King of the Restaurant, best foot and fast delivery 🙏🏼

The lady at the front was very good however the quantity and quality of the food was appalling. We came here because of the reviews but this has ruined our experience coming to Torquay.

Yummy turkish food. Lamb cube kebab was melt in the mouth, and the meze starters was a tasty treat!

Really bad food salad was rubbish. No free wine with food over 50 pounds like offered. Bread was dry and uneatable and couldn't open them to put chicken in. Really disappointing 😞 Falafel was dry and burnt.

Came to eat here with family on Friday evening. Food was absolutely amazing, and very well priced. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending it to others!

We have travelled from Birmingham and was looking for a different type of meal during our stay in Torquay. We found this restaurant highly recommended. We are so glad we made the decision to visit. We called in advance and found the lady on the phone really polite and welcoming. Once we arrived, Bern greeted us with a warm welcome and spoke to us all. She made effort with my Wife and Son. She explained the menu and items we had a questions about. The food arrived fresh and well presented. More importantly, it tasted incredible. Beren was a credit to her family. We highly recommend visiting. Thank you for welcoming us.

Arrived late and food was awful… Cold, dry and not able to eat it. Tried calling them numerous times to complain but no reply.

Great place run by lovely people. Give it a try. You'll not regret it. (Oh! And the lamb kleftiko is to die for!)

As always nice food well cooked ive never tried the doner meat so i cant comment on that but the mix grill is really nice clean not swimming in grease the salad served seperate drizzled with balsamic vinegar highly recommend oh yeh and delivered earl

Really decent food, large portions and healthy Turkish food with loads of flavour. We had the houmous and a chicken shish, plus the house special. They come with plenty of meat, rice, bread, salad and dips. Would 100% recommend. The interior is quirky peaky blinders themed old school pub vibes but really good. Staff are friendly and kind.

i ordered online, for delivery that was supposed to be within 45 minutes. as it was not delivered, i called the restaurant to cancel the order. the restaurant wanted to delivered within other 20 minutes but i could not wait any more and asked the restaurant to cancel the online order. the restaurant told me they were busy to cancel the order and asked me to cancel it on their website. i told them i could not see any such way on their website and asked them to navigate me, they told me they did not have time and that they would call me later on, at unspecified time. so i dont recommend their delivery, its unreliable.

Amazing food. We went for Falafel, Lahmacun, Shepherd's Salad, House Special Kebab and baklava. All was delicious and very reasonably priced. The pub / restaurant has a great vibe. Young man who served us was very friendly. We'll definitely come back for more

My fiancé and I ordered a takeaway delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone was helpful and friendly as was the delivery driver. The menu is fantastic with such variety, so tempting to order the lot to try! We settled on the Turkish Borek, Adana Kebab and the House Special Kebab (includes Adana, lamb chops and chicken shish kebab meat) both come with homemade Turkish bread, salad, rice or cous cous and choice of sauces, The portions were plentiful and all of the food is absolutely delicious! The bread is beautifully made, as is the homemade chilli sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and will definitely be ordering again! Finally found our perfect local takeaway! Thank you!

food not piping hot, chicken was very poor quality it was like a rustler burger that u would microwave if that and not at all thick. chips were not on the great side either.

Ordered a meal for 2 which turned up and wasn’t even enough for one person let alone 2 you have 3 chicken wings to split between 2 people absolutely shocking service and the bloke on the phone was realy rude and laughed at me

Ordered from peakys for the first time tonight and it’s safe to say it will be the last . We ordered the meal for 2 which was £24 and the portion couldn’t be divided between 2 . The chicken was pink and cold .the lambe tasted awful and so did all the other meat so I ended up only eating the rice . I rang the restaurant and was laughed at by the bloke on the phone . Who then said what do I want him to do about it . Contacted just eat and sent over all pictures and they were happy to help . I’m so sad as I went into the shop a few months ago and the owner was lovely so I’m very upset with the service I received tonight . I will never order from them again .

Great service and top quality meals with authentic, delicious flavours. The mixed starters (meze) are a particular favourite.

Delivery on time and meat still good but no garlic mayo where we normally get two, and less half the rice of there previous dishes. It feels like things are going down which is a shame

Food was nice but there's no option to take off salad, sauce etc on wraps. My partners wrap came smothered in mayo which he hates. Other 2x meals were really nice though.

My daughter and I were looking for somewhere to have an evening meal on our last night in Paignton and decided on Peaky's. What a fantastic place it is, full of amazing memorabilia, a great atmosphere and the host was so welcoming! We had a good look around and were wven shown the original bread oven that the owners discovered. We had a lamb shish served with cous cous, salad and flat bread and a chicken shish served with rice, salad and bread. The main course was excellent and we finished with some delicious baklava! I would 100% recommend Peakys if you want atmospheric surroundings, delicious food and a warm welcome!

The sides were very enjoyable and particularly enjoyed the vine leaves but the mains (wraps) weren’t as expected. The description says it comes with sauces and there was none and very very dry. Of it wasn’t for the side of garlic sauce then there would have been nothing.

Fabulous place, amazing food, top-notch service

Ordered a delivery of two kebabs last week and was blown away at the quality. Tastes like no other kebab in the bay, presented uniquely and comes with rice. The meat ok both the chicken, and the lamb is next level. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re after a meal delivered that’s quality rather than cheap rubbish!

This is an excellent restaurant which is well worth a visit. The food is beautifully presented, tastes superb and is good value for money.

Slightly late delivery but very tasty food

Went for the first time on Friday night. Well presented restaurant with a great theme and good atmosphere, (although a little quiet, but was early evening, thats why a 4.) We chose a set menu for one each, and was not disappointed. Our host brought our generous (250ml) glass of red wine,followed by our cold meze plate, including flat bread to die for. Just as we finishing the hot meze plate arrived. We both had adana kebabs for main choice, served on a bed of rice and bulgur, with a side salad with pomegranate sauce dressing. Coffee and baklava to follow for dessert. We also opted for a pint of effes as an extra. Great food and service. Will be back. By order of the peaky blinders

Great food cooked freshly whilst you wait. Good selection of salads and traditional Turkish fare. Super welcoming atmosphere with attentive staff and good selection of drinks.

Amazing portion sizes and divine food, as vegans we were worried we'd struggle to find many options outside of a city but this meal encouraged a picky eater to try lots of new things, all of which he liked!!

Fantastic what more can I say, the services provided were incredible the server was funny and very polite towards the guests. Food was 10/10 very clean and tasty, the whole rustic and old fashioned theme really suited this place hope to return in the foreseeable future.
