Pausa Coffee in Stockton-on-Tees

Esta es la segunda vez que visitamos este café y no tenían comida una vez más. Ni siquiera tenían jamón o queso para un simple pan tostado. Qué lugar más basura. Si quieres algo de comer evita aquí. No volverá.

My colleagues & I used to visit this cafe inside Dunelm regularly as we work just down the road in Billingham. Since the recent refurb & change to the menu, the selection has been very limited. No jacket potatoes anymore & today we turned up to find the only options were cheese & onion toastie, halloumi panini or vegan cheese sandwich! The staff are always polite & friendly so just need to sort the menu & food deliveries out. Bring back the jacket potatoes please!

Best hot chocolate and delicious cakes. Really reasonable prices. Staff were friendly too. Nice cafe, sun shining in. Great.

Inside Dunelm but a great coffee shop. One of the best flat whites I’ve ever had and both the strawberry tart and apple pie were excellent .All the staff were friendly and helpful and following the COVID guidelines

Great little place within Dunelm so you rest a while. Lovely cheese cake and great coffee. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

1 man serving. 4 staff talking and laughing. Queue to be served. Tables full of dirty crockery. Manager needs to manage

On first floor of Dunelm in Darlington us this lovely little cafe. They have a lovely range of cakes and the coffee is good. They also do toasties and sarnies.

Only 1 member of staff serving. She was quite stressed, and cheeky. Asked what was soup of the day and she said nothing yet! We finally managed to get some. My husband and myself had toasties and cake. I asked for no chocolate on cappuccino but she didn’t listen and put it on. Food lovely, staff and service poor. Won’t be returning !

Situated inside Dunelm is this lovely little cafe. They do sarnies, toasties and cakes. Packs of doorstep sarnies just £3 Cakes about £2.45, I had banofee pie, hubby had lemon meringue both were lovely. Note: shop is open late but cafe isnt

We popped in as part of a comfort break during a shopping spree on a Thursday evening. The place was clean and tidy and the staff helpful and polite. We had a chicken sandwich, coffee, a bottle of water and a Christmas pudding cheese cake. All were reasonable quality and tasty. The Men's toilet was clean and well kept but either the staff or rouge customers seem to use it as a smoke hut as there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We would have a drink and a snack here again.

Visited for lunch today, it was half full but the rest of the tables were still full of used pots & cutlery, found a table that was really sticky and the supposed clean cutlery we were given was very dirty, I'd did look to me as if it hadn't actually been in a dishwasher. When the food came the waitress pointed out that the beans were overflowing, she wiped around the edge of her plate and then licked her finger !! On a plus side the cakes were lovely but overall we were quite disappointed, got the impression the staff just weren't bothered, can't see us returning in a hurry.

We had been out and about on Portrack Lane and needed a cuppa to refresh ourselves so dropped in here. The coffee was decent and not a huge cup that some coffee shops use whilst the Early Grey tea was rather good.

Used this place a number if times when we are shopping around Portrack Lane. Decent range of food and drinks at a decent price - worth trying if you are in this area and you fancy a cup of tea or coffee.
