A lovely restaurant, great food, great hospitality! Had a wonderful time there, the food was lovely, the staff were great, will be back there soon! Highly recommend!

Went for dinner. Food was good for sure but +£140 for two courses plus wine made it toppy in our view. Putting some bread in front of us and saying 'this is for you' and then charging £6.50 for essentially half a baguette is an example. Maybe Ascot diners don't agree with us, it was quite busy, but I doubt we will return

Excellent service from the second you walk in. Lovely 5* food, we all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes and will be going again very soon. Highly recommended it, good value for money without a doubt. Four of us went for a catch up and really nice atmosphere.

Our food was excellent, likewise the service. My only gripes were our table was not really in a prime position and I should have asked for the price of the 'specials' before ordering. I hadn't been there for ten years, with my last experiience being marred by noise and poor service. However, I will definitely not wait as long until the next time.

We’ve had takeaway pizzas from Pazzia for several years. They’re always rapidly prepared, hot, delicious and nicely sized for one per person. We will certainly be going back. Well worth a try!

Just had a lovely meal as a family, food was delicious and reasonably priced wine. Service was brilliant…such a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon.

Super evening with a fabulous meal, there were seven of us fantastic food all enjoyed by everyone, good service great friendly staff and dancing and singing with Chico our favourite entertainer. We will be back.

Honestly couldn’t fault if I tried! The food was absolutely beautiful from start to finish and a great value for money also as the portions are enormous. I had the seafood linguine and it’s quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. They don’t have a children’s menu however we’re very accommodating to my 4 year old and even gave him a free ice cream at the end which was a lovely little touch. The staff are all lovely and for the restaurant being so busy they are very attentive! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

This is our second time coming, and we wasn’t disappointed!! The mussels as starter was by far some of the best mussels in a white creamy sauce I’ve ever had! Also the raw beef carpaccio was interested such fin slices but lovely in flavor! The mains me and my partner had was beef stroganoff as a special and pasta dish which I can’t remember but it had an aurora sauce with pancetta mushroom and asparagus was astonishing! The beef stroganoff was rich but smooth in flavor with the beef just melting away in your mouth

Atmosphere and hospitality great. Price okay, food okay. Its a good portion where food is concerned. However, it does get busy, noisy and not ideal for quiet romantic dinner.

This was the first visit with friends to this restaurant. The tables were far too close together, with waiters having to reach over ourselves because they could not access all of the table. I'm not adverse to background noise, as makes for a good atmosphere, but having to talk loudly so that the other people could hear you on the same table was not enjoyable, and you could hear everyone else having to do the same due to the close proximity of the other tables. This was not due to live music being played. The menu was limited and food was average.

Was staying across the road at the Royal Berkshire Hotel, walked over for one of the best meals we had on our 3 week golf trip to the UK Service was spot on, and the food was delish. Not inexpensive, but have you looked at the price of food these days? Highly Recommended.

Excellent food and generally good service, however this dropped off a little as the restaurant got busier and more regulars came in making it difficult to get attention. Also the singer changed the atmosphere negatively. I’m sure some patrons like entertainment but it just raised the noise levels and people struggled to make themselves heard over the singer. We will be back but at an earlier time to enjoy the good and quieter ambience.

We have not been here for 6 years, but came back last night for Dinner. We were not disappointed, the place lived up to its reputation and to our expectation. Very friendly and efficient service and very good Italian food. Easy parking too. The place is thoroughly enjoyable.

Great venue. Clearly very popular with locals. Great ambience. Staff struggling a little on what was a really busy Saturday night. Service could have been quicker. Food was excellent as was presentation. We shall return if they'll have us.

We took our friend for his birthday as we’ve been here before and never had a problem but on this occasion the service was very poor, we arrived at 7.30 and then sat us at the back of the restaurant where you will see waiter in sight, it took us half hour to get someone to take our order even though my mate kept waving at anybody walking past like she was landing a airplane lol but she still went without being noticed. So by 9.30 we still hadn’t had our main course so we decided to pay for what we had a left. This is unacceptable, if you can’t deal with the customers in the place why on earth do takeaways as people were getting their food before the customers that were dining in and it was constant. Very disappointed, will not be going back. It’s a shame as the food is lovely

The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the evening. The food was very good and it was no trouble for them to cater for one of the party to request the mussels (usually a starter) as her main.

Th food was great. Service was hit and miss. The overall decor was a bit 80's. Very tasty food and a reasonable price for an Italian Restaurant.

Perfect meal with perfect staff

An excellent meal for our 54th wedding anniversary. Cannot understand why we don't use this restaurant more often. The food is always excellent, as is the service, and always very welcoming.

Excellent food and service. Nice decoration but VERY noisy. Management also allowed a young lady on the table next to us to smoke an electric vapor cigarette INSIDE the restaurant which irritated us all in different ways. This should not be allowed and, frankly, spoilt the end of an otherwise enjoyable evening.

Until this evening Pazzia was one of our favourite restaurants - but not any more. We had a reservation for 4 people and 2 hours before got cancelled because of “staff issues”. Ok, that can happen so we were happy for us to be booked...

We really enjoyed an early dinner to celebrate our daughter's 9th Birthday. The restaurant had a real buzz, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We all really enjoyed our meals. The staff made a really nice fuss of our daughter and sang Happy Birthday...

Amazing Evening! The food and service was impeccable!

We were really looking forward to having dinner here. However it was very busy and we waited over an hour for our starters so the main course followed quickly and the food was delicious. We did not feel this venue was Covid secure as all the waiters were wearing their masks under the chin and we weren’t asked to scan on entry. This led to it not being a relaxing meal and spoilt our experience

Best place for Italian food in the area by a long shot. Great atmosphere, excellent attentive staff, frutti di mare is exceptional beautiful prawns and scallops. All the seafood really fresh, good portions. Robbie

Food was excellent. Service was mostly really good but one meal came much later than the other 3. <br /><br />Only real gripe was that most of the staff wore their masks under their chin or only covering mouth when walking around and serving at tables.

A very good revisit following the re-opening; Raff and his team work so well together ensuring all guests are treated perfectly. Highly recommend the Crab Salad to start and the Crispy Lamb Shoulder for mains! The drinks selection is top notch, with a wide range of wines from the cellar.

I took my girlfriend to Pazzia for her 40th birthday lunch. She is Italian &amp; a World-Class Chef (mostly training other Chefs for 200-400 foot MegaYachts, these days). <br /><br />She hired Marco Pierre-White to design the kitchen at her restaurant in Paris, trained under Guy Savoie; 3 star Michelin Chef (also in Paris) &amp; ran all the restaurants for the National Galleries &amp; Wallace Collection in London, alongside Oliver Peyton.<br /><br />Sufficed to say, we&#039;d know the difference between an indifferent restaurant &amp; an exceptional one !<br />We were most impressed with the quality of the ingredients; especially the Buffalo Mozzarella &amp; the Sea Bass fillets.<br /><br />Would strongly recommend this Surrey gem; both excellent quality &amp; value for money. <br />Thank you Pazzia ;-)

Excellent service and food. We were sat outside for over 3 hours and never felt rushed out. The only thing that might make it better is a bit of background music to drown out the road noise.
