Peckish in Calderdale

Called in here first time as we were passing good was fresh and great portion size really enjoyed it staff were so polite and friendly definitely will go back again and highly recommend 👌

If you want really good food at great prices look no further than PECKISH the cafe is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful the food is high quality and the service is speedy I will not be going anywhere else. Highly Highly recommended

What a great find. Plenty of free parking outside and behind the cafe. A smartly fitted-out place. Something for everyone on the menu, from salads and veggie chilli to a full breakfast to set you up for the day. Went for the veggie breakfast. Everything cooked to perfection from good quality ingredients, beautifully presented on the plate and served piping hot. The welcoming Peckish team deserve their 5-star hygiene rating - the place is spotless. I wish that there were more Peckish cafes around the country.

What a rip off £4.50 for a chicken salad. All the other cafes around pellon charge £3 max . Just because there open Sunday doesn't mean they can charge stupid prices. Wouldn't recommend going there

Been here a few times over the past few years, but recently, we went and got a breakfast butty each. Both really nice with quality ingredients. Also very big as they only do one size. We also got a ham and cheese salad sandwich for later - also very good! They even looked after our doggo by giving her some water and a sausage. Very friendly staff. We will be back when we are in the area 😊

Fantastic 🤩 Sam and her sister provided food for my daughters 9th birthday, I know they don’t normally do this sort of thing but they helped me out and said they would do it, even though I’d never been in before. They were friendly/ professional and accommodating. The food was fantastic and the little cakes were decorated with all sorts of colourful haribos and marshmallows, the kids loved it. Best egg and tuna sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ from me.

Very slow at serving. Not enough staff. Too interested in making up the takeaway breakfast boxes, than taking orders off customers in their shop. Ignorant at acknowledging their waiting customers.

Lovely sandwich sausage and bacon on crusty baguette all cooked to order and smothered in brown sauce and English Mustard going down a treat staff are very friendly as well

Very disappointed I ordered 2 buttys for me and my mom and they was horrible, tasted like all the meats are fried in the same pan, tasted of pure grease aswell. Forgot coffees too wouldn’t recommend it will ruin your day.

You can't beat Peckish for a great breakfast at a very good price. Sandwiches are also great with masses of filling. Staff there to serve customers which they do very well.

Great little family run business with friendly staff and delicious food, the sandwiches are huge and a great selection on the menu you see so many sandwhich shops open then close but I hope this one stays as we regularly use it at work and when I'm just feeling a bit peckish, good location easily accessible and beats the hell out of any local competition

The people Who manage the restaurant are very friendly and kindly. The food is cooked like in your own home. The variety of the menu in this restaurant is bigger that in other restaurants of the same kind of food. Si for me this is a wonderful place where you can find everything that you are finding out.
