Estoy sorprendido de que la calificación para esta pequeña joya de una pastelería sea tan baja. Tiene algunas tartas, pasteles y tartas increíbles. No solo se ven exquisitos sino que saben aún mejor. Ignora las reseñas y toma tu propia decisión. . . Me encantó mi café y pasteles.

Este siempre ha sido mi lugar para ir a tomar un té cuando estoy en Silverburn. Entonces, haciendo compras navideñas con mi madre de 90 años, era indudable que tendríamos algo aquí. Llegamos a las 12 menos cuarto una persona que esperaba frente a nosotros con muchas mesas vacías, pero todos estaban llenos de tazas de clientes anteriores, etc. Solo 3 miembros del personal tuvieron que esperar casi 10 minutos para una mesa. Una vez asentado el pedido lo toma rápidamente el personal. 20 minutos después todavía esperando el pedido. Se acercó al mismo miembro del personal y le preguntó cuánto tiempo duraría el pedido (3 empleados más ahora en servicio). Ninguna disculpa se alejó de mí mientras gritaba a otro miembro del personal dónde estaba nuestro pedido. La orden llegó sin ninguna disculpa. Pedí una, me dijeron que me estaba dando una cuando lo que estaba haciendo era excusarme. Nunca me disculpé ni me disculpé por la espera, no es aceptable. Scone ordenó que estaba seco y se desmoronaba cuando lo tocaban. Cuando traté de pagarle a la persona que se había ocupado de nosotros, le dije a otro personal que se ocupara de mí, nunca se verificó que el pedido era correcto y que nunca más me disculpé. Decir que no volveré es un hecho. Evitar debido al personal grosero ignorante.

Comí aquí dos días seguidos porque fue perfecto! Solo lo suficiente para mí para el desayuno. Regresé por la tarde para una tarta de fresas como regalo antes de salir de Glasgow. Ojalá hubiera un lugar así en Nueva Jersey.

Mi esposa y yo llamamos al Silverburn, compramos y almorzamos. Ambos pedimos tortillas y, cuando llegaron, nos decepcionaron porque nos recordaron las peores tortillas que tuvimos en Roma, ya que estaban hechas de goma, estas Pattiseri eran igual de malas y no apetecibles ni atractivas. También encontramos el menú limitado para elegir, ya que recordamos que solían tener una buena elección.

on first entering the guy at the front of house asked us if we were happy to sit at the back of the cafe which we were happy to do, i explained i was gifted an afternoon tea voucher but that there were a lot of things i wasn't keen on and would it be ok to just get tuna and egg mayo sandwiches,he never said much but agreed to do it and when sandwiches came out on the cake stand it was all brown bread which was dry and the tuna mayo had more sweetcorn than tuna, i asked to get this changed as i explained i only wanted egg and tuna mayo he was not happy, i then asked do you get a choice of cakes he said no so we said no problem ( i do find it strange when they have so many cakes on display and you get the aldi specials ) we then got our table set with the jams butter and cream although the jam was marmalade which i don't really believe is part of a cream tea but i didn't bother saying anything as i felt i had asked for enough changes there was also two mini quiche microwaved till soggy , i have to say this was the most overpriced and overrated coffee shop and not somewhere i would choose to go back to AND THE PIECE DE RESISTANCE THE FEMALE STAFF MEMBER WALKING AROUND DRINkING STRAIGHT FROM THE IRN BRU BOTTLE to be fair it was a very hot day and maybe to hot to go behind the counter

My wife and I had a very nice Afternoon tea at the exchange square shop today . We were lucky enough to get a seat at window and watch the world go by . I honestly can’t fault our experience at all . It was well worth the £25 and would definitely do it again . All the staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome . The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. Looking forward to our next visit already 😊😊

I have eaten in Silverburn twice,food is very poor,it was breakfast,undercooked poached eggs and overcooked bacon.would not recommend.

Really enjoyed our sparkling afternoon tea. Delicious food with a good balance of sweet and savoury items and a lovely glass of Prosecco to go with it. The staff were very friendly & attentive.

Well this is our second visit here but sadly after drooling over the real cakes for days and it being breakfast time on our last visit . So here we are for the kill so to speak. I may as well jump in with both feet but airing on the side of caution so I went for two yummy runny poached eggs which were to die for with real butter and toast . I also had frappe with cream, oh and banana flavoured. Now I'm really sitting on my hands but I really really need to test some serious cake. Mille feuille I think or maybe coffee eclair, no maybe Black Forest gateau . You guys don't know how hard this decision thing is . IF I could I would do a box of 4 to take away which for £10 is reasonable . Well I've done it now Just need to savour eat , enjoy

First visit to this type of premises. Very good service and friendly staff. But most of all lovely cakes. There is a new one open in Dundee. We will be sure to try that.

Was actually pretty nice but a little bit to expensive for a cup of tea and a cake I'm all for paying for good quality but just lacked the quality for the money. Wasn't a bad experience mind you.

we had cream tea for 2. took ages for our scones to arrive but it was worth the wait. super establishment. it wasnt too busy at 4pm. we particularlyvenjoyed the loose leaf tea in tea pots.

Took my Mum for a thank-you treat with a Groupon voucher that I got for the afternoon tea for 2 for £19 instead of £25. Food was really nice but would only go back again for a treat as it's quite expensive for what you get. All sandwiches really tasty, scones lovely. Cakes a wee bit of a let down - nice but not as good as they looked! Tea was unlimited and really nice - berry especially. Only thing letting it down was the head waitress (dressed all in black instead of uniform like other staff) wasn't very friendly; didn't smile once the whole time we were in or asked if everything was alright. Overall would recommend but definitely have a look for a voucher!

I purchased a voucher through ITISON for speciality sandwich, served with salad and fries, hot drink and cake slice all for £15 for 2 people which was really good value for money considering the prices in Pattiserie Valleri.

Really good food and lovely friendly service. The team in Silverburn are really helpful and cater to your needs.

Thirty five mins in and still no cake . Despite the quality of their products and pleasant staff this is not acceptable service !!!!!

Very disappointed because we were told that we were unable to be served because they had no cakes. The tables were full and required clearing and there was overspill on the floor, it appeared to have had a steady stream of customers and staff had been kept very busy and unable to attend to all tasks. We visited in the evening and has a vouchers to use from Itison. We had a positive experience on our last visit in which the staff were attentive and the cakes and hot drinks were good. Not sure if I would visit this location again... sadly

Shocking shocking and again mainly down to slow service which is highlighted throughout the trip advisor reviews.

Dropped in for coffeeand cake with 2 friends on Friday night and was told it was now table service =great however with inly 1 waitress on supported by I presume a Manager who was more interested in stacking plates so had 20 mins wait to order and further wait to get order as poor girl was also trying to setve takeaway cakes

had coffee and cakes here on Wednesday and they were very good but be prepared to pay a cake and coffee for 2 is £12.00

Visited as a couple for lunch. I ordered from the 'winter menu' 2 courses for £9.99. My other half had the all day breakfast. My starter was goat's cheese tartine. This is a whole circle of goats cheese on a piece of bread with some green stuff. It was cold and way too much for a starter, it was sent back, no refund. My main was the pea & asparagus girasole pasta. No sauce, swimming in butter. The all day breakfast looked like a better alternative. We both had bottled water. The bill was £22. Maybe I ordered badly, but I wouldn't rush back, sorry.

Poor service, no jam for scones, overpriced and not enough room on tables for plates and cups . Cakes looks stunning but chocolate cake was disgusting Total rip off!

Was greeted by friendly chap with smile. Ordered my latte and toasted croissant , both of which were excellent. ILLY coffee in my opinion is the best around. The staff smartly dressed and efficient. My only issue is that with the air-conditioning on in the center it was chilly . a problem out with their control.

Visited the cafe today, 19-09-15 with my friend for a quick coffee and a cake. In fact, display of amazing cakes caught our attention and we thought to give a go to a new place. Wish we did not.
