Pastry Pédaleur in Cheshire West and Chester

Yesterday I honestly believe found the greatest cheesecake in the world actually in my home town! This statement may seem like an over exaggeration, however I really mean it. Prior to this, the best cheesecake I ever had was in a place called Juniors in New York. Yes, I’m really saying that Stephanie Peters may have just put New York to shame with her cheesecake. This is a Chester inspired cheesecake that exclusively made for the groups that joined the ‘On a plate’ Chester tour. Stephanie, please keep up this incredible work and for the love of god! Please make the Chester inspired cheesecake more accessible. I never believed it would make me emotional and proud to be a Cestrian. Thank you.

I visit here on a frequent basis and have never been disappointed yet. The creations that Steph and her dedicated team bake are amazing! The love that goes into every recipe is evident in the finished product. I have just finished a S’mores Cruffin, Oh my goodness! it was absolutely delicious! Every last mouthful was so tasty, it rates highly alongside other pastries I’ve tried from this talented pastry chef. You just have to give the Pasty Pedaleur a try, you won’t be disappointed! but you will be hooked!!!

Absolutely amazing, first time visit. we had the cruffins and they were the best we have ever had. So fresh and tasty. We will be back again

Stopped for a lunchtime treat, lots of beautiful cakes on offer and two gluten free options. Delicious chocolate slice today and need to go back to try the crème brûlée macaron next time.

If you have not tried there stuff, you are missing out big time. The cruffins are next level, absolutely delicious with the bakers here really putting their love into each product. Not only is evetything ive had first class, all who work here are passionate about their pastries and cakes and really engaging. Please try, you will not be disappointed. Oh and the macaroons...
