Two weeks in a row we’ve waited an hour for our home delivery orders (our home location is very close to Thame) and the orders have been cold/warm when they arrive. No phone number available to chase up either.

Very average food, pizza dough not great, burger sauce weirdly sweet, macaroni cheese bites were ok. But overall poor take away food unfortunately

Was given incorrect food, onions were added despite specially requesting no onions!!! Chips were of a frozen texture! Avoid!!!!!

The delivery was really fast and the food was still hot when it arrived. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Last few orders have been cold. Missing items, substituted items with no call to check on subs, pizza greasy and cold with missing paid for toppings. Used to love patrons but it has gone massively downhill and pick up and delivery times are just ridiculous. Real shame was our go to takeaway buy the last few meals have been awful.

This is one of the better priced takeaways in Thame and the food is tasty and of a decent portion.

Excellent service and nice food and portions fried chicken was alittle spicy for 1 member of the party so next time they will have the chicken burger but will return in the future

Shocking food, waited hour and 20 minutes for delivery, which they charge for even after spending £20 as a minimum. Food arrives stone cold and tasting of cardboard. Wrong drinks on the order. £26 down the drain as can’t contact them as they’ve disabled their phone number… STAY FAR AWAY thame fried chicken much better

Really disappointed, went back to Patrons as have had long waits with Domino’s. The delivery was made on time, but all of the food was cold (chips, 2x wraps and a pizza). Tried to call to resolve the situation but got no where. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Their service was great and friendly. They give free meal to NHS staffs and they have been doing it since March 2020.

Scran was half decent but the size of the meals are abysmal! I paid £11.50 for a large mixed kebab and it didn’t nearly fill me up. If you want a substantial meal from here it’ll cost you over £20

Food not nice and not worth the money

We spent £60. Cheesy chips arrived cold, no lettece in burger, was hardly any sauce, and burger was tiny. Chip portion sizes were big though, and pizzas are great value, but very bready base, but they tasted nice. Spent £60 though, and food was cold, was so dissapointed.

SHORT ANSWER: Tasty Food, Friendly Deliverers, Inhumane Prices. I weep. EDIT: To be fair, their Pizza is actually pretty good and not as high Priced compared to other Pizza places, but only if you like Bready Bases, it's not traditionally aerated Pizza Dough! The food is tasty enough, though many of the sides are overly greasy (Potato Skins with Bacon is a great lower-grease choice when they serve it as 4 baked potato halves, and don't just give you wedges with cheese instead). However, the price was already too high when I first started going here and it is only getting more expensive, far faster than any other local takeaway I use. I was happy to make expensive orders when they had 2 for 1 burgers, but 8 pounds for an untoasted, plain bun Burger with less than a teaspoon of sauce? I could get 2-4 similarly massive Cheeseburgers for that at other venues, toasted with seeded buns, loaded with salad and sauce - and maybe even with small fries and a drink. They do a Kebab wrap which is great with their Coleslaw, but additions like Coleslaw are expensive, and exist on top of expensive base prices. 1 Kebab that I would consider close to filling will cost me 11-15 pounds, which is a new book, or 2 or 3 months of streaming service, or 3 or 4 days of infinite bus travel in and around London, etc, etc. Their Hot Dogs are also tasty and come as a decent deal, but as their fries are usually overcooked and you cant substitute any other side, I almost never get them. A great Takeaway made annoying and sometimes awful by: lack of order versatility; occasionally sending things you didn't order- presumably to save time or money, ignoring all customer contact (phone-line has been ringing out for years and they turn off website functions as they please, with no warning or schedule, you just have to eat what arrives and go to hell otherwise), suddenly shutting off their online orders when you are in the middle of paying; and confusingly unpredictable, sometimes even seemingly arbitrary markups. Just a personal, philosophical note: Junk food is a staple for Junk People, and Junk People don't usually have 30k a year to spend on food... I would order from here so regularly if it were more affordable, or the nuanced efforts matched the high price. Sometimes it pays to know your audience.

Used Patrons for our hockey ladies Christmas social. They provided us with great tasting pizza's. Delivered on time and were super helpful in communication. Thank you very much 👍

The food from Patrons is great and always hot on delivery and consistently good. When ordering online they always read the notes you leave and help where they can, adding ingredients or removing ingredients. The only slight criticism I have is that the chips are not chip shop chips, they are still nice never the less.

my burger came with ketchup inside and another came with mayo and we didnt order that and the chips are different

Absaloute shambles! No one answers the phone! And they can't deliver to a new address in chinnor...might as well close up shop if you can't answer the phone.

I am a passing visitor , this evening I drove into Thame and found Patrons. As I walked in I saw the sign free meal for NHS workers, I jokingly asked if this was true ( I am a nurse in Worthing) Within 10 minutes they had brought the most delicious meat feast pizza with the best fries to my car( much better than the big chain pizzas)They wouldn’t even except a tip .Thank you for making my trip to Thame so memorable . Tried to order an "any 2 14" Pizza with a side deal" for 19.99) but it doesn't let you edit their standard pizzas and if you try a margarita with just 2 toppings for both pizzas they try to charge you an extra £10 hardly an any 14" Pizza deal. I purchased a Dominos instead, much better customer orientated online ordering system where you can remove and add toppings without any extra charges. Also free delivery.

Unfortunately just find it too expensive now when compared to other places. It is odd to charge for sauce on a kebab, should be as standard. Shame as really lovely food, just can't justify spending £8.50 for one kebab then adding extra for cheese and sauce.

I paid £4.99 for some mozzarella sticks. Guess how many I got.... FOUR! FOUR MOZZARELLA STICKS FOR £4.99... mental...absolutely mental... to be fair they were tasty but still.. £4.99 ... chips were good tho!

Pizza box kebab or kiddies meal?! 🤨 So yesterday afternoon, I ordered a kebab...large - £9.50 + 50p for chilli sauce + 50p for Mayo sauce (who would sell a kebab without sauce, god knows.) Having gone to collect it, it arrived in what looked like a small pizza box. Once I opened it, it was thick as two Frankfurt sausages put side by side with a load of veg! And having to spend £10.50 on a kebab, it was not worth it as my 4 year old daughter would demolish that in minutes. I was expecting meat upon meat upon meat. Kebab wasn’t bad but it was size of a kiddies meal which would be worth about £4.50. If you fancy a kebab in Thame, on a Sunday, I would highly recommend waiting till the kebab van (voted UK kebab of the year) opposite hsbc is open during the week, cooking at home or going to the fish and chips shop. You can get a decent size fish and chips PLUS sauces for free, all for £5.50! Cheers!

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. The food is GOOD! Burgers, Chicken, Chips, all the side items.. Great! Pizza's are okay but make a change from Domino's! Kebabs okay also but better to go Atalay's. What frustrates me is their opening hours! They seem to close whenever and their online ordering system is slow and glitchy.. They are almost never open when they are supposed to be and you can't call them as they never answer the phone. Very strange.....

It said 45 mins delivery took well over an hour , would not have been a problem except the food was almost cold , and after I had reheated the pizzas one should of had stuffed crust ordered and paid for, but had nothing in. I did email them at the time but no reply,,,Very disappointing .

Stick to pizzas which are really good, kebabs are aweful.

The Pizzas are better than any you can buy locally! Good easy to use website, efficient service and loads of choice. They taste delicious, the pizza base just melts in your mouth. We will be returning, thank you 😊

Lived here for nearly two years never ordered from here but today was first time we ordered two kabab 1 donner 1chicken both with salad of which the salad was fresh and the donner meat was beautifully cooked tasted like lamb really fresh neither was too greesy either and the chips were beautifull safe to say my daughter enjoyed it. We like u can get everytging from pizza to kabab here we also ordered 3 pieces of chicken and they were not little pieces either they were lovely and fresh. Only thing is woukd like more jalapeños on the kabab but 10/10 well done

Great place, looks a bit dodgy but the food is great! Sometimes they have a bit weird opening times so check that before you go. Not overpriced for nice meal.

They do amazing gourmet burgers time and love is put in to the food and dam can you taste it. And very well priced. Highly recommended

Such nice people but disappointed with our meal. We had popcorn chicken wrap with salad. Salad was just diced lettuce, there was no tomato or onion or cucumber, really lacking there. We also had drinks which were warm. What a shame. Sorry guys.

Used them loads via their app. Always tasty food (proper burgers, none of that squashed crossply from Maccy D's). Normally reliable but even when there was a problem with our order and it didn't go through, they were apologetic, refunded our money and gave us our food on the house.

Just ordered for the first time since a change of owner/manager, and oh my god they have upped their game. Absolutely fantastic burger, built it up using the online ordering system. Will definitely be ordering again, well impressed.

Very disserpointing. Ordered two chicken raps. Got them home and there was so much sauce in them they were so wet. It was like soup. The chicken its self was cooked but had very little flavour , no chargril taste and very small bits. Wouldn't get again.

Got my order wrong for the FOURTH time in a row. Even though I repeated the order 3 times on the phone. I only ordered 2 things. The meat and chips had no toppings and the meat had been sitting in the pot for a long time... was not nice. Also more expensive than the best kebab van in the UK which is just down the road. Really going downhill.

Really nice place, I believe under new management or they just upgraded massively, really friendly staff, food is amazing, would give 5 stars but when you go into to order it’s really cramped especially if they are busy. Asides from that, really great place! Also they have a range of good deals and a wide selection to choose from!

They have recently rebranded their takeaway to 'Patron's Pizza' from 'Pizza Parlour' for anyone wondering. I question the logic behind this seeing as their only customers are locals changing a tarnished brand would have little effect to people's awareness of their previously poor products compared to the likes of Atalay's kebabs and even store bought pizzas. But I did take all of that aside and visited them again and must say improvements have been made, both physical and mental attitude. The staff attempt to be friendlier and they have provided a larger and better portion of fries for purchase. Although their burgers tasted the same I still think this place is heading in the right direction.

A good selection of Pizzas, Burgers and Kebabs delivered to your door in about 30 minutes. I recommend a side order of Chicken Dippers, they are excellent.

Best Pizza every time, always make my special order from memory.... and that's with six extra toppings and my favourite chilli base... highly recommended.

The overall service is of a high quality, the server is very friendly and the food is prepared quickly. It us extremely economical and the chips are great. I would thoroughly recommend for a lunch or casual dinner.
