DO NOT GO HERE! Cafe under new ownership. Could not believe the way the new owner spoke to his young female staff members. It’s was disrespectful, rude and utterly disgusting. He clearly doesn’t care about his staff or customers. Customers want a positive experience, you should not be trading. He clearly doesn’t respect women.

The worst place I have ever seen, everything arrives late, terrible service and the manager seems a little arrogant and rude. I give it 1 star because I can't give it any terrible service.

Cafe has changed hands in the past few days, and has obviously fallen foul of trump's sanctions. Coffee has increased from £3.50 to £4.50, 28%. Thanks for the memories, I'm over to St.Mary church 300yds away for my coffee.

The worst breakfast ever!!! Very expensive and literally the egg was like jelly not cooked at all sausage was cold inside will never ever go there again

Lovely staff, food good value and absolutely delicious. My falafel was freshly cooked and the sandwich bread all seemed homemade. Highly recommend

A lovely cafe within Beddington Park. I came during the morning and it was very busy (weekend with kids football matches going on), but that was okay. It's a popular place to dine in with seating areas both inside and outside and a playground for the children to play in. The place is also dog friendly. Despite the business, the service went by well. They have a system in place where you are giving an electronic buzzer that sounds when your order is ready to pick up. Ordered a tuna melt, which was delicious and the bread used was exquisite. The staff are friendly and the place is well maintained. Would definitely recommend and would go again when in the area.

Well run, reasonably supplied local cafe with ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Adjoining playground is convenient for child carers.

Very good community feel. Kid and dog friendly and staff overall are good. I think the coffee syrups however are a bit too sickly. My last food item was also very greasy/oily by taste and smell so hopefully whatever they use to cook things in it is refreshed/cleaned frequently. My partner enjoys the chicken wrap though.

The food service is absolutely awful and unbelievably inconvenient. We waited for almost an hour for a burger and a chicken warp, which in my opinion is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had a toasted mozzarella, pesto tomato ciabatta and it was awful. I was charged £9 with chips. The bread was soggy inside because it was overfilled with a zero taste pesto and there was a tiny amount of mozzarella just on the outside of it. None ok the inside at all. The cafe itself was so dirty and the toys looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. A lot of staff were on so I imagine it’s down to poor management. will not step foot inside here again.

This is a cafe in a park quite busy but food & drinks are good also sell ice creams a bit expensive if you're on a budget but great for a treat for the kids.

This is one of my favourite parks to go to with my little one and dog, and the cafe is the highlight. Yummy food and treats, and it’s dog friendly! Love it!

I come here regularly on hot days with the children. The cafe is brilliant they have a wide variety of things to eat and drink, ice creams, lattes etc. Be warned that it's a dog friendly cafe and on sundays especially it's very busy with people and animals. The staff are friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is good.

Bought 5 icecreams paid with cash to then be told they have no change in the till for me no care in the fact they were then over charging me so when I asked what I'm supposed to do the rude woman behind the till then said to me well we will just have to owe you (even though I stated I never come to this park and was a one off) Completely rude and spoke to me like I was being an inconvenience for expecting change. AVOID going here!

This was the refreshment stop on our ramble between Mitcham Eastfields and Carshalton. Huge range of delicious eats and drinks. Great outside seating. Best of all, friendly and helpful staff.

Modern and spacious, located within arms reach of the playground, sports amenities and toilet with in/outdoor seating Exactly what you’d expect from a Park Cafe with little in the way of surprises nor innovation and this be no criticism. Friendly, efficient and obliging.

This is an excellent family- and dog-friendly cafe that I really enjoy visiting. The range of snacks and meals is excellent and accommodates my whole family very well, including one vegan and two fairly pickly vegetarian children. The coffees are always great and the staff are friendly and always seem happy, which makes a big difference! I also really love their support of local artists and ventures. A real community hub.

Great food. Clean and tidy cafe atea. Cafe caters for all. Dog people, childre. Couples, groups. Cafe divided into areas. Reccomend chunky veg & lentil soup. Good variety of food. Staff are friendly knowledgeable. Goid place 14th Dec. 2023 I have been informed the Cafe has changed owners. The vegetable soup is a different recipe but is gorgeous. The granary bread is of good quality which is served with the soup, which is lovely and hot. But their is also an alternative soup which is spicey hot. Just one small critic, I would like butter on the gorgeous, generous portion of granary bread. I would be willing to pay extra for butter. Staff lovely, clean and tidy cafe. Interesting pictures and sayings on the interior.

Nice food and drink which came out quickly. Friendly service. Unfortunately dog owners are allowed to let their dogs roam around inside - desite signs saying they can't. I had a dog constantly jumping up at me while I was eating which the owner thought was hilarious

A dog friendly cafe situated in a park, with a very nice playground for children. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of food and coffee is good. I particularly like their granary bread.

Super dog friendly with lots of snack options for your pup. Good variety on the menu. I only had a cake and coffee both delish. Will be back to sample the veggie breakfast 😋

I love the bacon and brie panini. It's my go-to whenever I take the kids to the park.

Although there was a queue and a long wait for food. It was piping hot when it was ready. The lady who served me was really friendly and genuine.

Zero level of customer service and zero staff. Hostile staff and don’t respect your presence. Feels filthy to even sit and eat indoors.

Visited this cafe while at Beddington Park for a bike ride. Quite a long and slow-moving queue but staff were friendly. Ordered some canned drinks and an ice cream cone which was really lovely. Sat outside as the weather was good and visited the toilet facilities after which weren’t super pleasant but not bad for toilets in a park. Coffee machine was not working but plenty of signs communicated this and there were many other drinks on offer

Ordered a tea and a coffee and a sausage roll. TWENTY MINUTE WAIT. Embarrassing, slow, and lazy staff. Definitely not worth the Near £11 for microwaved roll either

What lovely people! They made a small mistake with the buzzer number to alert us when the food was ready. When they realised the mistake they couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious, piping hot and they even arranged for beautiful weather!

Ordered a full English and coffee - pleasantly surprised by both. V grumpy staff was a shame. Atmosphere would have got more if there was AC.

Great cafe at Beddington park. They have Vegan options, dog friendly ice cream (multiple choices of flavour) - outside and inside seating, plus a play area for kids right by the cafe. It's a great set up! You could stop for a coffee or lunch, watch the kids play and have your dog with you too. 🙌 Plenty of parking available most days, although in the summer it can get busy (for obvious reasons). We've met very friendly dogs and their humans too. So if you want to take the dog/s and the kid/s out for a treat the Pavilion is a great stop to make!

I would rate them 3 out of 5 me and my dog merlin came in ok it was busy but I didn't know what it was going be like as thus my first time I came here on a Sunday and so I didn't know on a Sunday they close there kitchen hour befor close and serve only chips and cakes and ice cream ok not best place to vist but at leat I came here and had look

Very friendly and helpful staff, you are always greeted with a smile, and you are always asked about your well being, I have had coffee in many different places but the coffee in the PAV is my favourite better than Starbucks, Costa ect ect.

Always amazing service. However, told was treated terribly by the elder women wearing a black jumper saying girl power. You are only getting 5 stars due to previous experiences, please strive for that service and not the way I got treated today. If it continues I'll happily head to the tower cafe which is only 1 min walk away

How on earth you achieve to do everything such bad?

Such a shame, could be such a good place, the lady at the till can be very moody coffee and hot chocolate is always barely tepid if you say anything she says to ask the girls The girls are run off their feet on a Sunday the drinks take 45 minutes to come

My mum and I popped in following a nice long walk around the park. It was a very cold day, so was lovely to take a seat for a short while over some nice hot drinks.

There are many seats as the cafe is divided in two two session. It right in a park so it’s convenient.

Went here on a lovely autumn morning. It was the first time i had been in over a decade. Since then it has been revamped totally and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were lovely and food and drink was brilliant. Great friendly atmosphere! It can be very busy but we were served promptly! Definitely recommend the breakfast bap and butterscotch latte 🥪☕️

Food is nice but lady serving is seriously miserable and rude and extremely off putting to want to go back!! She simply has no manners at all and you feel like a burden that you are in there giving them business!!

Nice cafe in the park, very family focused as right next to a playground but seemingly don't like you to sit in as hey closed off the seating area when the queue was out the door..

Fairly good range of snacks, drinks and ice creams. Accessible unisex toilets.

Not bad but don’t order the smashed avocado and poached egg - avo was spoiled and the egg overpoched - absolutely disgusting. If it didn’t take so long to order in the first place, I’d have returned it. The toasties are good though.

Always busy, could do with a beer garden for us dad's? That would be nice...

Some of the staff at weekends need to cheer up to much shaking of the head when they bring orders out and manners are free
