Pasha Grill in Isle of Wight

Customer service is absolutely disgusting we ordered 3 large kababs one with everything and garlic mayo, one with just cucumber and tomato, and one everything with chilli sauce and they give us two kababs with garlic mayo. So we phone them up to report it and they say that there is nothing they can do. I won't be ordering from here again

I order pizza chips kebab and drink. The pizzas was small and tasted okay nothing amazing but didn't make me feel sick and chips were normal. The kebab was lamb donar and when I tell you he gave me kebab that was off it was so disgusting I took one bite and wanted to come back to store to show him what he gave me. I didn't want any refund just for him to taste what he gave me and he refused saying I am rude. If you have any sense for not visit this shop. Customer service is shocking and I don't think he understands basic English. He's definitely serving off food at late times to save money and worst part is I bought this for my pregnant partner and she would've been so sick if she ate this but I told her not to.

Good halal food on this island 🏝, Isle of Wight IOW. Food was good and so was the service but the best part was, halal food and extended operating hours. It closes at 11 pm, that suited me well. It was close to my hotel at Newport High Street. So I had dinner there almost every night. Staff was very friendly.

Brilliant service and very friendly member of staff that took order over hone and delivered it. Such a polite young man. Great food delivered quicker than estimated time.

Kebabs were very fatty and ruined kebabs and then to top it off we have all been up all night being sick and terrible tummy aches won't be ordering from here again and no we didn't eat anything else yesterday apart from this is hoping they do the right thing and offer a full refund otherwise thinking about going to trading standards

Although the food was great it was ruined when I discovered a small elastic band in my food. I called and the man said he was the manager and he had packed my food himself...not sure what significance this had. He offered to send me a fresh meal which I declined as I'd already over half when I suggested a free meal next order he refused. Very disappointed food good but beware of unexpected extras in food

Nice food do pizza and fried chicken.

Unless you have a day to wait after ordering, this is in no way a "take away"

Ordered a mixed kebab tonight starting eating it only to find a bit of black tape in my dinner so rang the boss and he told me it was chicken and got very rude with me and agressive has not done anything about it either no refund or more food but now has banned me from ordering again if know I won't be ordering there anymore absolutely disgusting

Ordered and paid, was told half hour to forty five minutes, the usual blurb... 75mins later I called to chase only to be told they'd not taken my order, even though they'd taken the money. He said it wasn't his fault as he'd only just come in... After I asked for a refund they became very rude. I said it wasn't my fault either but they were quite aggressive. Will never be going there again!!! Made me feel very uncomfortable and extremely bad service.

Mega Donner kebabs taste great. Shame they are now half the size than normal. That's new management for you

Kebabs are lush, open til a decent time

Do not recommend. Food cold when delivered, burnt bun, pitta bread stiff and soggy breaded chicken, unhappy children and mum. Did complain, were offered another meal, no thanks waited long enough for this one and getting too late for my children to be eating. nothing else offered other then I will let the chef know. Food in bin £1 frozen pizza in oven it ended up being.

If they forget to put cheese on your chips they only offer to bring some cheese around and suggest sticking them in the microwave.

Excellent food love the wraps! Very friendly team! Definitely recommend
