This shop is on the Too Good to Go app. I have placed two orders and the shop have summarily cancelled both. Looks like they put too many bags on the app. This has been somewhat irritating and I won't be trying again or paying them a visit.

This was our first visit to this cafe (didn't actually know it was there until a few weeks ago). It is not a place to go for a full meal but there is plenty of choice if you just want a sandwich/toastie/cake/baked potato. I chose the coffee and walnut cake with a regular latte. The cake was very moreish and really moist. The portion size was good and my latte was hot. My partner chose a cheese and onion toastie which came with a bit of salad and some crisps which made it good value for money. The lady serving was most friendly and efficient and her colleague brought the toastie to the table very promptly. The tables were kept clear and cleaned very regularly. Now we know about this cafe we will return again.

The coffee shop in Bromborough dunelm is a pleasant experience, staff Jacqui is a lovely friendly person who very much looks after people that visit the cafe,especially noticed how lovely she is with disabled people.Its a joy to see someone so kind and helpful to the disabled ,special needs community.Thanks again Jacqui,lovely to see someone who thoroughly enjoys what she does

Met up with friend today and never been here before. Omg the food was great, the staff were fantastic. Its a long time where we have been treated so well with their customer service and attention to detail being best ever..8 I can't tell you how helpful and friendly they were...you would go a long way to find staff so good....thank you to you all who work here.

Visited on Friday 22/10/21 . I ordered one tea and asked for a regular Americarno I was then asked by the waitress what size coffee I wanted so I told her again then she seemed to have forgotten what I said so she held up two cups I said the smaller one but that didn't get through either and she gave me the larger one anyway. I just gave up. The tea was cold . I ordered two ham quiche and salad this was very nice when it came but we waited 30 minutes other customers who came in after us were getting there meals before us when I asked why I was told it was the way things came out of the oven but it seemed odd that one of the people served first was obviously a friend of the waitress . I have noticed a steady decline in this cafe and definitely will not be visiting again .

So was welcomed to our table. Ordered a fish finger batch, a sausage batch, 2 coffees. Fish finger batch came without tartar sauce or leaves. Cutlery had to send back as it was filthy. Fish finger batch was just warm. Won't be using here again.

Tea was lukewarm staff were grumpy and miserable .wasnt exactly busy says it all really seats look tired.

Comfortable seating and good quality coffee. A good place to stop off after shopping in the Croft Retail Park.

Coffee ordered, which were brought to us, however it really amazes me when cafe staff hand you a coffee with half the contents in the saucer!! So what would have been an ok visit tarnished by poor service.

Not been here to eat before, decided to have lunch while we shopped in the store. The BOSS had quiche with salad, delish, I had a brunch bap which was tasteless, disappointing. Drinks were fine, service quick and friendly. They had a great variety of cakes, in hindsight I should have had one instead of the bap.

Could a member of management please explain why we were not allowed to have a regular Americano even tho it’s advertised And regular coffee cups were clearly in view. No explanation was offered. Are your colleagues on a bonus to sell large items ???? Not a great service I’m afraid. Food was decent shame about the poor service on our visit.

We have visited this cafe many times, the lady who usually serves us is just lovely, so nice, friendly and helpful. Always pleasant and polite. We have only tried the toastie but they are very tasty and so is the salad. Their apple pie is beautiful and so is their chocolate mint gateau. Everything about the cafe is spotless, its a pleasure to visit.

Asked for 2 coffees with extra water but apparently cannot give a jug of hot water ! You have to drink some of your coffe & then take half drunken coffee back to counter & wait in queue to get hot water added ! How ridiculous in cafe for 15 mins 10 of which where spent queuing up ! Poor show !

We go to the Telford branch of Dunelm for coffee. We always had a latte in a large mug. Why have they changed this to a normal coffee cup. Had a latte today and it was spilling over. Not a nice look at all. What happened to the latte mug????

This place is quiet and cosy. Nice sandwiches soups cakes and coffees. Before a good look round the store. Staff have been hit and miss the few times Ive been though.

Visited here for coffee and fruit toast. Both were first class, hot and tasty and served by becca who was very polite and friendly.

Fuimos allí para un almuerzo rápido durante las vacaciones escolares de te. El café no era particularmente ocupado pero la cola era larga y lenta. El motivo era que sólo había una persona sirviendo, esto significaba que estaban tomando la orden, llamada: hasta el hasta, tomando pago y luego efectuar ningún cafés, tés y bebidas que estaban ordenados. tardó bastante tiempo para pagar! Habiendo dicho que teníamos sándwiches tostados y después de haber pagado estaban cocinados muy rápidamente, y eran muy sabrosas. un precio razonable pero decepcionado con el servicio.
