, which was 30 minutes later than what I was told, it was hot and delicious. I would have preferred to be informed that there was going to be a delay though.

Cold food on delivery the tortillas were stone cold with a small amount of salsa, no cheese? The burritos (fajitas really as burritos are sealed at both ends) were dry with no cheese or salsa-boring but the chicken was nice but no spice, just chicken. The mayo was spicy but greasy and not pleasant. The fajitas were cold too. No sour cream, no decent sauce, no salsa in the burritos (fajitas) and spicy rice is not! Maybe good for fried chicken but not for Mexican!

Very disappointed with service, I’ve been ordering now a few times and my partner has been told to hurry up when getting my order from downstairs… we live on 3rd floor. Can’t believe that anyone could talk like this with paying customers. I know you probably don’t care but we will take our business elsewhere if we are such a bother.

First time ordering from here... and first time leaving feedback.. my classic burger was absolutely delicious (best takeaway burger so far!) and our son really enjoyed his bbq chicken wings, as did our daughter with her cheeseburger. Everything was cooked perfectly and still fresh and warm on arrival. Thank you, we will definitely order again!

I only order from here if another place isn't open but now I will no longer do so. The burgers are always soggy and lettuce is so wilted that I don't enjoy it. But this was my first time buying garlic bread from here and for 3 pounds, I got 3 slices of what you would normally pay 1 pound for 12 at a supermarket. Worst part was, it was chargrilled so it only tasted of burnt. I would ask for my money back if I could. Absolutely poor quality food. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Yet again, another stellar meal from Pedro's. Crispy hot fries; tasty, tender and juicy chicken - grilled to perfection. First time collecting and the process was a breeze. In and put with my bag of delights within a couple of minutes. Superb. One more reason to crown Pedro's the best takeaway in Harrogate 👌

What an ignorant owner! My wife wrote down what she wanted from a menu we have at home and I went in to get it and the lad on the counter didn't understand clear English! The owner then jumped in had attitude straight away saying the item wanted wasn't on their menu! My wife has just looked again and it's there on their menu! If you're going to open a takeaway on a street in England then maybe have the person on the front able to understand basic English! 0 stars and won't be bothering to try again!

I enjoyed the cheese on the chips however I quite like the cheese sauce from before, everything was yummmyyyy 😻

Chicken wasn't cooked properly still pink and not chewable. Place smelled weird but may have been to do with the water running down the insides of the window.

Wouldn’t normally leave a review for take away food but was really impressed with the food - burger was delicious as was chicken - and the prices which were super reasonable. Delivery was quick - can’t fault anything!

7th of December the food wasn't good. Fries was cold and tasted like a week old oil. All the previous times the food was fantastic.

Delivery is not good they take time to give the food and by the time it comes the food is cold

Attitude from the delivery driver. Called me and said he couldn’t wait then tried to have a problem with me when I picked it up.

What a joke the eta was 30 - 40 minutes actually took 90 minutes from placing the order called several time and just got excuses like he’s outside he’s been and you was not there the car has a battery fault not good enough

Looking at a rating of 4.5 out of 5, I really thought that it was going to be nice, but sadly not, instead of chicken grilled in a sauce, the sauce was in a plastic container, and the pre cooked chicken, was lightly warmed through. The nachos were covered in American 'cheese' from a tube, everything was cold and underwhelming. The corn on the cob was cooked some time in the past, then sat in hot water for ages, so more water than corn, and very little taste. The Peri Peri fries, were standard fries with a 'little' sprinkling of Per Peri salt, really, not as described! Best avoided!

A drink was forgotten from my order and the delivery driver came back to deliver it from the restaurant. It was really kind of them and as it was just one small item, we really wouldn’t have minded. Fantastic service and food. Thanks

Food was hot, chips were gorgeous. Smash burger was delicious too. Would’ve been good if I could choose on JustEat to take out things etc tomato/gerkins but can’t fault the order. Donuts amazing too ! Would definitely order again and recommend

Wraps were great but the chips we quite soggy they seem different chips to usual, also the delivery driver didn’t read the instructions on the order as I asked to call my number provided when they arrived but he decided to press the buzzer instead and I didn’t want that as the buzzer is not attached to our apartment it’s to the downstairs apartment

Only just discovered tonight I can get takeaway’s delivered to my village now. Totally shocked I had mouth watering burger within 25mins! And it was hot, not even a curly fry left. Absolutely delicious. And pineapple in a burger 😂 it actually was amazing. Thanks guys

I got the loaded mix meat fries (not the cheapest) considering they are smothered in cheap cheese sauce (like what you get at the cinema) and the beef was just burger chopped up... considering the reviews, I'm disappointed.

The cheese you smother over the chips is gross! And the meat is just burger chopped up! Charging £9 (more than the burger) I'd expect proper quality ingredients... the chips I binned, burger was alright... donuts were nice
