Patty Boys Burgers - Nottingham Burger in Nottingham

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered ! Tried to call them but they have a wrong number on their website . So I called Deliveroo to see what was happening, they seemed to think things were fine … an hour and 20 mins later I called and apparently they had unavailable items . Why didn’t they call me straight away and tell me this instead of never telling me?? Miscommunication between them and Deliveroo. Won’t be ordering from here again. They don't respond to customers, by phone or by messaging.

For a £9 burger i was expecting more. The burger looked like mixed food for pigs. Unfortunately I can't attach a picture with the state of this burger. If they charge so much for a burger utleast should be well presented and put in a box , then you would know that half of the price you paid was for the box😄 but it came wrapped in aluminium foil. It not worth the price, also something tasted bitter,something was burnet , couldn't see what is was because everything was covered in sauce. Bun was very very thin like paper thin

Ordered on Deliveroo spending over £50, although one item didn't turn up. The food was worse quality than other restaurants we've paid half that price at, and arrived cold and greasy. Portion sizes were very small for the price.

These burgers are so good. I had a double smashed burger and my girlfriend a vegan burger - both were well worth travelling for! Nottingham you are so lucky to have Patty Boys on your doorstep!

1. They just hung up on me a few seconds after asking for gluten free options. I called again twice but no one responded. 2. There is two restaurants (Patty boys and Smash & Dash) on deliveroo with the same menu, which is very confusing.

The best Greek Kebab in Nottingham. The gyros are out of this world. We have the Chicken Shawarma and Lamb Gyros and both were insanely good. The Greek Mezze tapas dishes & and drinks served by The best bar in Nottingham The Lacehouse just topped off my meal. Highly recommended

Would love to be eating your burgers, obviously hoping they'd be a 5 star rating, but apparently you couldn't be bothered to turn up to your booking today and blocked calls from them therefore not giving them a chance to book another vendor. Pretty poor from you.

We order for a rare treat and 2 of 3 burgers, dough balls and cheesy chips were missing. This was the majority of the order given there was 3 of us. The burger that did arrive just fell apart and the chips were cold. Avoid at all costs, we were incredibly disappointed and they will not receive our custom again!

Order arrived 2 hour's late.. Food was cold and not nice. The milk shake was just milk. Not be going here again

Waited over two hours for our simple order (don't believe the 10 mins it says on Deliveroo) and portions were very small, especially for the price. For high end chicken nuggets would suggest Bunk instead, or save the money and get the same size and quality from McDonald's. Edit: Just seen the reply, it feels like a token gesture because this review is public; we called originally to resolve the matter privately but you didn't seem to care.

Absolutely amazing team delivering quality burgers. The vegetarian burger is absolutely beautiful. You're paying for the top notch 👌 never fails to cure a hangover. Keep it up

First time I ordered from here. Burgers were okay but they lacked flavour. Cajun fries were inedible! They were absolutely covered in seasoning making them so bitter and dry. Very unimpressed. Will not be ordering from here again.

Delicious juicy burgers. We really enjoyed it. The fries can do with less seasoning. But really expensive. Please lower your prices as would love to order more often.

Don't order from here, they don't care about customer service at all! Order on deliveroo, advertised order time was 10 minutes which is clearly just a lie to get people to order. After about 45minutes order status changed to 'delivered' but no food had arrived. We tried calling several times on the numbers listed on deliveroo and their website but no answer. At this point we assumed we weren't getting our food and made something else. 2 and a half hours after it was supposed to arrive our food shows up stone cold. Burgers were at the bottom of the bag so squashed under everything else an small portions for the price paid. Do not recommend!

The meat and buns are so flippin’ tasty, I honestly sit in my living-room wishing I had one most days. 😄 Honestly once you’ve had it you won’t go anywhere else. I would recommend it to anyone, honestly

Ordered on Deliveroo and the food never arrived. Called multiple times on multiple phone numbers and none were answered. After over an hour the status simply changed to "Delivered" and they took our money. Looking through these other reviews, half of reviewers are also saying their food never arrived. The other half I'm suspicious may be illegitimate. Probably a scam.

Shocking service - do not order- its been over 2 hours and food still hasn't arrived They literally don't even deserve 1 star! Terrible!

Do not order from these people! The food we ordered simply never arrived and trying to get in touch with them to discuss the matter has been virtually impossible (they don't answer any of the phone numbers they have listed on their platforms or respond to Facebook messages etc.). We eventually got the social media guy on the phone but he really couldn't care less and wasn't much help because he "doesn't work weekends". A week on, we still hadn't had any luck getting our money back so ended up going through deliveroo who gave us credit in the end (after the restaurant put the phone down on the customer service agent). As a business owner myself I wouldn't dream of treating my customers this way! Please just dont even bother with this fraudulent business and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

The food looked amazing on the website so ordered directly through the website. Had updates to say when the order was accepted and out for delivery. Food arrived 1 and half hours later. Very disappointed in the food considering the pics on the website and the money paid. Oh and there was no cookie dough as promised :)

Absolutely delicious, one of the best burgers I've ever had

I love burgers and Patty Boys are definitely the best in Nottingham! Forget Annies Burger Shack and Five Guys - these are loads tastier and you can tell the ingredients are really fresh. I've had the double cheeseburger (twice) pictured below, and the Nashville Chicken Burger - both tasted so good. My mate has had the Veggie & Vegan burgers and loved them - so they must be spot on! Don't miss the Peri Peri fries & Milkshakes - they are amazing!
