Exceptional service: I recently experienced exceptional customer service that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I seated the ambience and the way I was served by Lucy. Exceptional service and very polite and professional. Highly recommended the place for business meetings and for drinks.

My experience at PEDLER in Canary Wharf was highly disappointing. The food was the worst I've ever had, the staff were slow and unfriendly, and the place was empty despite being overpriced. My recommendation: save your money and dine at Roka or the Ivy for a much better experience.

Great little spot we found a few months ago and came back while walking round the Guide dogs trail in Canary Wharf. Lovely drinks. Service was attentive but not pushy which was nice! Thanks to Lucy.

Our team absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great and the music is at a good level where you can have a conversation without shouting unlike some other bars. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended for drinks, lunch or dinner - Excellent!!

We had the library area for a private function. Nice space seperated from the main bar and restaurant which meant it was private and we had the space to ourselves. Communication was really good (Chelsie) in helping organise the right space for our event and sorting out the pre-order. Space was all set up and ready to go on our arrival and food was brought out at the time we'd arrange. For food we had a selection of canapes that went down really well with our party. Service throughout the evening was really attentive (Chelsie and Kae) and we really enjoyed our evening. Thanks very much.

Chelsie, our server, was great and very helpful. The Chefs that night were apparently Marcelo and Diana and food was fast and good

Lovely bar, with a great atmosphere for after work drinks. My colleague and I were particularly impressed with Viktor, who gave exceptional service and really made our evening.

On the hunt for a drink, we were shepherded in by a cheerful doorman and welcomed warmly at the bar. The ambience was relaxed and we were served our drinks in a cosy corner in short time. However, when seeking the bill, I had to stand and wait at the counter. The servers were engrossed in conversation and jokes at the far end of the bar and not paying attention. They need to pay a little more attention to patrons. Drinks are pricey here but it's a nice location for a business meeting or a short catch-up with friends.

Chelsea and Lucy could not have been more welcoming to our group, had a great night at Pedler. Looking forward to visiting again!

We wanted a great gin, following a disappointing one at a previous bar. Met by Chelsie she offered us a house alternative called ‘little bird’ and my word it impressed! Loved Chelsie’s recommendation and service. Great buzz to the bar and awesome 60’s tunes!

Lovely place for drinks, with fun and helpful staff. Ned was very helpful and we will be definitely returning.

We had a brilliant night celebrating a successful first year at The Pedler. A good experience booking and arriving for the event but the highlight was our amazing bar person, Ned, who was very friendly and helpful with great bar knowledge.

Fantastic restaurant, absolutely stunning interior and the food was lush!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about taking a little trip here, the prices for the quality are very much reasonable and the waitress daniella has outstanding service, she was friendly and allowed us time to decide what we wanted without hounding us to order unlike most restaurants nowadays

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening during a business trip and had the ox cheek croquettes and the rump of lamb and they were both delicious. The ham croquettes I was planning to have were not available but the ox cheek croquettes were equally as tasty and the lamb rump was superb with delicious cheesy dauphinoise potatoes. Lovely tasty gelato to finish for dessert. Ned served me who was very friendly and efficient throughout the meal. I will be returning 😊 Only problem was they didn't accept tastecard which was still advertised on the tastecard app.
