Loved our experience at Peckham Cellars! Great wine selection and all the dishes we tried were 10/10.

Been looking forward to trying this place for a while now. Lived up to expectations would be an understatement. Very friendly and attentive service from Stevie and Tom (I think, sorry I only asked about names after a couple of bottles of wine). Wine was great, food was excellent

Have been 3 times now, each time feeling like there must be something I’m missing given how good the reviews are, but I’m afraid to say it simply does not live up to the hype… I can’t comment on the bottles but wines by the glass have been average each time and the food has been very average (and expensive) every time. Service is good, and it’s a nice trendy vibe but if you’re calling yourself a wine bar and serving lacklustre wine, you’ve lost me…

Great, friendly service from Tom as always. We are regulars and always really like the food but yesterday the food was off the charts - every single dish was fantastic!

My favourite place to get dinner in Peckham. Cosy and atmospheric with really wonderful service, tasty and exciting wines and delicious small plates.

We had a nice time here but ordered a 'charcuterie' board which was not a charcuterie board as it was only 4 slices of sad ham with nothing to eat it with. Had to order bread separately and the waiter talked to me like an idiot haha. The other food was delicious but don't get the 'charcuterie' board as it is not a charcuterie board, it is a very small plate of a few slices of ham.

We had a booking with friends here on Saturday evening; however our experience was was totally shattered in whole due to our overbearing server. She was not only super pretentious and domineering; but also in her own words patronising. Constantly pushing us for our order. We were a group of friends who hadn't caught up in forever; but were hounded for our order every two minutes despite asking for a little more time to say our hello's and to exchange belated birthday gifts, oh and of course review the menu. Flippant comments were made such as "oh are you doing arts and crafts" while unwrapping gifts and that we would need to pack away our crafts to make space as we would be ordering "a lot of food". Literally no words. We were constantly reminded when our table would be required for the next booking and upon reviewing the bill we were told "look, I don't mean to sound patronising; but you should just all split the bill equally as it kind of works out give or take £5-6. The whole experience was not only pained; but incredibly unprofessional and self indulgent, to which other diners were also in awe of the comments and general demeanour of our server laughing in response, for us it was everything you don't want to encounter when going for dinner...

Love it here, for the wine, service and overall vibe. Really nice wine bar to hang out with friends and has outdoor tables for a sunny Sunday morning. Food less so - for me, it’s a bit too quirky (you’re gambling if you’re going to like it) and small hence prefer to eat elsewhere in Peckham. This is weekend lunch items.

I came to Peckham Cellars with my parents and we had the most fantastic experience. While the food was amazing, the staff were so knowledgeable and nice! We were served by Stevie and Thom and wanted to give both of them a shout out. Stevie was incredibly up to date with the wine list and gave great recommendations so we ended up working through a large portion of the wine list) and Thom was so kind. I would absolutely recommend Peckham Cellars and hope to be back soon!

Lovely little wine bar with great atmosphere and really friendly staff. We were a group of six which is probably the largest they can squeeze in. Lovely sharing plates and a good selection of wine. Recommend the croqueta, satay cabbage and pork ribeye.

Really enjoyed the food which is mostly small sharing plates. The interior is cute and cosy however there is a lot of tables crammed in a small area so might not be as intimate at peak times. 🍷Huge selection of wines by glass, caraffe and bottle. ⭐️Favourite meals: Sourdough Braised octopus Pork ribeye

Peckham Cellars is an absolute gem in SE15 and south London in general… from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and looked after by incredibly attentive and lovely staff. They make the atmosphere to feel relaxed and buzzing! Food is brilliant, full of flavours and the menu always has some wonderful discoveries! Maybe I’m biased as it’s my local… but what a LOCAL that is!

We really enjoyed our lunch here. All the small plates were delicious with a special mention to the pork belly and the patatas bravas. Cocktails and wine excellent and reasonably priced with good and unobtrusive service. We look forward to returning for dinner!

A lovely looking bar in Peckham. My husband and I stopped for some drinks on a Saturday. Unfortunately, upon leaving was chased down the road by a man working there demanding that we pay for our drinks when we had already paid-owner or manager I don’t know. Not sure why he did not simply ask staff whether we had paid before deciding to do this. Sadly I think it was because we don’t fit the typical demographic of their customers. Will not be returning.

Great wine! Great food! Went out for early evening catch up with friend who came across this place online. Would never normally think of Peckham as a place to eat out but that’s all changed. Wonderful selection of wine and knowledgeable staff coupled with fantastic food and atmosphere- will be back!

Fun spot for wine, cocktails and small plates.

In addition to the delicious food, superb wine selection, and top-notch service, the staff are exceptionally friendly , with special mention to our waiter, Tom. Having dined here on multiple occasions, I can confidently say that it consistently exceeds expectations.

Such a discovery! small in surface but big in quality! We had to book in advance for a saturday night for dinner. The menu is not very extensive which is an advantage to me. The plates are perfect for sharing and everything we ordered was delicious, we really enjoyed them. We were particularly amazed with the stilton and mushroom croquetes and with the octopus and praws rice. Extensive wine menu and friendly staff. It is also dog friendly!🐶

What an incredible place! Make a booking in advance if you want a table, their food, wine and service is all impeccable. I would recommend their goat's cheese salad. The staff was very knowledgeable with the wine options. A great find!

I love Peckham Cellars, the food is delicious and the wine is amazing. It's a real treat to visit. I am leaving a review though becuase I was disappointed on my last visit by feeling pressured to leave a 20% tip at the end of the meal. The waiting staff are great and deserve to be paid properly, but don't put that on customer - it feels dishonest and completely cheapened the experience. There is nothing worse than US tipping culture, please don't bring it here! If the food and drink is not priced appropriately to pay staff properly then increase the prices and be upfront and honest about it with the customer. If staff are paid properly on the otherhand, then there shouldn't be any pressure on the customer to leave a large tip. Despite having a great dining experience I'm not sure I'll be back as I feel as though I'm going to be pressured to pay an extra 20% on top of an already pricey meal.

I absolutely loved this intimate wine bar/restaurant. My partner and I were dining at the bar and we felt so welcome and well looked after the whole evening. The selection of wine was great and the small plates we picked were all delicious. Highlights: the hake that's served on a delicious parsley sauce; the butter beans a la vodka and last but not least the lamb. Honestly this is such a gem of a restaurant. Totally recommend coming here! Great vibe all around.

Very trendy and upmarket feel. Staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. Food and drink offerings are delicious. Though when sat outside, the trendy, upmarket feel is juxtaposed with the busy Peckham high street and people begging for money.

Second time eating here and I love it even more. Every dish was so good and the menu is great for both veggies and meat eaters. Relaxed vibe with friendly staff that have great knowledge of everything on the menu.

So. Good. And the menu changes every month which is a great excuse to keep coming back (which is rare for London!)

Finally managed to fit this one in, well worth the wait. Lovely selection of sharing plates, good wine and friendly, efficient service, throughly recommend and would happily return.

Lovey atmosphere, good selection of wine and knowledgeable staff. Food was of good quality and character but the price was staggering considering the tapas sized portions. We ordered 7/8 plates for a group of 5 totalling £100 and realistically would have needed 3/4 times that to be a full meal which is insanity.

We’ve just moved to the area and came here for the first time when we were checking the vibe and this place definitely helped with our decision. Now being locals and a few more visits and even a few bottles purchased to drink at home it really is a 5/5. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food was great, such a good menu. Would be nice if there was a vegan dessert available.

Ate here after wanting to for years and it didn't disappoint. Amazing service, food and great drink selection. The level of service was a standout for me, impeccable. Travelled from North to South London and it was absolutely worth the trek.

A small place with high seats at a bar and a few tables makes a lovely atmosphere. Selection of small plates demonstrating very high standard flavour combinations, all looked wonderful and tasted like that too. Cocktails for aperitifs, lots of food, including desserts, and wine flight came to £230 for 4 of us.

I absolutely love this restaurant in Peckham. First, the food is spotless - so carefully and beautifully presented, tasteful and delicious. Second, service is impeccable, the staff knows a lot about what they offer. Third, it’s great for wine shopping, again because of their knowledge and selection. And even on the days I am not drinking alcohol, there’s always something new to try. Love love love.

Just had a great evening here with friends. Lots of wine to choose from, but the waiter did a great job in helping us choose. Whats's great is that all of it can he by the glass or carafe as opposed to just bottle so you can try a new wine ever time. The food also banged every time. Great service/wine/food can only be a 5 star review.

A (not so hidden anymore) gem in Peckham: great food (mostly tapas style in term of sizing) and just as good wines. I'd recommend booking ahead of time if you are planning to go on a weekend evening, and to avoid getting too late and miss out on same plates I'd say, book at max at 20.00. They have also a dessert menu that deserves a look at the end of the evening :3

Cozy. Good service without being intrusive. GREAT pacing. Get the chilean orange wine, bread, shishito peppers, aubergine, and duck to share. Squid was maybe undercooked. Normal green beans and carpaccio. Dessert, the peanut financier, was nice if not exciting. Pedro Ximénez or Last Word is a solid ending.

Never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious, creative and very well priced. The wine is even better. A must visit if you're ever in Peckham.

Really good food….whilst the menu is relatively short and sweet, it has just enough choice and variety - including for non meat eaters. The food was creative, fresh and so tasty. Good by the glass wine list (although all wines are served in 125ml glass sizes). Fun, buzzy place.

This place is not big but cozy. It is also rated bib gourmand in Michelin guide. It offers a simple menu, good for sharing. I really enjoyed my meal there. Fried artichoke surprised me as I had never eaten its leaves before. That is something exciting to try. Highly recommend ❤️ Roasted Cauliflower ❤️ Fries ❤️ Winter tomatoes

Was extremely excited to go back here but sadly the food had gone quite dramatically down hill. I heard that the chef has recently just left so this may be why! Some of the ingredients were not fresh at all and although we were given a discount I don't think I will be racing to go back here.

had a fantastic brunch experience here a couple weeks ago. our server (i believe she was one of the owners) was kind and knowledgeable. the food was unbelievable! some items i enjoyed most have already rotated off the menu, so i’m excited to go back to try more!

We came here as a group of 4 on a busy evening and couldn’t fault a single thing. The food was amazing, wine very tasty and the staff were so lovely- they were very attentive, remembering the wine we had ordered etc but also very down to earth and friendly. Will definitely return here! Particular food favourites were the carbonara, the winter tomatoes and aranchini.

This is my favourite SouthEast London restaurant. I’ve moved away and still come back. The always great playlist, delicious food and friendly and relaxed service makes this the most excellent place. The Mexican Mule cocktail - beautiful!

Great addition to the peckham neighbourhood. Divine meal. Generous Portions. Had 3 plates of food including one dessert. It was worth every penny. £38. 10 x Better than social pantry and coal room. The highlight is the beef cheeks. Beef cheeks are mouthwatering. Salted fennel had a wonderful balance. Caramelised Apple dessert indulgencing. Will be returning in the near future.

Must visit, regularly changing menu, very generous portions and reasonably priced. Excellent friendly staff and extensive wine list that won't rip you off. Go before the waiting list gets longer. Also, bar seat is the prime location 👌

A must visit. The team who own and run this place at got it nailed. Drop in for a quick drink or stay all night after a gorgeous meal and lots of wine. I never manage to leave without taking a bottle home with me

Can’t recommend this place enough. Every mouthful was just WOW!! We had the bread, arancini, duck, potato’s and cavolo nero 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Went for dinner and were sat on the counter. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgable about the food and wine. Also got to chat to the head Chef who was also lovely.

Staff are amazing and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. general manager Conor is fantastic at his customer service and his knowledge of the wines is mind blowing. Learnt so much from talking to him. Such a credit to the place. Can’t also tell you how good the cocktails were, and the food is top notch. Hats off to the chefs. Outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great night with friends or family. Thanks for an amazing night

Our Sunday morning happy place! We’re lucky to have this on our doorstep. The brunch menu is varied and the food is great! It’s possible to tweak the items a little - deconstruct the breakfast sandwich for example - but it’s not really necessary. The Bloody Mary is good. The staff are friendly and attentive and it’s good value for money. I would recommend it!

Incredible food, wine and service!

Visited last night and we we’re extremely impressed. The food was brilliant, nice sharing plates without being overly fancy. And great wines which the barman was kind enough to let us try before buying. One of the best spots in SE ldn.

Great food, service and amazing wine selection!

Such a fantastic local gem! Firstly, both the wine from their wine club and the wine served in PC itself is always delicious. Then the food that they serve is always so varied and ever changing and seriously tasty. Finally, the service is always super friendly and welcoming. It's perhaps a bit too welcoming as the last time we went, the 4 of us were there for almost 4hrs!! I couldn't recommend this place more!
