One of the best made and tasting coffee’s I’ve had. Very happily surprised!

Took over an hour to serve us despite no warning about long wait times - and it wasn’t even busy! A tuna jacket potato and hot dog should never take an hour. Rubbish. Food itself is fine, not the best but no complaints.

I had a lot of fun visiting this place and enjoyed seeing all the exotic, interesting animals. I’m seeking a job hear for some experience at some point and hope I can get a good space.

Good variety of food at fairly reasonable prices. Nice cool restaurant but tables need clearing more often

Basic options, but good quality and good portions. Looked clean inside with the canteen style dining, but we opted to takeaway to augment some picnic options. Came out in a paper bag, with seasonings provided. A shame to see polystyrene containers and plastic forks, but I guess it's a journey to remove all of these things.

Small cafe in side Beale Wildlife Park. Cannot really call it a restaurant.

Was served the other day by a girl with dreadful customer service. She was rude, snarky and extremely unprofessional. She snapped at me when I politely asked for an extra shot in my cappuccino, and then glared at me whilst muttering something under her breath.

Nice restaurant with peacock roaming outside, little crowdy but food is good as it's the only option there.

Food looked lovely..had to spend minimum of £5 to use card. Such a shame the restaurant is soo small because you can't picnic inside..only outside which is horrible if you have young kids and then have to eat outside when it's very cold. Onky good for summer

Sandwiches were very basic and poor value, didn't try the hot food. Pleasant enough to sit outside on the terrace with an ice-cream, and peacocks will come round the tables looking for crumbs. Lots of smelly rubbish bins and it's not obvious how anything gets recycled.

Good selection of hot meals, cold dishes and snacks. Wide selection of cold drinks and ice creams/lollies. Good for families to either eat in or bring your own picnic and sit at tables outside restaurant.

Not friendly for single parents. You have to choose a table number before ordering..Not sure I can leave my 2 year old whilst I queue for 20 mins. Mostly greasy burgers and chips. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Definitely won't be returning I'll be bringing a picnic next time.

Food really value for money but found it incredible that nothing is recycled. So much plastic and bottles just thrown in rubbish bins.

After a trip out to Kintbury decided to Google local Toby and quickly booked on line and luckily could get a table. Warm and welcoming staff. Clean restaurant and the Carvery meat all available with all accompanying vegetables hot. Quick service. Left a happy customer. Thanks again.

I visited here in two separate occasions, one with my sister-in-law and the daughter (age 13) this visit was primarily to do the pottery painting? I can thoroughly recommend this, brilliant activity if you’re into arts and craft. The second occasion was with my husband and my dog to visit the garden centre. This we find it to be a well equipped garden centre which is not overpriced. Some lovely ideas for gifts, outdoor clothing, garden furniture, plants and a pet shop. The Garden centre is dog friendly with a few areas around which does not allow dogs. There’s quite a lot to do at this location , especially if you have a YoungFamily, butterfly, soft play, petting zoo, pottery painting etcetera. There are two cafés at this location, one of them being dog friendly with a segregated area for dogs and the owners. The café is okay, not great. We ordered a sandwich, cheese scone and a pot of tea. The sandwich took 45 minutes to make, It was a nice sandwich although 45 minutes to wait for a sandwich was a bit of a joke. In summary: dog friendly garden centre, children activities, location easy to get to, free parking and a cafe. We will revisit.
