Absolutely garbage food was luke warm at best everything was cooked in microwave only positive was the toast was nice and the cup of tea As for the rest Absolutely rubbish they should be ashamed of themselves

The young lady behind the counter didn't make eye contact or say hello. We stood patiently waiting for her to acknowledge us & take our order but nothing. When she did speak to us it was in can't be bothered & rude tone. Her manner was very hostile. She took our order, then walked away. I waited assuming she was going to bring the heated food to me. She came back, looked at me with disdain and said "you alright" in what I would describe as amusement. I then had to clarify that someone would bring the food to our table as she did not.ķ The table we sat at (which hadn't been cleared) was to the side of the serving area. The door was open and I could see behind the counter. Whilst serving cakes the same young lady dropped the serving tongs. She proceeded to serve the next customer their cake with same tongs from the floor. We then encounter a second member of staff. She brought us our food in a very harassed manner. Started to clear the table then barked abruptly "these yours?" referring to 2 empty glasses from previous customers. The food was hot & the drinks were good. The tuna mayo on my jacket potato was mainly mayo. Most definitely not going back.

Awful awful awful. Plenty of staff wondering about and chatting to customers, but only 1 serving. The same person was also taking orders to tables while the queue was getting longer and longer. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Had to clean my own table and requested a cloth to wipe it down which was not forthcoming! The one member of staff finally came and cleared the table next to us.. theres a lot to be learned here on giving good customer service with a pleasant smile.

Real good coffee, lovely fresh sandwiches, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her toasted sarnie. Chocolate sponge lovely, topped off with fantastic, helpful staff.

Avoid at all cost . Staff are rude food is awful . Had to weave in and out of staff chatting by the sandwich counter as they weren’t moving or stopping the conversation for anyone. The cake was really not edible was given another piece it was the same . I was very grudgingly given a different cake which the member of staff at but threw at me . The cake was actually for my friend but I asked for it to be changed . The plate for my jacket potatoes was so small the food kept falling off . Awful place .

Chipped teapots. Cracked glaze in the cups. Furniture looks VERY tired, needs urgent upgrade. Seat pads on the faux leather chairs are cracked and peeling. Spoils the overall experience, as you are left feeling if the company do not care about the appearance of the area, how much do they care about hygiene maintenance in the kitchen area. Staff are very polite and friendly. Welcoming and attentive, however service is slow.

Bacon rolls are lovely and full, tea could be warmer. Tables not cleared quick enough. On the whole a pleasant atmosphere.

Definately the best coffee in town, with the nicest staff and cosy atmosphere .. pausa cafe is situated in the local dunelm store so once u have enjoyed a lovely coffee and a cake you can enjoy a lovely browse around all the lovely merchandise

Made me the best bacon sandwich ever even when breakfast finished at 11.30am and we walked in at 3pm. 2 very helpful and pleasant ladies. Will definitely be calling back. Thanks ladies.

Have used this coffee shop before. It is useful when visiting Dunelm Llanelli.I found it this time disappointing, felt very dark and the tables seemed to be arranged on top of each other. Not a lot of choice of food.Service very slow, tables were eventually cleared, I was disappointed and now a new Costa has opened almost next door will use this instead.Wanted a snack for lunch but was not tempted by the small menu.

My wife and I have visited this cafe many times when shopping at Pemberton.The choice of food is limited, though we have never been dissatisfied with what we had ordered. Jacket potatoes are fine - I usually opt for Tuna Mayo. Last week I had a cream tea which was very enjoyable and on other occasions have had a toasted teacake. We have not encountered bad service from the staff although it should be said that the tables do need to be cleared and cleaned more promptly.This cafe is always reasonably busy, and I would presume that many are returning customers.

Went here for a light lunch. Not a lot of choice on offer. Coffee was luke warm, staff looked miserable, tables needed clearing. Will not be returning.

A very wet day shopping so thought I'd have a coffee whilst the rain passed. What an effort to be served as the girl looked right through me! The toastie took forever to get to me. Warning: coffee very very strong!!
