Food cost me £22.84 for delivery I had £5 tip ready to give for the driver however the driver asked for £23 pound for my order so I kept the £5 your loss but in future you should ask for the amount on the receipt

Missed my fries costing £7 never redelivered like said .burger's were crushed... kebab was redish colour garlic bread was undercooked. Photo evidence to Just-Eat. Gave us all diarrhoea from kebab as burger's was in edible salad was a joke none on burger rang the place was reluctant to send missing items waited till 2am and no chips so robbed me of £7.i will never order again if to busy recruit more staff and someone who does the orders right. And this is a very true review photo will follow

I ordered one minute to closing, the food was fast, piping hot and the service was great. They had ran out of one if the items I requested but called me promptly and offered me alternatives. Great service!

Orderd Pizza Some fries And donner And it was lovely ... I cant explain the delicious taste of it must try it out Guys ... We Know these guys personally i swear they are working so hard.. too make these pizza's delicious .. We were group of 5 friends and everyone asked me from where did i ordered it.. Perfectly Cooked Pizza with exact sauces we need even they put some free sauces aswell ,, and salad for Donner and they send it seprate as we orderd. And the delivery guy was at our location within 15 minutes No Joke ... Perfect From All Aspects . Donner Was i swear They know how to cook it we thought we are eating it from germany... These. Wouldn’t recommend at all orderd 2 items after waiting nearly 45 mins they call to say they don’t want to make extra batter for the waffle which was £7 so insted are sending there cheese cake £4 which has come it’s tiny and frozen absolute joke didn’t even offer a refund for the wrong item they sent then made me stand out I the rain for 10 misn because they called and asked if I could come out as they was 1 min away

Iv been a customer here for a while and the food is really good BUT!! the fact you added pineapple to my customised pizza when I never asked for it and had to sit here and pick it out it's like you want me to stop ordering why pineapple!! And the past couple of times iv ordered garlic mayo sauce it never came only when Instructed it was delivered

Didn't even recieve food at all, placed order at 00:30 was told food would arrive by 1:35am which is already a long wait, then when i called at 1:35am they said they hadn't started cooking the food and was rude ontop of that, luckily i chose the option to pay by cash so i just ordered elsewhere i feel bad for anyone who ordered and paid upfront by card will never be ordering from this place again

I absolutely love this place, lovely people, great food, visit often! Great prices for what you get, I’ve taken all of my friends there and they love it too! Would highly recommend visiting at least once, the chicken strips and chips are the cheapest and best I’ve found in Nottingham so far as a student on a budget. Love this place!!

Gone downhill. To begin, I've been given a different price for the same order 3 times when ordering in person, when ordering online, the prices have been increased excessively which do not reflect the quality of the food. Used to be my go to but It wouldn't come to mind now.

You really do get what you pay for. It wasn’t nice. It’s quite obvious by the grease coming off the pizza it’s all highly processed cheap cheese/meats they use. Overall rating is that it’s disgusting. Save your money and the staff aren’t friendly. And the reviews saying it’s amazing must be fake.

We ordered the piri piri combo box and received 2 plain chicken burgers, 2 small portions of plain chips and 4 wings. The order was completely wrong and was to an extremely low standard. Wouldn’t feed this to a stray cat

We ordered from Max's pizza tonight. Unfortunately some items were missing and wrong. Which I understand can happen when preparing many different orders. Rang up and told them and they was apologetic and said they would get what we needed out to us ASAP. When they turned up, again he was very apologetic. Our food was very delicious. Thank you 😊

Awful gaff. Had a donner and I’ve already thrown up. We’ve never ordered from here before and will never again. My mate is shocked and appalled to the point where he’s now questioning whether he’ll eat meat again. DO NOT ORDER!

I have ordered from Max's Pizza numerous times whilst working a night shift. The delivery is always on time, drivers helpful and food is both delicious and great value for money!! Definitely one of my favourites

Do not order. Staff are rude orders can not be taken properly. Food quality is absolutely disgusting. They pulled apart a single chicken leg put it in a wrap with some sauce on it and said it was a grilled peri peri chicken breast strips wrap disgusting. Rest of the food was wrong and was a complete joke not to mention missing items honestly don't bother wasting your money.

Ordered a kebab wrap with with lettuce and mayo hardly any kebab meat or lettuce won't be ordering from here again...used to be really nice aswell deffo gone down hill

Used to order from here all the time, but after paying for my order online, the money leaving my account and the staff saying they never got my order and refuse to refund me yesterday Ive had to open a fraud case with the bank and issue a charge back. The reviews that are more than 1 star look like they're written by staff too.

I don’t know if I was racism or just pure attitude but the employe here was super rude towards me, and there was other women there and he was super great towards them. I’m not happy with the service and I come here a lot and speak to other employees alot also. This gentleman is a Arabic mixraced guy and I will not be coming again.

What a scam. The quality of food wasn't that great but for the deals they had on offer, I thought it was worth it. Max's pizza 'offers' £10 off after 5 orders. Ordered from them 5 times, kept the receipts and then on my 6th order they denied ever having this deal. But till this day I get flyers through my door with that deal slapped on the front page. Threw away my receipts and never ordering from that place again.

If I could give 0 I would. Vile service. Placed an order at 7:50pm, waited 2.5hrs for it to be cancelled because they kept lying about how long it would take. No apologies or anything. Wasted an entire night waiting for something that never arrived. Horrible.

Ordered pizza within 3mile as they said they do free delivery within 3miles but they charged me more than £2 for delivery and they have different prices online and on there leaflet .also they refuse to take orders for offers mention on there leaflet saying they have changed it while they didn't change neither on website nor on leaflet. They never delievered our food. Said they called and didn't and we watch for the delievery to come but no-one showed up.

Dos horas después llamé y me dijeron que el conductor "desapareció" para que me enviaran la comida al día siguiente. Al día siguiente hice mi pedido. Una hora más tarde llamé para ver dónde estaba, para que me dijeran que estaba en camino. 2 HORAS después me dijeron lo mismo. En este punto no estaba feliz. Luego me dijeron que no tenían ningún pedido mío y que yo no había hecho ningún pedido. Fueron muy groseros y abusivos por teléfono cuando les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero. No ordene a estas personas repugnantes, la comida que recibimos la primera noche estaba en pésimas condiciones. Nunca más ordenar desde aquí.

Cold food on dilevery. Called them at time when said they would be there. They said dilevery has left shop. I'm less than 1 mike away 20 minutes later had not nice cold food. Avoid

Staff spoke in a foreign language to each other throughout a 15 minute wait to each other. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Food was reheated and rushed, reheated chicken and chips within 3 of the minutes. Instant indigestion after 2 minutes of consuming.

Gave us a wrong order, my friend is lactose intolerant and they gave him a cheeseburger but he ordered a beef burger. We rang up and they then laughed at us and tried to tell us we ordered different, despite the fact that I have proof of the order, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Literally the worst pizza delivery ever. What they write on their advertisement it basically just not true. They tell you they deliver, but then they don't. After doing several calls they just don't want to deliver and find excuses and want us to use an app, which is not available on 2 different app stores. Just don't bother and find an other pizza restaurant.

We ordered 3 meals THAT COME WITH DRINKS (menu states) yet we got no drinks, my partner rang them to let them know they must of forgotten them , she was given abuse and spoken to very rudely... because of this I shall be contacting trading standards for false advertising and also health and safety to make sure the premises is up to scratch... To start off the chicken we ordered was undercook to point where it was basically raw, when I asked for a refund they told me I was lying and that it's impossible for the chicken to be raw even though it was pink and then refused to give us a refund for the chicken. Would like to let everyone know you're better off buying from Papa John's or just eating pizza from Tesco instead of this terrible excuse for a takeaway.
